I ended up getting not just one, but both lunch specials! I had the 1/4 Burger with fries and the All beef hot dog with tator tots. Both came with drinks and I probably should have asked them for both as they were included at least to go ones. Their burger was great tasting with cheese, lettuce, pickle, and tomato. I had minus onion. The all beef hot dog was very good as I added mustard, ketchup, and relish. Fries and tots were cooked perfectly. Love the ranch dressing for dipping! This was a great visit! Thank you for those supporting Upland local businesses!!!

I recently visited the new restaurant in town, Egg and Bird, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their breakfast sandwich! In fact, I'd take it over Chick-fil-A's any day, despite it being right across the street. The standout for me was their delicious sauce - it really elevated the sandwich to the next level. I did notice that they add a coloring to it, which was a bit odd, but it didn't detract from the amazing taste. My wife and daughter were also big fans of their breakfast options. Ordered take out. - Ordered the Nashville Sandwich, Super Hot with fried Egg. For being "super hot" I felt no spice. Sauce is too sweet compared to other Nashville Sandwiches I've had. Fries were cold and soggy. Could have been the fact that they forgot to add the fried egg and had to drive back while I was almost half way home. Ultimately, we decided to leave without ordering and informed the hostess of the situation. She apologized, but by that point the experience had already been ruined. This appears to be a management and service issue rather than an isolated mistake. While I appreciate the hostess's professionalism, the lack of communication and attention from the serving staff was unacceptable. Based on this experience, I do not plan to return. Management doesn't even respond to these reviews which speaks volume.
