I luv eegees but this location keeps missing the mark with soggy undercooked fries. Then they r the only place that seem to not make fresh fries.... And when I order 2 large fries I expect 4 ranch with out hassle. Seriously servers.... Should be 2 ranch per large fries! Will drive extra for eegees from another location. read more

We just left this eegees in pure disappointment due to them getting our order wrong and poor customer service. We ordered french fries with our order after getting home realizing they forgot to put them in the bag and when we asked our cashier Bianca to be exact for more ranch she was rude and looked annoyed. Sorry you work at eegees but that's your job. We also ordered my daughter a kids meal and they didn't even include the usual kids meal pale with the usual stickers or silly toy it normally comes with. This chain seems to be so popular in Tucson. I figured there must be a reason. Tried it a couple years ago, was less than impressed, decided to give it a try again. Had a new sugar-free "Skinny Berry" Eeegee frozen drink and a tuna salad on greens. Eight bucks and change. The salad had rusty, mushy lettuce and white-pink flavorless tomatoes. MMMMMmmmm! The frozen drink tasted OK, but the big surprise came a could hours later when I had, well, let's just be polite and say "severe gastric distress." After 5 hours of not being able to be more than a few minutes from a toilet, I think the worst is past. Or should I say passed? If you want decent fast food, try Culver's for god's sake. They really seem to know what the heck they're doing. Or even Pollo Feliz. Hell, I'd rather eat at Arby's than go back to this place. read more

More than disappointed with this location. We checked the times on Yelp for a few Eegee's locations and many said open until 11:30 pm, so we headed to another location, only to be harassed by some guy on a bicycle waiting by the drive-thru. He said they wouldn't let him order on a bike and was just waiting there for someone to come by. So as he came towards us in the dark putting his hands in his pockets, we of course drove away from there quickly. We came to this location and arrived literally at 11:01 and we were told they were closed. After repeatedly asking what time they closed, they didn't answer and we just had to drive up to the window to ask. They informed us they closed at 11pm. I thought it was a little ridiculous they couldn't serve us a literal minute right after, especially after explaining the situation. I really wish people would stop messing with the times on Yelp, or that the business themselves would correct the closing times. I don't really mind correcting the times, which is what I did for 6 locations because I didn't want other people to go through the same thing, but it was a little irritating. Some locations even list the closing times at 6pm! I also tried to look at the website on my phone for times but on their mobile website, it only lists addresses and phone numbers so that was no help. I had to rely on Yelp and I called four different places that told me they were closed. read more

I decided to stop in at this location for a late lunch and much to my surprise the place has been remodeled the staff is very friendly efficient and they were quick to have me served with my food and drink everything fresh to order including my hot fries.very pleasantly surprised with the new atmosphere enjoyed my stop and would recommend people to this location for good service thank you Eegees read more

I'm from Tucson, but this the worst experience ever. Soggy bag, but sandwich was cold, fries stale. Really ruined what I remembered of eegees. People pretty nice. A little disorganized. Probably try another place. Need to get better. read more

When I entered the store, I was not greeted by the cashier "Akosa", and his body language and look on his face made me feel like I wan an unwanted interruption. He didnt use any discussion with me at all! I had to say, "I'd like a 12inch veggie grinder with extra peperoncini and tomatoes." he punched it in, and blankly stared at me. I then had to say, "Thats all." The first and only question he asked me, if you wanna consider it a question due to the way he said it, was "Your name....". He then took the money from me and rang me up. He didn't bother to count back the change, he just dropped it into my hand. Not at ANY point while I dealt or interacted with him, did he smile or even pretend to make me feel welcome in the store. Things started to get worse. The store employees were so focused on the drive thru and their timers, that service for people like myself, the lobby customers, suffered. 5 minutes passed, and no acknowledgement or any interaction with the staff, AND no food. I then decided i'd sit down and wait, but that didn't get to happen either. The lobby was filthy, trash strewn all over the floor. There was not a single table in the lobby that was clean that I would have wanted to sit at. So I then decided to just grab my jalapenos and some salt. I looked at my watch, then I looked at my receipt and I realized that 16 minutes had passed with no food yet, and not even a courtesy comment of any kind from any of the staff saying that they were sorry for the delay. NOTHING! I noticed in glancing around that the manager on duty (Which was the assistant manager according to his name tag: but I couldnt see his name) was sitting in the lobby talking to some girl, like a girlfriend or something perhaps, all the while I was patiently waiting for my food. Finally, at 18 minutes after I had paid for my sandwich, one single....simple 12 inch sandwich, I got my food. I dont eat out that often, but when I do I like to go to eegee's. Correction, I used to like to. This isn't the first time that this store has done it to me, but previously, I'd given it the benefit of the doubt. This time, Im just fed up. I doubt my business will ever be headed to this company anymore, unless this is addressed. This was one of the most atrocious visits I've ever had at ANY fast food place. I lost practically my whole lunch break at work because I spent nearly 20 minutes of it standing and waiting for my food. It wasn't like they were that busy either, it just was clear that the six people on duty were all about getting that drive thru done ASAP so that their service times wouldn't be scrutinized. You need to invent a way to give your lobby customers that same care and attention, because we also matter. Today, the service I received at Eegee's made me FEEL like you were saying to me, "You are un-important, we don't need your business, doesn't matter if your unhappy because we have everyone else that will wait and deal with our crappy service and not say a thing!" (Again, thats how I feel overall, as my experience at Eegees played out today.) I'm simply done, and I'll spread the word. read more

Only in Tucson can you find the delight that is Eegee's! This one is our fave stop before we return home to Phoenix. Sandwiches are fresh. Our fave? The Vegetarian Grinder! Always have iced fruit drinks of Strawberry, Lemon, and Pina Colada! Also, every month there is a Flavor of the Month. This month? Cherry Cider! It's a big hit with Darling Son. The only negative thing about this place is that they're not where I'm from. I was passing through Tucson and a friend referred me. I wasn't disappointed! The piña colada eegee is delicious, and the pretzels are unique and affordable. Sandwichsles are pretty basic but still good quality. The dining area was clean and the staff was helpful, and brought out my order when it was finished. Ashlee was very kind, sweet and helpful! Will definitely stop by again if I'm ever in Tucson! read more

I've been going to various eegees locations since I was a kid. I LOVE eegees, but you broke my heart at this location. I ordered an 8 inch grinder and a large fry with ranch and a house sauce side of the side. The first depressing part was when I found out that you gave me none of your ranch. You make it.
