Incredibly fast service and response time. Carpet was cleaned in 15 minutes! We live in a 2nd story apartment with an extremely long and winding hallway. He was able to get in with a portable system and clean super fast! Highly recommend. read more

Great job! Looks amazing! I would recommend his services to everyone! I will definitely be referring him to everyone I know! He was 15 min early and worked hard on those high traffic areas and it came out excellent! Great customer service!!!! I called more than 5 companies to ask them to come out on Sunday and they ALL replied with " sorry that is the only day we are closed!" My landlord was there when he was finishing up his work and asked me where I found this company I told him from yelp and even my landlord said that he will be using him in the future for his rental properties. He told the landlord that if he was not satisfied with how it comes out after it dries to contact him direct and he will come back out and not charge him anything additional! He is definitely a business man!!! Highly respectable! Good job!!!!!! read more

I truly cannot say enough good things about Echo Carpet Services. Guy Echo (the owner of the company) is probably one of the most honest, hard-working, friendly, respectful, practical-thinking, and generally likeable people I have ever dealt with. Within 5 minutes of meeting the guy (no pun intended), it became obvious that he really strives to give his clientele the best service possible, and that is probably why his business is thriving right now. About two weeks ago, I hired Echo Carpet to do my carpets for a move-out at my (now former) 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment. From start to finish, it was a great experience: 1st - Mr. Echo personally returned my phone call within about 5 minutes of me leaving a message to get a quote on the price. (Off to a great start!) 2nd - The price he quoted was more reasonable than anything else I had heard. 3rd - He was understanding of my time limitations and he went out of his way to schedule the cleaning at a time that worked for both of us. 4th - He was on-time for the appointment and showed up ready to bust out some work. 5th - HE DID AN AMAZING JOB. Once he arrived, I personally watched him scrub out stains that had been in the apartment long before I ever moved-in. (The landlord told me they were permanent stains that would never come out, so Echo basically blew my mind by doing the impossible.) He did a terrific job and left the apartment smelling clean and fresh and looking wonderful. HUGE POINTS: He stuck to the quoted price. Every other person I spoke to on the phone jerked me around about the price, telling me there would be an extra fee for second floor apartments or for "larger than average bedrooms" or for stain treatment, etc. Echo gave me a relatively narrow price estimate over the phone and stuck to it when he showed up in person. LEGIT. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY, RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE. #GuyEchoRules read more

My carpets came out clean. However...I am on the 2nd floor of my apartment building, so they were unable to use the truck mount cleaner, which I think would have performed better (carpets would have dried quicker) and they wouldn't have had to bring in the clunky portable cleaner that was really dirty. He said that he would have needed more hose, which he said they had but he didn't have it with him. He also said he needed a water source even if he had the longer hose, but I didn't understand why they would have their own source in the truck. I will use them again and hope they have a hose that will reach my apartment and water for the truck system. read more

I had their service today. They have portable devices. Caesar helped me when his boss was out. My apartment is 650 sq ft but only living room and bedroom have carpet. The price range the boss gave me was $80 to 120. The actual price Caesar gave is exactly 120. My apartment wasn't super dirty and I don't think it is at the top level of this price range. But it's already less expensive than some providers so I accepted. I was told the helper was arriving 30 min to 1 hour late so I got prepared. Caesar worked hard and helped me move my bed and other furniture. The work took about one hour to finish. He only used one bucket of water while other providers tend to use two buckets. Not sure if his device is more efficient or what. I'm still trying to recall the carpet cleaning service I used one year ago, which is also good. read more

After reading the reviews here I decided to message Echo Carpet Services and get an estimate. Not only was Guy was very quick to respond but he was able to set me up with an appointment the next day. Upon arrival we walked the house together and he explained his game in plan and made me it very clear that because our carpet was in good condition, I wouldn't need any additional add-ons. He reassured me that I shouldn't spend more then I need. A very selfless thing to say that instantly gained my trust. During the cleaning he made sure to set up edge protectors and braced the wires so they wouldn't smash into anything as he moved around. This was another thing that really impressed me. He respected my home and treated it like it was his own. As most doctors can attest, dealing with engineers is sometimes annoying, we always want to know how and why. Guy was patient enough to explain how the process works and even taught me little tricks to keep my carpet and upholstery, clean and deodorized. Overall my experience with Guy and Echo Carpet Services truly lived up to the reviews and his rating! Thank you so much for the excellent service and the honest feedback. read more

Update: what can I say, time and time again I call Guy cause of my hectic life at home and also because my carpet just absolutely hates me! Every time, Guy pulls through. He's become a friend to the family and always so happy and cheerful it's almost unreal! Thanks for always pulling through and taking care of the house buddy!!!!! I'll try to keep this short and simple... -Outstanding service -Highly detail oriented -NO up sales NO b.s. -Always on time with updates and appointments -Industrial grade equipment -Pristine presentation -HONEST AND VERY HARD WORKING! What can I say, Guy Echo is definitely a person who takes pride in what he does and let's his finished work show for itself. He was more than willing to do an evening service call at 7:30pm and completed within 60-90 minutes. Not only did my carpet come out brand new again, Guy's process used the minimum amount of water possible to keep the saturation low which in turn allowed the carpet to dry very fast without the worry of damaging my investment! I would highly recommend this family owned and operated service to everyone and anyone who can appreciate honesty and perfection! P.s. Guy Echo is ALWAYS willing to work around your schedule... Customer service is at its best, one phone call for a quote and you will see what I'm talking about people! *** NO REGRETS *** NO HESITATIONS *** read more

I am really surprised that I am writing with negative feedback for a company that has a sterling reputation. Unfortunately, my experience was not great. I was very impressed at first by the quick response (within a couple of hours) to my initial inquiry. We played phone tag for a couple of days, but we were able to schedule a same day appointment once we finally talked. Yay, right? The carpet cleaner texted me to ask if he could come early. I went ahead and cut short the social event I was at because getting my carpets cleaned was IMPORTANT. I was running around the house like a crazy person moving stuff out of the way and off of the floor to try to be ready for the earlier time, getting all sweaty. But I was still feeling positively about things. After that, things went south. The carpet guy arrived, and I showed him the two bedrooms he was to clean. In the bedrooms are some larger pieces of furniture (like a bed and heavy bookcases), but many small pieces (like a settee and a small dresser and a cushioned stool). I have been getting my carpets cleaned for ten years by another guy who quit the business. He always lifted up the smaller and lighter pieces of furniture and then placed styrofoam squares under the legs/item to protect from the moisture, so I expected the same from this guy. When I asked this guy, "Will you be moving these smaller items while you are cleaning the carpet?" He stated flatly, "No. We don't do that." I know that wooden legs on furniture are damaged by water, so they MUST be handled carefully, but this man was in NO WAY willing to do that. I replied, "Really? You don't do that? My old carpet cleaner always did that and used those little styrofoam squares." He insisted that this company did not do this. I suddenly felt really uncomfortable because it seemed like he was less concerned about my home and more concerned about me being the last appointment of the day when he wanted to be DONE! He just wanted to cut corners was my impression. I asked him, "Don't you have any of those little styrofoam squares? (Knowing that me MUST have them...) Maybe I should talk to Guy before we go any further. I don't want to break any rules you normally go by." At this point he suddenly said that oh, maybe he could move a few things, but I was too uncomfortable to continue without speaking to Guy (the boss/owner). I told him I understood that different companies have different rules and that I was used to a more full-service approach. I tried to call Guy three times, but he didn't answer his phone. At that point, I told the carpet cleaner that I would rather wait and work with a company that could replicate the service from my old company. I sent him on his way with a slightly tense smile and a "Thanks, have a good day." So, to sum up, I cut short my time with friends by 90 minutes, got all sweaty moving stuff at a super rapid clip, and I ended up with NOTHING to show for it. Based on other reviews, I know this is not normal for this company, but it was as crappy experience. I still have dirty carpet, and I am frustrated by what I feel was a bit of a scam on the part of the lying carpet guy. :-( read more

My big puppy peed on the carpet for the third time so I decided it was time to get the carpet cleaned. I asked for a quote on Yelp for the whole living room, the owner, Hagay, responded in just a few minutes. He gave me a very fair quote and said he was available right away. I met him at my house 20 minutes later, he explained the treatments and didn't try to upsell me or change his quote. He was very professional and did a great job - all in about an hour including treatments for the 3 pee spots. He even offered me a free bottle of cleaner for the next time. I will definitely be using Echo Carpet again and highly recommend them. read more

I am extremely happy with Echo Carpet Services. My carpets were not extremely dirty, except for one room, where it was absolutely filthy. Mr. Echo discussed and counseled me on my options, and never once tried to "up sell " me on anything. This man is honest, sincere, heartfelt, and hardworking. He has earned my trust and respect, and I will call him for every job in the future. I feel like I should say more, but what more can I possibly say? you won't regret it- book him. read more

I'll be honest. I only hired this company because my landlord was requiring me to have my carpets professionally cleaned before I vacated the apartment and they were the lowest bid. It never occurred to me they would do such an incredible job for such a reasonable price. My carpet had to high traffic discoloration in several areas and when they were done it seriously looked like it was brand new. My landlord's leasing agent was astonished (he had seen the carpet in it's previous state several times when he was showing the property) and asked for the name of the company I use so he could recommend them to all his clients in the future. A truly amazing find for any homeowner. read more

Guy did an EXCELLENT job cleaning my carpet. My two dogs got into our trash can and spread the contents all over our living room. They also ate some of the contents and proceeded to make a biological mess. It was so bad, that even after we picked everything up, vacuumed and even used our household steam vac, we couldn't get rid of the smell. It made it probably worse. We called Guy and he was out the next day, first thing in the morning. Showed up on time, analyzed the carpet, explained everything thoroughly and went to work. An hour later and you could eat off the carpet. He accepts credit cards which is extremely convenient and explained proper maintenance and care for the longevity of my carpet. He also said he would come back if the smell came back, since he guarantees his work 100%. REALLY nice person as well and extremely friendly and courteous. If only all of my interactions were like this. You shouldn't consider any other carpet cleaning service if you can use these guys. read more

I do not give 5 stars lightly; businesses need to earn this rating from me. Guy was as responsive to my call as anyone can be (5 minutes). He made an arrangement to schedule my carpet cleaning to suit my schedule on very short notice. He arrived on time ready to work. His price was exactly as he quoted me over the phone and his dedication to detail was excellent (no carpet skipped); granted I did move 99% of my furniture prior to his arrival to make his job that much simpler (and my carpet more accessible). Lastly, I was comfortable with guy in my home; he protected my hard wood floors and when he left there was no trace of his tools and equipment. I highly recommend Guy at Echo! read more

Great experience with the entire process. Called them mid-morning and they were able to fit me in same day last appointment. Even though it was Friday evening, Guy made sure that his work is done correctly and not rushed. Property is a rental and had over 3 years of stains. I even had another company refusing to clean my carpets because it's just that bad. Echo cleaned my carpet and saved me from having to replace them. Highly recommended, very professional, hard working, and I will use them again. read more

Pleasure to work with. Guys was quick respond and Joseph did a great job cleaning. Foot traffic spots came right out.

Echo Carpet Services is phenomenal. We have two small dogs who had peed several times on the upstairs carpet. We wanted a company that was prompt, provided thorough cleaning and disinfecting and would provide amazing service. Guy came to our home on time and was prepared to not only clean the area we requested, but we had an area rug we were considering donating and he suggested we give it a good cleaning. He actually took the rug to his business, cleaned it and returned it within a couple days...just like new. Our carpets look and smell wonderful, so we also had him clean our "once white" sofas back to a gorgeous white. We highly recommend Echo Carpet Services for any carpet or upholstery cleaning. Guy is a pleasure to work with and a true professional. read more

Read the reviews! I had a wonderful experience with Echo Carpet Services. I had a bedroom that needed carpet cleaning. Inquired via Yelp Friday night and Saturday morning I woke up with a response. Our white carpets were quite dirty. Guy just finished and now they look BEYOND AMAZING!!!!! Guy was helpful, respectful of our cats and a magician with bringing our carpets back to life. He went above and beyond to make sure he got them as clean as possible - with different cleaners and a lot of elbow grease. His prices were quite reasonable. His customer service was exceptional/fantastic. He even explained that the slippers I was wearing inside our house had a sole that was not good for our carpets. Who knew? We will definitely recommend Guy to anyone who wants a spectacular job at a reasonable price. Thanks so much Guy!!! read more

I've tried other carpet cleaning services, but none compare to Echo. Thorough job at an extremely reasonable price.

This is the third time we have used Echo in three years and the work was excellent. The carpet in the three bedrooms had the patterns from being used by two adults. Cleaning yearly renews the appearance and I am continually surprised how much a cleaning brings the appearance back to looking nearly new. This time, we had the luxury vinyl tile in the kitchen cleaned. The texture of the tile hid the accumulated dirt from regular mop cleaning and the room felt dark and gray. The tile cleaning brought back the colors and the textured appearance. We learned that the tile had yellowed from the sun but that is Armstrong's, the tile manufacturer's issue. The clean and sharp appearance from Echo's cleaning makes the kitchen light and fresh and it simply felt good to use the space today. The experience was as good as it could have been and we will use Echo next year. read more

Scheduling was super quick and easy. I was able to get a rough estimate ahead of time. I live in an apartment with no access to a hose hook-up and they were able to priced mobile services. My husband wanted to recover our 6 nook chairs because the fabric was so discolored. I was hoping that with professional cleaning we could get at least a few more months of life out of the fabric. Imagine my surprise when I found Echo. All the 5 star reviews are on point. Guy responded immediately to me yesterday, asked for photos to judge if the chairs could be cleaned, and made an appointment for *Paul* to come out today. Paul was running early - you read that correctly, so Guy called me to let me know 30 minutes before Paul arrived. Paul was neat and professional, and it took him less than an hour to clean those dirty chairs. I do not overstate this. Not only did he bring those chairs back to life, but they look as pretty and vibrant as they were on day 1. Simply amazing! Thanks!! read more

my girlfriend and I were doing some spring cleaning on presidents day and decided that we wanted to get our carpets thoroughly cleaned. as many of you are doing -- i went on yelp and saw Echo Carpet services and exchanged an email through yelp inquiring about his services and costs. within 15 minutes i received a reply asking the type of rooms i would be having serviced. by the third email i had a quote and an appointment for the next day at 1pm. about 10 minutes later i received a call from Guy ( the owner) saying that an appointment he booked today canceled and if i wanted the work done today -- so all within an hour of inquiring Guy was at my place of residence cleaning my carpet! he did a fantastic job and was super personable, and professional. i move out of my apartment in october of this year - and i know i will be giving Guy a call agian for his services. Definitely 5 star service. Actually I wish I could give 6 stars! I met Guy for one of my listings in Irvine and I knew I could immediately trust him. He evaluated the carpet of the condo I was selling, and even though he spent the time coming to the property he advised that he didn't think it was necessary for professional cleaning. He was trying to save me money! There were a few spots that he hand cleaned with a towel and didn't charge me. I was really taken aback by the level of service and professionalism and sincerity. I don't normally write a lot of reviews unless the company really stood apart from the rest. This review is a week late but nevertheless worthy of praise. Guy was such a pleasure to speak to over the phone and worked with me to schedule in a cleaning for the owners of my company. He quoted me a price over the phone and I wanted to see if the price would surprisingly shoot up when he saw the location and the house. Living in Newport Coast makes the prices for things go up quite a bit. But Guy kept to his price quote and charged me the same as if he would a modest house. He made quite the impression on me and the owner. We happen to be the owners of a property management company in Orange County and would love for him to be our Go-To guy for projects! He makes you want to spread the word on his honest and professional work. He was a complete gentleman not wanting me to move furniture. I was able to go about my normal day with complete trust. He also gave us a free bottle of cleaner for those future pet stains! I refuse to use anyone else! Oh yeah, did I mention that he came out within hours of me calling him for the first time! Absolutely unbridled service and with a smile! Not too many companies like Guy Echo's Carpet Cleaning Service! I promise you won't be sorry if you call on Echo!!! read more

I will never use this company again and I don't suggest that you do either!!! I made the mistake of spilling hot green tea on onto my 1 year old Restoration Hardware rug. Immediately after it happened, I tried to fix the discoloration by using Folex Carpet Remover and white vinegar. Once these two items did not work, I called Echo Carpet Services because I used them in the past (for carpet cleaning). The spill happened on March 6th of 2019. Echo Carpet came to my house on March 7th to perform the first cleaning treatment for $100. Within 24 hours, my small stain turned into colossal nightmare. The pH levels that this company used on my viscose/cotton rug, caused a chemical reaction and turned my rug yellow. After several attempts to fix the discoloration, they ultimately had to take my rug away and treat it off-site. AFTER 8 WEEKS AND 9 INDIVIDUAL CLEANINGS, THEY RETURNED MY RUG TO ME ON MAY 3rd. The yellow discoloration was removed; but the backside of the rug is covered in BLACK SPOTS. Guy, the owner, swears the black spots are NOT MOLD and offered to send out his mold specialist to test it. The gentleman who delivered my rug told me that the black spots were just "dirt that had settled into the fibers." I don't understand how a NON-DIRTY rug (that has been professionally cleaned 9 times) could possibly have DIRT!!! Two mold remediation companies that I work with advised me to remove the rug from the inside of my home immediately. Echo Carpet Services damaged the value of my rug and caused my rug to shrink significantly. I never received an apology or compensation. My original spill could have been covered by a couch, but now the damages cannot be concealed. I regret doing business with this company and I will never use them again! read more
