The 3rd of the month. So we had to pay for the whole month, even though we left on the 3rd. Manager didn't care and said oh well. Be mindful of that. Also, sometimes the office was closed for a short amount of time. At first this was frustrating, until I learned it was due to there being only one employee on the property, and she was cleaning up the property at that time. Which drove my respect up for her a mile high due to how exceedingly hot it was outside. So just be patient. ~ As for the facility, my mother held her father's 1969 Ford Mustang in here for almost two years; a classic car I hope to soon get restored. The unit, however, eventually got too expensive - to the point that we had to move it to another location. No issue though, for we knew the costs, paid as much as we could, and then moved on. The car remained safe for way over a year in a good quality unit, and I'd gladly rent from them again. Every storage facility has their difficulties, but any difficulty encountered during our rental period here was solely the fault of us, never anyone at the facility. Which is a wonderful thing to have occurred. In fact, at some point throughout our time here, my mother completely lost the key to the unit, which caused a few downs to take place. Though it ended up being hilarious after. Regarding that, in the time of that lost key, the property manager, Melissa, showed such a deep regard of empathy toward us. She knew of the expenses and how we could no longer deal with them, and in coming to the knowledge of the lost key, she immediately emailed her boss to get the proper forms sent to us, to get the lock cut off as soon as possible, so not to deal with anymore charges and get the unit vacated properly. Not only that, but she allowed us to vacate outside of the date that I mistakenly set online at the beginning of the month of August - to the end of that month. That of which may just be normal policy, but through that entire process; to the very end, she continued to display patience, kindness, and genuine respect in every moment until we got the car out and beyond. That's our experience with the facility, and the manager. As such, I highly recommend this location! Check them out! ^_^

We had our belongings shipped U-Pack and they will deliver your goods that you loaded on a trailer and give you three days to unload. Worried about finding a storage facility that would be accommodating to this was a little stressful but when visiting the facility they assured this was no problem and something they were accustomed to. Our tour of the facility, really impressed me. Well lit, great security, very clean and great customer service. I should mention that we have changed units too. We are now in third unit. As we moved into our place and had less items to store, we moved Into smaller units to save money. Moving was easy and painless as they have elevators, wide halls, lights, and flat bed dollys to help move your items in and out of units. The storage is facility is locked by gates after 10pm. To enter the building and elevator you have to enter your security code. The place is well surveillance with security cameras too. My only gripe is that I have to do new paperwork every time we change a unit. But I guess if I had switched to a another storage i would still be doing paperwork - so I guess I get it. Beware of theft. My storage locker was broken into and valuable items removed. Police told me it…read morehappens frequently. The locks that are sold to you by the facility are easily drilled out in seconds. A secondary padlock that you provide can be cut off with bolt cutters just as quick. The bad guys have apparently been renting units with fake ID and then using their access to break into other units. Don't leave anything valuable or sentimental in these lockers. Until security at the facility is significantly improved (improved locks, better identity verification of renters), I cannot give the facility a higher score. On a positive note, the facility is clean and neat. Additionally, management worked with police to help investigate.

Management (Jacob Davis) gave minimal help and zero constructive follow-up. When we followed up a week later, Jacob turned hostile and then issued an eviction notice based on a completely fabricated claim of improper conduct in the facility--with no video evidence or proof ever provided. Inadequate security, missing hallway surveillance, indifferent staff, and baseless eviction tactics make StorQuest completely unreliable.
