I really needed a plumber this week and Chris and Sahy came out and did the job so fast and so well I couldn't believe it. Yes, it was a simple relocation of a hose line but they were so polite and so thorough and quick! Great guys from a great business. read more

Huge recent rain storm caused a surge in rooter sewer needs. It was hard to find someone to respond to my requests. Rotorooter quoted me a four day wait, a four hour windowand $450. That was not good enough for me. I read all of the reviews for Echo and chose to take a chance with them. At 10:45 they said they would be here 12-2. A beautiful brand new marked sprinter van pulled up at 12:08!! Miguel was soo awesome. He was professionally dressed in a personalized clean uniform. He handed me his card. He took a look, then gave me prices. The first price was for under the sink, other prices if he had to go on the roof or, gasp, cut into the wall. I approved the work. He worked hard. He thought he was going to have to escalate to get to the clog. He just kept working at it until, finally, success! He charged me the lowest of the three quotes! Echo charged me half HALF what the nation company charges! I am so impressed with this company. read more

After getting quite a few quotes, I selected Echo Plumbing. They had a fast response time and scheduled me quickly. Chris was on time and installed a new Pressure Reducing Valve with Emergency Shut off valve and a Toilet shut off valve. Although younger than I was expecting, he did both jobs very competently and efficiently and there have been no leaks. He was very polite and communicative and patiently answered my questions. Hopefully I won't have to call them for a while, but if I do need a plumber, I will be calling them back. read more

The team from Echo Plumbing & Rooter were great to work with. I had a stopped up tub drain and tried everything to fix it on my own. After a weekend of Drano and snaking, I realised it was time to call in reinforcements. Echo Plumbing & Rooter was able to come out within a couple of hours of my initial call. My interaction with them from the initial call to paying the invoice was positive. They were communicative, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would absolutely work with them again. read more

Responsive and professional. They came out quickly and sent me a reasonable estimate the same day. I had them replace a faucet and some other work. A few days after the faucet installation I noticed a small drip under the sink, I called them and they came out within 2 hours and fixed the drip without trying to weasel a fee out of me by claiming the drip was unrelated to their previous work. Will definitely call them again for plumbing needs read more

Echo plumbing has done some great work with the plumbing in my house and gained my trust to pay with cash to get a discount. The business was honest until I paid them in cash for a job unfinished and was told by one of their tech's Chris Canas that I could pay him cash in advance and it would save me some money through working through him vs going through the company which would cost me more when getting a new water heater so I paid him in cash. When the time came for us to get the new water heater that I paid for, Chris changed up claiming he is the most trustworthy person in the world, but lied to my wife and the company telling them that he doesn't remember that, but he wanted cash so he could keep all the money and not have the company a part of the deal. I can understand that you want to branch out in your own, I am willing to support young entrepreneurs, but why lie about something that you agreed to when the person that sees you vision trusts you to do solid professional business. Then manipulate the paperwork to justify your shady business. Don't pay Chris in cash unless you talk to Veri the rep or the manager and ensure that what is being discussed is on the up and up and that you get what you pay for. I got charged twice for a water heater and Chris got paid twice for a water heater and labor which he never worked for. Do not give Chris cash for a job if he says it will save you money if you don't go through the company, Chris says he's trustworthy but not that trustworthy. I planned to work with Chris for the foreseeable future because honestly he does great work, but I will never use his services again. He used my trust against me and is now trying to use the company and its "good name" to cover up his shady business. I gave him 1 star but he gets no stars from for this. read more

Events always seem to unfold at the least convenient moment. With four of us needing to shower and leave for the airport, every drain in my house was suddenly backed up due to a mine line blockage. I reached out to Echo Plumbing, and within an hour, they were at my doorstep, ready to tackle the issue. Their technician, Chris, along with his assistant, were incredibly professional and skilled, swiftly resolving what had seemed like an insurmountable problem. I'm definitely turning to them for any plumbing issues in the future. read more

We discovered that our water heater was leaking late last night, and I immediately started reaching out to plumbers with good Yelp reviews. Echo got back to me almost immediately and offered to come out first thing this morning. After arriving at our house on time, Chris from Echo did a great job of explaining where the leak was coming from and going over my options. I opted for a new water heater as ours was the original and 20 years old, and Chris was able to immediately install everything for us. Once the job was completed, he took the time to educate me on the new system and to provide me with maintenance tips. Fantastic service and a true life-saver! I highly recommend Echo for any water heater or other plumbing issues. read more

This is my second review for this company. This was the third time I have contacted them. The first was a clogged toilet when my niece flushed a toothbrush. The second time was a flooded bathroom that ended up not being a true issue. This time my water heater stopped working. I contacted them around 11am and by 1:30 pm they were at my home and by 3:30 pm it was replaced. Juan and his brother were wonderful. The service is quick, honest, and all around highly recommended. read more

These guys were great, they came to fix what I thought was an electrical issue, apparently it was just an operator issue Michael pushed one button and fixed it, and did not even charge me for his time. Beyond grateful as a single mother to have had that help, it really meant a lot to me, on top of the already wonderful same day service. Many thanks again to Micheal, and would definitely recommend this company. I kept their card in case I need anything in the future. read more

Within 45 mins of taking my request for service, Miguel and an associate arrived at the house, that was AWESOME! They diagnosed the problem as being, a clog within the toilet bowl and not what I had originally thought it would be (a clog in the line under the house! This saved me some money to fix because to have to "snake" the outside lines takes a little more time but they were able to fix the problem with an auger directly through the toilet. I really appreciated this companies honesty, as I have been hijacked by services in the past. Miguel and his associate were very professional and pleasant and, as always is a happy surprise, they were careful not to create alot for me to clean up and I REALLY appreciate that, I cant tell you enough!! So thanks Echo Plumbing for a job well done!! I highly recommend ECHO PLUMBING!! read more
