I really like the fried fish dinner you can get at Culver's but the people here are really wonderful. The cashiers are very pleasant and helpful and even accommodating to my request to double the Cole slaw and hold the fries. My favorite is the 3-piece fish dinner. The fish is great along with fresh lemon and their tartar sauce. I also like that they bring you your order when it's ready. The booths are very comfortable and the inside seems big and roomy. Suffice it to say, this restaurant will 'currently' require a deep level of employee - retraining. This is, above and beyond ANY Culver's I've been to, a complete embarrassment for their brand. Recommend: Not at this time. (May 2024) The issues at this restaurant are deep. Customer service is absolutely not on track with usual experiences. Meal(s) were incorrect, missing items requested and sloppily thrown together. To save on the depth of this review, the poor performance and unacceptable actions of three employees were addressed with the General Manager; Isaiah. Isaiah, was given all information as addressed and he promptly apologized. He and this store has some serious issues to address. It is a tough time today in the U.S. employment arena with employees and customer service lacking, restaurants such as this are an unfortunate surprise. I will hope, respectfully, Isaiah can correctly manage and CHANGE the employees behaviors here before it causes more damage to the brand. read more

This Culver's location is located right next to Ihop with its own parking lot and a drive thru. Culver's is definite a favorite for me when it comes to their frozen custard and being that the temperatures were on the warmer side in Arizona than back home, my husband, our little girl dog and I decided to stop by to get some frozen custard (I actually prefer frozen custard and gelato over ice cream) last Sunday evening a little before 10 pm. When it was finally our turn to order at the drive thru, we ended up getting Vanilla frozen custard, single scoop, $2.92 after tax- Although you can also order chocolate or the flavor of the day (check their website to see what today's flavor is), we opted for vanilla so our little girl dog could have some (she's a foodie too). The frozen custard was nice and thick and creamy, just what you would want in a frozen custard. Although a single scoop would be good for 1 person, the three of us shared it and were happy with our amount (although I am pretty sure my little girl wished she had more). Service was fine. We just had to wait a little longer than expected because the two cars ahead of us ordered a lot of items. I appreciate that the girl at the register and window gave us some napkins with our order (we were at a Dairy Queen a few days ago and the employee did not give us an napkins and we had 2 orders of ice cream). Cod fish was perfect! Crispy outside, moist hot flaky on the inside. A generous portion of fish. French fires okay. Salad side with awesome greens, tomatoes, cucumber slices and croutons. The cheese on salad dry but I threw that away and put fresh on. Punch drink have a slight flavor of punch. More like watered down punch. read more

Been wanting to try based on friends recommendations for the Butterburger. Drove through drive-thru due to Covid19. Line went fast, food was prepared fresh. We did a fish sandwich, and a couple of original Butterburgers. We also tried some crinkle fries & a concrete mixer. The fish sandwich was good (not dream about good), but good. The Fries were hot & tasty, the Burgers were very good. They are in the top (3) of fast food burgers, the meat was juicy & had a good flavor. The condiments were fresh. The Bun was incredible. Between my wife & mother-in-law, I ended up getting some of thier Burgers so saved mine for later. Even after refrigerating & quick warm-up in the microwave the Burger was delicious. It actually is the best nuked later Burger I have had. Just removed the veggies, nuke, then replace- perfect. The Concrete Mixer was smooth & creamy, so good we went back next day for another one. My 4 year old grandson loves this place, their food, and the drive thru workers on South West Valencia (new location). Visited drive-thru 3 weeks ago to order ice cream. Got a concrete mixer. They didn't get my order right. I asked the cashier about it & she just couldn't be bothered with correcting my order. I wasn't happy! Figured I'd speak with an "adult" manager in the morning. Didn't want to deal with full attitude. Spoke to the store manager the next day. We spoke about things and she said she'd replace my order with a replacement coupon she'd mail to my home address. That was 3 weeks ago. Needless to say, I'm still waiting on something I'll probably never receive. I think some of these managers are great BullShi##ers with the owners & customers of Culver's, but customer loyalty and patronage will suffer. If you're looking for delicious cheese curds you've found the right spot , however if you try anything you else you'll surely be disappointed. Spent over $30 for a couple meals w the burger and fish sandwich. The lettuce was wilted and the burger was burnt. The fish sandwich wasn't anything great either. Waited over 20 minutes for the food and I can say a dollar burger from burger king was more satisfying. Not to mention we ordered a frozen treat w strawberry and it hadn't even been blended only strawberry a couple bites through out. We reached out to management and they did send us out a coupon but for that same location and we just threw them away. Only reason I even gave them two stars was because the cheese curds. We were a group of 10 who wanted good food and fun conversations. The staff could not have been more attentive. Our orders even required special dietary changes, and the ones taking orders were patient and accurate. This is a great addition to our oft-neglected side of town.
