This review is about the Service as I have yet to taste the food. The Service was not great. They took more than 20 minutes for one order of chicken tenders and they did not even have ANY wings available. Not a great first impression of this new business. read more

The Bahn Mi sandwich oh my god-- I will be thinking about it for weeks to come. The fries are the perfected seasoned crunchy fries too. 10/10 I will be back! read more

Was looking forward to trying it. Ordered Nashville hot tenders, they pretty much tasted like regular tenders. Not even registering any spiciness. Also didn't get any sauces, you'd figure it would automatically come with your order but apparently you have to ask. Girl at front was nice and restaurant was clean. So clean in fact that the toast had a "cleaner" taste to it and not in a good way. Giving two stars only for service and size of tenders. read more

this is a place that i went to once and just can't stop thinking about it ! The star of the show was for sure the kings hawaiian sandwich, it had the most rich cilantro flavor and the chicken juicy and cooked perfectly! the sauce on the korean sandwich was amazing and the chicken was crunchy and the korean bowl was flavorful, we will probably stick to all sandwiches next time but regardless everything was amazing, workers were really nice too can't wait to come again! read more

Very clean and friendly service. The food was fresh, flavorful and very well executed. The chicken was juicy, crispy and smelt amazing!!! There was thought that went into cooking and preparing the food. The eggs were super fluffy and light. Not heavily oily either. Thank you for the great food!! read more

I live to support local businesses, but... Slow service, sandwich was cold, tasted ok. Waffle fries were not good or hot. They were not fully cooked. I really don't understand what took so long. I was assuming my food was being made to order, but it was all cold. I took it home and had to warm it up. I will not be returning. read more

First time trying this restaurant the Nashville chicken sandwich was Fire the sandwich is pretty big and the fries are nice and seasoned kool little dive will come back sometime. read more

Good food. Fast service. A little pricey but it is worth it. Quality is not an issue.

Food was A+ but no A/C in the dining area, not good when it's 99° outside. Sweating while eating is no fun to be honest.

Amazing restaurant cleanliness and experience, cashier Nicole was an amazing host that provided pleasant service. I got the Island Bird and all their chicken and sauce is great with all their menu items. Definitely will come here as a staple restaurant in Upland! read more

Nichole was great!!! super nice and helpful, and the egg and bird sandwich is AMAZING.

Egg and bird Breakfast burrito with crack sauce is bomb !!! Can't wait to go back and get another one !

It was a bit expensive. The food wasn't terrible. It was fine. My husband and I didn't like the spicy, tangy sauce. We probably won't go back. read more

Sandwich I got was fire. Fries were good to with the crack sauce. Been there twice haven't looked back yet. I will be back.

First time here. Ordered the Buff Bird sandwich. Pretty good. Hotter than I expected, but now I know to order it without buffalo sauce. Slaw on top was yummy. This sandwich quality was definitely a step up from other fast food chicken sandwiches. Packed ToGo and held up well on the drive home. Cashier was friendly. Will try this place again. read more

My first experience at Egg N Bird the other day was great! Jayden was the employee helping us, and he did a great job recommending the perfect meal for us. Collectively we enjoyed a variety of their menu options, particularly enjoying the burrito. We appreciated Jayden's candor and enjoyed our experience in the restaurant overall. Food tasted really good, and we left very satisfied. Can't wait to come back! read more

on the left of my photo is the 6 piece wings I ordered and in the right is a small side of wings that were complimentary to my order. i came in today because i heard from the owner that the wings were good and i had a craving. i ordered the 6 piece wings with buffalo sauce and ranch on the side. i ordered to go since i live close by while i was waiting the cashier very kindly offered me a 4 piece wing box to eat while i wait for the rest of my food. UNHEARD OF! i really appreciate the kind and generous spirit here at the egg n bird shop. wings were amazing and perfectly spicy. not too sour, not too spicy. just right . my one and only complaint is the ranch, it didn't really taste that great when brought to room temperature but this isn't enough to bother me. will definitely be coming here again, thank you! read more

Taking 1 star away because it was hot inside. The Nashville Hot sandwich was delicious, extremely messy though, so be prepared if you order it. My husband got the Egg n Bird sandwich, which was also tasty. We got the banana pudding for dessert, super good. All the staff were awesome and had good customer service. Would recommend trying them out. We'll be coming back. read more

This place is a hidden gem in the Inland Empire, a delicious twist of flavors in a chicken sandwich. We were first timers and the atmosphere was stale along with customer service. It seemed everyone was just waking up. The wait time for our food wasn't long, I expected it to be in open containers because we were dining in, but it was wrapped up to go; large bag included. They don't have a kids meal but a two piece tender was more than enough for a toddler. My husband and I ordered the Egg n'bird and the Buff sandwich. We did the combo with fries and a drink. The fried chicken crust looked spicy but it was not. It had the most flavor, the chicken was tender, the ingredients were complimenting every bite, it was DELICIOUS! Sorry to shout. The sandwiches came with a house made sauce called "crack" sauce. It was the most scrumptious crack sauce ever! The Buff sandwich came with a coleslaw in the sandwich- it enhance the sandwich; it did not make the sandwich soggy. It held together to the last BITE! Sorry for shouting again. The Egg n' Bird sandwich had a egg inside, bacon... my husband enjoyed this brunch style sandwich. This place is too good to not try. it's a small local business (I believe). I highly recommend the food, customer service is optional. LoL. read more

Just looking at the menu is tantalizing....so this is my 2nd time coming to this place, so I decided to order a little lunch and the avocado chicken sandwich was very very very very tasty and it's different than most other restaurants but anyways I can't wait to come back read more

We tried this place for the first time. Staff was really friendly and they deserve 4-5 stars. The fries and crack sauce are good too. The chicken was too dry or seemed to have been reheated. We ordered 2 orders of the 4 piece tenders but they were extremely dry and overcooked. I'd try it one more time but hopefully they have their cook times down and it's not over cooked. read more

Chicken Sandwich was soooo good love their sauce and i love the service. can get busy sometimes but worth it!

My husband found this place and we decided to give it a shot, so glad we did. As soon as we walked up, an employee held the door open for us and waited patiently as I limped in. As we entered we were immediately greeted by Bela, she was very friendly and helpful in explaining the menu to us. We are a family of 4 and we each got something different (Buff chicken, Nashville Hot chicken, Spicy Korean Bowl, chicken strips, Dirty Fries & the Elote fries) , it was all very flavorful & the chicken was perfectly cooked- juicy! Bela explained that they were short staffed, but it didn't feel as if we waited long at all. I hope this establishment gets more and more traffic because I'd hate to see it leave. We will be back, we want to try their breakfast. read more

10 out of 10, what a find! Holy jeeze, this might be the best fried chicken tender that I have ever had. We stopped here on Monday night while driving home from Vegas and it was the perfect meal to revive me after that long drive. Joshua and his coworkers did a great job. The chicken was absolute perfection, the place was clean, the service was very friendly and the order was prompt. I've had a lot of lackluster dining experiences lately so this was a very pleasant surprise. They somehow managed to get the chicken just right, which is a lot trickier than you would think. First, the chicken itself tastes incredibly fresh. The frying oil is fresh and clean tasting. Nothing ruins fried chicken faster than old fryer oil. The best part is the breading, it's flavorful and remarkably crispy without being so hard that it hurts your mouth. Salt level was perfect, not too little or too much. Also cooked just right, not undercooked or burned. The crack sauce was aptly named and gave a nice zingy sweetness. The prices were very reasonable, which was refreshing since a lot of places are price gouging like crazy because they think the inflation disguises it (it doesn't). If they can maintain this level of quality, I will be eating here every time I'm in town. The food was seriously so good that after we ate it, we actually ordered more to go. Can't wait to try more stuff here. read more

the food is amazing!! It fills you up and its genuinely good, and their spicy is actually spicy which is hard to find sometimes and the service is fantastic we even were asked if everything was okay by the chef, these people really care about their jobs and it shows in their service. its definitely one of my new favorite places!! read more

Egg N Bird - Amazing food! - Chicken Shop Near Me - Upland, California

Thanks so much to Josh a server and cashier at the Upland location, he was so helpful with me since it was my first time here. He gave recommendations and detailed descriptions of the food which I really needed because I'm indecisive Not only that but he was friendly and always wiping down counters, prepping sauce, or communicating with his staff, not something you see so often anymore unfortunately and is definitely a good representation of Yogurtland and Egg N Bird. It's because of workers like Josh that 1st comers become regulars! Thanks guys read more

Visited Egg N Bird with the family since it was new and food looked good. We almost passed on it because seating is very limited. There's about 4 tables in the whole place. An employee was sitting at a 4 top having his lunch, and we had to wait until he finished to get a seat. Meanwhile there was an empty 2 top available. Not sure why he didn't move. Anyway, after he was done, he didn't even clean the crumbs left on the table. The young lady behind the counter had to do it. Geez. Now to the food - it was good. The rice and eggs were cooked perfectly. The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender / juicy inside. The chicken sandwich was huge. My daughter got the Nashville hot, and she was struggling to finish it due to the spice level. She said it was very good. I had the Loco bowl. It was good, but I was missing a sauce or gravy. When you think Loco, you think Loco Moco. It comes with a folded egg. I would have preferred a brown gravy over the plain white rice and a poached or fried egg with a runny center. That would have made the dish excellent. Our most disappointing dish was the most expensive - the Elote fries. There were only a few pieces of cut up chicken and barely any corn. It was mainly a slop of cheese and fries. If you're going to have Elote fries as a main dish in a chicken place, make the corn and chicken the stars. I think they would have been better off using Parmesan cheese sprinkled over the fries and corn and thrown that into the broiler or salamander and then sprinkled the chicken and hot Cheetos on top. Like hot Cheetos garlic Parmesan cheese Elote fries. The cheese sauce they are using ruins the dish. Anyway, if we are in the area again, we would stop by and try more of the menu. Give it a try next time you're at the Home Depot next door. Also want to give kudos to the young lady behind the counter. She was very helpful in explaining the dishes and patient with our questions. read more

Really delicious food. I love the options. I had the Hawaiian sandwich, great combination of ingredients.

Just tried this place out for the first time. I ordered an avocado bacon wrap to go and when I opened it at home it was the wrong wrap. They accidentally gave my the k town wrap (I'm assuming based off the taste and ingredients). I was a little disappointed because I really wanted to try the bacon avocado wrap. However, I will say the k town wrap was very good and had excellent flavor. Their chicken is very moist on the inside and so crispy on the outside, it's perfect. The size of the wrap is also way bigger than I expected, I couldn't finish it all so saving the rest for later! They also really fill the wrap up and are very generous with their chicken portions in the wrap. I will definitely be coming here again to try the bacon avocado wrap! The only reason I didn't mark 5 stars is because of the little mix up and because I want to try more things, but will definitely update my review after my next visit! read more
