First time here and I am from out of town. Crew was very nice and energetic. Drinks came out fast even as they were training a fellow employee. The wait on the food was disappointing. They somehow completely forgot our order. Waited 30 minutes before I finally got up and reminded them of our very simple order of half a sandwich and 1 pretzel. The staff was very apologetic and gave us 2 free cookies for the wait. Every customer that came in after us got their food immediately so I will give them the benefit of the doubt. Will definitely be back tomorrow for another drink before leaving town.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and the sub was fantastic. Everything was fresh and very tasty. Glad I came here for a quick lunch. The staff here was very friendly and the restaurant was clean. Also, they now have Tajin seasoning packets to add to the Egees drinks. Its like a chilli powder and salt that can be added to fruit. Great way to add a twist to a classic drink.

In Tucson, this is a very popular place to eat at. It is like a fast food place. This chain is all over Tucson. What they are known for is their slushy. So we ordered sandwiches, some fries, and slushy drink. Bread isn't really toasted. So it was cold bread with meat and veggies. Fries were crispy. My friend suggests to eat it with ranch. Slushy was good but nothing special to me. I think I tried better ones in Hawaii. Sandwiches are a little more pricey than subway there. I think it's popular because their isn't too much option in this city? It was an experience in Tucson...that's all.

This spot is as good as one eegee's could get. And their amazing staffs just made it better. We ordered a small fries cuz how can you not get their fresh curly cut fries. So our order took about the time we finished both of our kid size eegees and still not on the table. My friend went to remind them and one of the staffs, not even the one who took our order, apologized sincerely, and next thing you know, she put on our table probably the biggest serving of fries I've ever seen on our table, also too cookies! We said no thanks to the cookies and had to quit lunch for this fries feast.

That said, their chicken really is is good. The breading is nice and crunchy and the white meat is tender and juicy. Love the dipping sauce. I like their fries -- they are crinkle cut and crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Not a big fan of their coleslaw, but YMMV. Plenty of seating inside with booths, but we had a big group and they have a great long table for a large crew. If you are craving chicken tenders, this is the place to go.

First Impressions:…read more This was my first time trying this place, and I'll be honest -- I was pretty excited. I've heard a lot of hype from friends and online, so I had high expectations going in. Visually, the food looked fine when I opened the box, but unfortunately, that's where the excitement started to fade. Interactions: The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. They handled my order professionally and made the experience on the customer service side a positive one. Service: The food came out on time, and I didn't have any issues with the ordering process. Everything was packed neatly, and nothing was missing from the order. Food: Unfortunately, the food just didn't live up to the hype for me. Everything was noticeably cold by the time I sat down to eat, and even beyond the temperature, the taste and texture were underwhelming. The fries were bland and limp, the chicken tenders lacked flavor, and the toast felt more like an afterthought than a real side. The sauces were the only thing that gave the meal some life, but they couldn't carry it on their own. Value: Considering the price and the reputation, I was expecting better quality. It didn't feel like I got the freshness or flavor I've heard so much about, which was disappointing for a first-time visit. Recommendation: I usually don't leave bad reviews, but I also believe in honest feedback. While I was really let down this time around, I'm open to the idea that maybe I just caught them on an off day. I might give it one more shot in the future, but as of now, I'm not in a rush to return.

The birria itself is very tasty, not overly season to a point where you cannot enjoy the meat itself. The loaded fries were tasty, served with pinto beans, shredded cheese, cilantro and onion, and birria on top of the fries. the fries were crunchy and the cheese melted perfectly with the birria on top. The cilantro and onion gave it an amazing taste. 7/10 The birria ramen was great, the noodles were cooked to perfection and mixed well with the bichi(birria juice). The ramen was cooked well, and sat with the flavor for a bit. The birria itself is very tasty, full of flavor. 8.7/10 It was very welcoming, they have Latin music playing which felt just like home. I will definitely be coming back to try more! The mango magic mangonada was AMAZING! It was a slushy mangonada with chunks of mango in it. Reading through one of the three-point reviews, we decided to take a shot anyway since it was only marked down two points for some issues with the server. So in we go. We are in a Friday around 1:00 PM. Just after the lunch rush expect expecting there to be pretty far tables. More people receded than I expected in a large room had a private party going on as well. The place is actually quite beautiful with wonderful color schemes aren't very comfortable chairs and tables sit around. The hostess, who I believe her name was Angelina was incredibly polite, energetic and helpful. Got a seated got us water got us chips and salsa while our server Jackie was finishing up her tables in the private party to come out to us. Jackie was quick, efficient, friendly, and checked on us as often as we needed to, which wasn't much From a food perspective, we got the lunch specials for Gorditas and I tried the combo with a corn, tamale chicken enchilada, and Carne Asada taco. The presentations were simply stunning, but more than that they were functional. All of the flavors mixed in created some exceptional dishes. I have honestly never had a corn tamale as good as that one and I've lived here most of my life. The chicken enchilada was so incredibly well seasoned with just enough cheese on top to add a little extra punch along with the Crema, and all the other flavors. Tortilla bread was perfectly balanced with the meat, tasting so good you didn't eat any of the toppings. But the toppings turned it into one heck of an adventure of flavor. Yes I know. I'm waxing a little philosophically here, but the food really did impress the hell out of us. Service was great, food was great, presentation was great, environment is great we recommend coming here and we will be back. Price wise for an upscale Mexican restaurant this one's right in line around $16-$20 a plate foremost dishes. Of course you can spend more, of course you can spend less. I would have added a picture of the food, but at this point, all we have is empty plates and I didn't think that would do any of you any good.

It came with a bunch of sides: rice, refried beans, green salsa, guacamole, a grilled jalapeno and slaw, plus complimentary corn chips and red salsa. The beans and rice were perfunctory, but with the addition of salsa and bits of jalapeno they were OK. The burrito itself was large and had plenty of pork, though I didn't care for the marinade. The two salsas were good. All in all, it was just OK. The ambiance is nice and service was fine.
