Since having Guy come out twice for free consultations for previous carpet problems having to do with spots, I had Guy clean the carpet because the spots did not come out when I atttempted to clean them. Guy did an excellent job and 98% of the spots came out. He offered to come back to use another solution for the remaining 2 % of the spots. This guy is a miracle worker! After years of oily shoes walking across our carpet and a dog that would go on the floor every time it was over, and our carpet was awful! It was stained and after the last round of dog sitting it smelled really bad and Guy took care of us! We were worried that he was going to tell us not to waste our money cleaning it, but he looked at it and told us it was going to be a hard job but he could do it. He fully explained what he was going to do and how it would work and then set about getting to work. It took about two hours to do the two rather large rooms. He did a great job, the carpet looks much better (it was too far gone to ever look new again, plus we wanted the smell gone more than for the carpet to look better), and the urine smell is gone! Guy told us it was going to take a day to dry and that if it was sticky at all to call him right away so he can give it another rinse to make sure it stays clean. He also told us the best way to clean up dog urine! Baking powder! Pour it over the spot and let it dry then vacuum it up! Overall he was a pleasure to work with, gave us a great deal and stands behind his work. I can't recommend Echo Carpet services enough. Our dog had a bad case of fleas and I was so concerned about them spreading into our carpet that I couldn't sleep. I messaged Guy at 1:30 in the morning to get a quote and he messaged me back within minutes. My first Yelp review just for this guy........Guy!!! He is unreal!! My wife and I just purchased a new home whose previous owners had a dog with a pet odor. We had the carpets cleaned on a Friday, and the other people did a good job. But by late Saturday night my wife said she could still smell the dog odor. The next day being a Sunday, and the work week ahead, we were concerned about having to smell the dog odor till we could get the original cleaner to get back and take another look. I hopped on Yelp and found Guy, one of the few who had Sunday hours listed. My wife called him about 11am and he answered. He said he could try and get there late Sun night, but would most likely come back Monday. He explained what he planned on doing/trying, and all he kept saying to her was "I just want my customers to be happy!" At about 4:30pm he texted my wife and said he'd be there in 20 min! Are you kidding me!! He shows up, and you can tell the poor guy has been fighting a cold.....we felt so bad but it really does show the kind of guy he is!
