I called Echo today for a variety of plumbing issues. The phone was answered by a live person who was friendly and efficient. They were able to come within the hour. Chris arrived on time and was so polite and professional. Not only was he able to address all of the issues I had called for, we decided to have him do some additional work while he was here. He had all the parts on his truck, took precautions to keep my home clean and did all repairs within 2 hours. The price was very reasonable and all repairs came with a 30 day guarantee. Chris went above and beyond to explain his work to us, even taking pictures of things we couldn't easily see to show us. I told him I will keep his card and he will always be my first call for plumbing issues. This is a small family business and we were so impressed! read more

This company is amazing and friendly. They have fast response time and will work with your schedule no problem! With it being covid and a crazy time they take all the proper procedures to make sure everyone is safe. Miguel was seriously the best, I recommend them 10/10 every time because he is professional and friendly. They are on time and make sure they leave with you smiling. When looking for a plumbing company call and request Miguel, his work is fast and amazing with no issues or complaints. On time and honest. Two great attributes when it comes to plumbing! Would highly recommend!

I called Echo Plumbing and Rooter and Chris Canas came out within the hour to diagnose the problem. I had a leak and problem with the emergency water shut off valve in front of my house so he had to come the next morning after picking up the parts. Chris is absolutely awesome! He was punctual, honest, and very knowledgeable. I'm so glad I found a plumbing service I can trust. Highly recommended! read more

Installation of 2 grab bars in the shower took some time but someone else from the company came in to assist the first technician and job was done shortly thereafter. Chris came out on time and got right to work assessing the situation. Quoted me a great price, And got right to work on the repair. Was successful and not only finding a solution for the leak but also created a support needed for the drain. Then after a lot of work, persevered and cleared the clog as well. I could not be happier with his work and his diligence. I highly recommend Chris and this company. I've used them both now in my personal residence and at the shop. I highly recommend Chris and Eco plumbing and Rooter. read more

I would give Echo Plumbing 10 stars if it were possible! Many thanks to Juan and Miguel and crew for outstanding work to replace my main water line, extending from the end of my driveway to my house. (30 feet). They expertly worked around many obstacles, including my neighbor's main water line located next to mine, and the homeowner irrigation line and PG &E line at the edge of my driveway. The entire water line (made of blue plastic? pre-pvc pipe which is no longer used because the chlorinated water makes the pipe brittle) was replaced with only a small section of the concrete driveway removed. All work was completed in a day, including concrete replacement. When finished, it was hard to tell that anything had been done. I whole-heartedly recommend Echo Plumbing for water line replacement done with great care and efficiency!! read more

I had a very big concern with my floor, it seemed to be leaking from under the floor boards. I called, and Chris literally came about 30 minutes later. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable regarding my concerns. He let me know all the steps needed to repair the situation. He was here for quite some time to give me the overview without charging me a dime. I love the fact that they are a local business and that I can support them, as well as receive wonderful service. Thank you Chris! I will definitely using them in the future as well. read more

Javier and Miguel were at our house within 90 minutes of calling to report a clogged mainline drain that was backing up into our tub. They were able to diagnose and solve the problem within 30 minutes, and gave me their number to call in case the fix didn't work long-term. Great, local, responsive service that I appreciate instead of using one of the "big guys." read more

Echo Plumbing & Rooter - Emergency plumbing issue - Plumbing Near Me - Concord, California

We had two toilets installed in May and June of 2023, and today we thought there was a small leak from one of them. We called ECHO with our concern and they offered to be at our home in less than an hour. They arrived in about 20 minutes, and they evaluated the entire install. After the inspection, they determined there was no leak. We now think it was actually one of our dogs "marking their spot". It was reassuring that ECHO responded so fast. We would highly recommend them! read more

Our water heater unexpectedly failed so we called Echo. Chris came out a few hours later, did a very through inspection and let us know that we needed a new water heater. He went above and beyond by picking up the water heater we specifically requested and came out early the next morning to install it. The price was very reasonable for the quality and efficiency of the work. If we have any plumbing issues in the future we will immediately call Echo and ask for Chris if he is available! read more

Excellent same-day service. Chris came out within hours of my initial phone call and replaced our old bathroom faucet and drain opener. Great price too! read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND...If anyone needs a pipe repair or plumbing done, this is the place to call. Juan came out within an hour of calling. Assessed the situation with a free estimate. Replaced damaged pipe above ceiling and was fast and efficient. In and out in a half hour. Mind you, it was a HOLIDAY and they didn't charge for that. They charge by the job, NOT the hour. RECEIVED $25 OFF for being a new customer too. Definitely 5 out 5 stars! read more

Needed a bathroom faucet replaced and I provided the hardware Here's my experience 1. Used Yelp request a quote and Luis responded within the hour. Very easy to talk to and we moved over to text messages. He provided good advise and walked me through the job and provided estimation. Got everything scheduled, pretty easy 2. Luis showed up on time and finished the job to our expectations. It's been a few weeks now and no problems Even though I'm giving a 5 star review and the outcome was satisfactory, communication over text kinda fell off towards the end. It was unclear if Luis would show up as scheduled a few days prior. Something for them to work on and not a reason to knock off a star Would engage Luis again for something else and hopefully the communication improves next time around read more

Called on Sat. night about needing to replace a leaking toilet. They came out for a free estimate first thing on Mon. morning. Pricing was much more reasonable than first bid. They bought, delivered and installed the new toilet and hauled away the old one and completed the work early that afternoon. This is a first class business and I highly recommend them. read more

I reached out for a quote for a garbage disposal repair in which Echo Plumbing responded quickly. They offered service between 12-2 and showed up earlier than expected (around 11:50 am). They were in/out and resolved my issue with efficiency. I was very satisfied with their help. read more

I had toilet problems and was leaving to go out of the country the next day...called Echo expecting to get an appointment for when I returned but was pleasantly surprised when Juan said they would respond within 30 minutes. They were there about 20 minutes later, identified the problem immediately and had it fixed within the hour. I believe it was Juan or Luis that came out. He and Chris were knowledgeable and professional and friendly. I highly recommend and will use Echo for any plumbing issues I ever have in the future. read more

I've had this team over three times, and each time they've done great work for a competitive price. First time for a leaking toilet, second time to do finish plumbing on a bathroom remodel, and third time to replace the valve on an older shower. My elderly moms Water Heater was leaking... Better to fix it sooner than when it all busts loose. I sent an email/text out to another plumber on yelp who did not do water heaters and I got a call from echo plumbing within 30 minutes. They were able to come out while I could be there. They sent Chris and Luis. such fine professional young men. Very considerate and careful of the property. Worked and finished the job so my mom could have hot water immediately. Thank you for doing such a good job. read more

Echo Plumbing & Rooter We had a fantastic experience with Echo Plumbing and Rooter. They were able to address all of our issues (5 faucets), making repairs and/or installations as needed. They were/are very knowledgeable, professional, neat and very quickly repaired/replaced our ailing faucets. We needed to get an estimate to replace two (2) kitchen faucets with faucets we recently purchased and then repair, as needed, three (3) other faucets: a 57 yr. old Two-Handle Laundry Faucet with Straddle Legs and 6" Tube Spout, and two (2) Garden Hose Faucets. We called Echo Plumbing around 9:00 a.m. for an appointment. An appointment was scheduled for arrival between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m. The Plumber/Technician, Chris C., arrived on time, assessed each faucet and explained what was needed. Besides the Kitchen sink replacements, we needed to replace the Laundry Faucet, and both Garden Hose faucets. He had all the materials with him except for the Laundry Faucet. He contacted a co-worker, Juan, and sent him a photo and specs required. Juan purchased the correct replacement faucet and brought it to the house and installed it. All work was completed in less than four hours. In addition, their price for all the work was not only very reasonable, but it was less than one half of another contractor's price who could only do 3 of the 5 repairs needed. read more

Wouldn't provide a quote or a price range over the phone to clean out a shower drain. Like some other businesses, they would rather send someone out who is prepared to do the work to tell you the cost and you have to turn them down if it is too expensive. The technician said that the $275 price he quoted was the minimum for using the snake. If there is a minimum cost, why do they refuse to provide that information? I think the answer is clear. read more

I called and used Echo Plumbing for our home remodeling project. Juan came out within 30 minutes of calling and provided the lowest estimate. All others were much more expensive. Echo team arrived on time, looked professional, worked professionally, courteous and had the job complete in two days as promised. I will definitely use them again for our next project and encourage you to choose Echo Plumbing for your plumbing needs small and/or large. If I could, I would give them 10 star rating. Extremely satisfied from start to finish. No need for me to look for 3 bids for this bathroom remodel. My entire experience with Echo was great. Scheduling was easy and the estimate was very reasonable. Miguel and Javier showed up on time and repaired a broken pipe very quickly. Highly recommended company, very efficient and hard working plumbers. read more

Our shower drain had a leak for the second time in 5 years. We didn't want to use the same plumber, given that the first repair didn't last. After reading the great reviews of Echo, I called them. Miguel came the same day and provided an estimate. At first, I thought the price was high, but after checking with a couple other plumbers, it seems it's just gotten more expensive to have work done these days. I called Miguel again, and he was able to do the work the next day. It would have taken a week with the other plumbers I called. Miguel came on time, worked fast, and kept everything clean, even when removing drywall. He also explained why the last repair likely failed and what he did differently. Hopefully this is the last time I need this repair done. read more

Excellent, fast, and honest service! The outdoor hose spigot pipe broke flush to the wall and we had to turn off the water main. Echo Plumbing (Miguel & Carlos) were the only one of three plumbers who agreed to help with same day service, and within a couple hours. They did a thorough job carefully opening the garage wall to access the pipe, made the repair quickly, and put everything back together better than it was originally (for example, the pipe passed through a wall stud that simply had a gap sawed out; they correctly reinforced it with a steel plate). On top of everything, the job cost less than $300 - IMO a bargain for an after-hours emergency repair. read more

I had an emergency situation where the faucet of my bathroom sink mysteriously started leaking water right as I was heading off to work one Monday morning. I desperately called all of the major plumbing companies and they all replied that the earliest that they could schedule me was on Wednesday, 2 days later. Not good enough! So, I called Echo Plumbing and they came out within 2 hours and repaired the leak. No frills, catchy mottos, nor fancy commercials! Just quality work and workers and that's exactly the way I like it! read more

They were excellent and significantly easier to work with compared to some of the other options on Yelp. Juan was responsive and knowledgeable and genuinely cared about helping us resolve the issue in a cost effective and durable way. Really honest business. Will use them again! read more

Quick response. Great job replacing my water heater, plus excellent customer service!!! Thank you Luis, Juan, and everyone at Echo!

Thank you Echo Plumbing & Chris Canas. My garage sink drain fell apart, literally into 4 pieces & Chris replaced the old pipes w/ ABS pipes, angled it properly, installed an over flow option, attached the sink to the wall & hauled all the old pipes away. He's polite & knowledgeable. I will definitely use Echo Plumbing again---& have already told a few friends about this company. read more

Wow these guys are great! Highly recommend! We had a clogged toilet Friday night that led to leaking from around the wax seal all over the bathroom. What a mess. Echo was super fast - Luis replied to my request in no time (at 1030pm Friday!) and Chris was out at the house on time at 9 am Saturday. Chris was truly awesome as other reviewers have noted. What a pro. Very clear explanations of everything, happy to show me every step and answer all my questions as the project developed, ready with cameras and other equipment when things got complicated...I appreciated how he made all options, his opinions, timing, and pricing clear before starting anything. Fixed the problem and laid out a potential longer term upgrade with zero pressure. On top of that he was super nice, super clean, great with my kids and dog running around, and even helped me with an unrelated question I had at the end of a half day of work. Totally fair transparent pricing. No question we will be repeat customers. read more

We sprung a leak under the house last night and I called first thing in the morning. Chris was here in about an hour and immediately found the issue and resolved it within another hour. Safe to say we are very pleased with Chris and his exceptional work and speed. Overall very professional and for a fair price. Would definitely recommend! read more

Echo Plumbing was quick & sent Chris & Juan same-day, both nice and professional. They had a $99 special for snaking a toilet, but let us know once they got here we didn't qualify as we needed an industrial snake that cost quite a bit more. They also said after snaking, they could do under-house inspection for another addt. fee. Our bill was about $500+ at this point. Chris and Juan were efficient, considerate & didn't leave a mess. The snake didn't work, as the pipes needed repairing. They told us the repairs, which required cutting thru a wall, would be $3,700+, plus the $500 we already owed for the snake/inspection. We found a different company that finally did the work for WAY LESS THAN HALF of Echo Plumbing's price and said that it was unnecessary to cut through walls. Everything is fixed, but we are still shocked that Echo plumbing was going to charge us an enormous amount of money (plus unnecessarily cut thru a wall!) for what turned out to be 2 hours of work!! Bottom line is their service is good, but their pricing is way over the top. read more
