Worst service ever. I spent $270 on an order, and my mom never received her arrangement. I had to call the Irvine store five times before anyone answered. They said they'd contact the driver and call me back, but never did. When I followed up again, they put me on hold only to tell me the driver left the fruit bouquet outside in the sun, completely ignoring my instructions to leave it with reception. Although they eventually resent the arrangement later that day, the service was unacceptable and not worth the money. This will be my last order. read more

Visited this Irvine shop today. My family had a poor experience at another location on redemption of a recent promotion during Valentine's Week. This location was Extremely Accommodating. Tl;DR: stay away from edible arrangements. They bait and switch, as well as have zero follow up, follow through. You will not be taken care of as a customer period. I ordered for the first time using edible arrangements. It was easy to order on their site and that was where it stopped being good. I requested early drop off, and the order wasn't delivered until the afternoon. Not that big of a deal it was Valentine's Day and I get that they are busy. However, they only delivered half the order. They were supposed to deliver a platter and roses. The roses never showed up. I called immediately to notify them. I was told that I would get a call back from a manager. I waited 2.5 hours for a call. Didn't get a call back, so I called them back. I was then told by Sarah that "we are sorry, but we won't get to your issue until tomorrow as we are too busy" so I was told that I was going to be given a refund of the difference, and contacted the next day. It is now 3 days later and I'm still waiting on a refund and contact. As of right now I have paid 170 bucks for brownies and strawberries. Never using this company EVER again. The slap in the face is the coupon email I now keep getting trying to get me to use a 10 dollars off 50 bucks. I think the bigger slap in the face, was that their shop is in down the street from my wife's work and they probably could have walked the missing items over. No thanks, and never again. read more

Plenty of time and it was delivered on time but..... the fruit was on a plain black plastic tray. It looked like it was for a funeral! The fruit looked dark on this tray. Not pretty at all. I ordered a confetti basket of berries and it was delivered in 2 hours. My only complaint about this great product was the customer service by phone and ticket is horrible. I tried to schedule the delivery at 7 pm but no one answered the phone or tickets and my order was delivered at 5:30 pm. My coworker said the pineapple doves were not good, which was one of the reasons why I ordered this particular fruit bouquet in the first place. I won't be ordering from here again. For my older sister's bday yesterday, we ordered an Edible Arrangements gift package complete w/chocolate truffle cupcakes & a balloon (not pictured). She was delighted & the family ate most of it! Mike (delivery) texted me throughout the day so most of these stars are for him. Kudos for great customer service! The only 2 things were that because it was so hot, quite a few of the fruit "melted" off the stick, especially the kiwi & watermelon. This was a first! Also, we didn't get 2 vanilla bean cupcakes, but luckily they're chocolate people! Grateful for the treat! Hoping delivery gets a better vehicle with stronger freezers for SoCal. read more

I ordered a gift marked "Get-Well," to include an Edible Arrangements "Get Well" balloon and greeting card for a friend who was sick, with symptoms including an extraordinarily harsh coughing. I, in completing my order online, I included instructions that the recipient not be disturbed because the recipient was quite ill with a severe cough (which was exacerbated with speech) and that the gift be left on the doorstep. I also called the Tustin Ranch location, that morning and since no one answered, I left a voice-mail message echoing the instructions I left online, including my telephone number for a callback with any questions. No one called me before they attempted to deliver the gift. My gift recipient let me know that the Edible Arrangements delivery person had, to my utter dismay and disgust, rang the doorbell and asked the sick recipient for a tip. I have ordered Edible Arrangements to be delivered to friends and family for over 10 years - not this Tustin Ranch location, but many others in California and elsewhere. I've ordered gifts to be delivered from varying hospitality-esque organizations where, the delivery is performed by a shipper, such as FedEx, or UPS or by employees of the vendor- such as is experienced when ordering from Edible Arrangements. Never, have I ever heard of a gift being delivered to a recipient and the delivery employee asking the recipient for a tip. What- EVER - would cause a delivery person to determine it appropriate to ask someone who is clearly suffering, for a tip, since Edible Arrangements charged a hefty shipping fee to drive the arrangement (and multiple add-ons that I selected/paid for) about 5 minutes from their store to my recipient, is abhorrent customer service, in my opinion. Beware. If you are ordering a "Get Well" or "Sympathy" gift - choose another vendor or your suffering friends and family will be asked to tip the delivery personnel. SICK. What's also troubling is that today, around 11:30AM, I called the location to discuss the negative experience. I asked for the manager, whose name I was told was Mxxxx. When he got on the phone, I told him that I wanted to discuss a negative delivery with him following my submitting a negative survey in response to an automated email I received from Edible Arrangements. The manager, Mxxxxx, told me not to worry about telling him about the issue. I ended the call shortly thereafter. Incredible! read more

If I could do zero stars I would. I ordered my mom the Mother's Day cheesecake dessert box. I spent about 60 dollars. Normally order from edible and it's great quality never have any issues. However my mother received her order and the strawberries were browning/soft. Another actually had a small amount of mold on it. I called in for a refund however the employee was unable to locate my order. I confirmed the address and being I do not live close by to come in person and show my confirmation email she provided me their email so I can send in photos. I will be waiting to hear back on my refund over the next 2-3 days because it's just not even something edible at this point. read more

I ordered the cheesecake chocolate dipped fruit box and the day it got delivered there was no cheesecakes in there instead there was chocolate cupcakes. Called that day and no answer, did an online inquiry and no answer yet. I finally decided to call again on Monday and they told me that their vendor had not arrived with the cheesecakes and that is why they put the chocolate cupcakes instead. My thinking is that they were going to call and ask if that substitute was okay but they didn't. They just did as they pleased. The person I spoke to said they would partially refund me that same day. It's already Friday and haven't received a refund. read more

Been going to edible arrangements for about 7 years now. I've bought various arrangements for my wife and my mom on numerous occasions throughout those 7 years. Customer service has been good, usually just hello I'm here to pick up an order and my order was ready. I never had any issues with my orders until recently. I obviously didn't open up the box of strawberries since they were for my wife. She opened them up around 8PM and Edible Arrangements was already closed. They had given me chocolate apples and strawberries. I'm not one complain but that was clearly not what I ordered. I even double checked my receipt to make sure but it was supposed to be a box of strawberries. Since it was too late to call the other night, I tried calling this morning on my breaks and lunch at work. Each time I would be waiting and no one would pick up after the prompts to press to speak to someone. I ended up leaving a message and have not gotten a response back. Now they are closed and still no response. Edible Arrangements is something my wife enjoys each time I get it for her. I ended up eating the chocolate covered apples since I did not want to waste money. Unfortunately this will be my last time ordering from this location. Advertised menu offered large red grapes which I like but they made it with smaller green grapes and not enough fruits as the picture. I asked the guy about it and he very casually just said we make it with green grapes now!!! They could've told me when I was placing the order on the phone. Yes, these are fruits that ordinarily cost less if you purchase them separately but these folks are good at what they do, design elegant arrangements from several different fruits. I ordered a birthday arrangement for a next day pickup at around 11 a.m. Although the online order status remined "pending", my order was ready when I arrived at the store at the requested pick-up time. No wait and no hassle. The arrangement was fresh and tasty, and it was a good addition to the other items we had put together for a birthday. Went to pick up a birthday freebie, expecting a single piece of fruit. A suuuuuper friendly and chipper young lady by the name of Nellie, said "Oh! Your birthday is today?! Can you wait 10-15 minutes? I'll put something together for you!" I was excited to see what she came up with. Maybe a trio of fruits? 15 min later, I come back and she hands me a sizable box of freshly made goodies. "Can this be right" I thought. It's so big. On top of that, there was a giant mylar balloon tied to the box!! I was speechless. Though I didn't know what was inside, I was floored by the beautiful presentation of the elegant box and balloon. I finally found the words and said, "wow! This is amazing! I didn't expect such an extravagant gift! Thank you! It's so weird to have a birthday during the covid era, but this totally made up for it!" She then responded "well, I just want to put a little joy in people's lives however I can."
