Wow my experience was absolutely Amazing Today! Not only was Ben 30 minutes Early, but he also was kind enough to help me move my all my furniture after I was the one running a little bit late, and even took the time to help me vacuum and clean my place! A remodeling contractor had used adhesive-backed plastic runners so that their worker's boots wouldn't soil the carpet. Unfortunately, once removed, the runners left behind some adhesive on the carpet that eventually collected dirt, leaving a wide stripe up the stairs and through the bedroom. Guy, the owner, came in and carefully assessed the situation. Rather than try to sell us on all sorts of chemical treatments and patented high-tech machines, Guy just promised low and delivered high. He prescribed not just cleaning the carpet but also buffing it. Two hours later the job was done and the tell-tale path was gone. It's been 4 weeks now and the carpet looks great, no traces of the dark paths whatsoever. He's honest, realistic and thorough. Five stars! read more

I was in a frantic rush to have my carpets cleaned from moveout so I called Echo. Guy was accommodating over the phone and even able to come the next morning. My white carpets had kids hair color spray on them (never again will I let them use this over carpet), and he was able to remove 85% of the bright green from them and the rest of the carpet looks brand new. I requested quotes from a few of the top rated carpet cleaners on Yelp for our new apartment. I decided on Echo Carpet Services and setup the appointment with Guy via Yelp. Guy arrived at the arranged time and came up to inspect the carpet. He got down on his knees, smelled, felt and checked the carpet in the living room and bedroom. He said that the carpet was already thoroughly cleaned and it was done well. He said the curry smell wasn't coming from the carpet so we started trying to track down the cause. The apartment has been completely repainted and cleaned but we concluded that the strong odor was coming from the pantry in the kitchen and that the ceiling, outside the kitchen, above the dining area, was discolored. He sprayed a water-based deodorizer in the dining area and the pantry, we let the apartment air out and the smell had somewhat diminished. He recommended having the complex repaint the ceiling and cleaning the pantry with the deodorizer. He refused to charge me anything and left me some of the deodorizer to use to clean the pantry. As he had advised, I got in contact with maintenance, they inspected the apartment and validated our findings. We moved in a couple of days later, the smell was all but gone... maintenance had repainted the ceiling and cleaned the pantry/kitchen with the deodorizer Guy had graciously left me. After a couple of days, the curry smell was completely gone. If you need any carpet cleaning, etc done... give Guy a call. He's professional, friendly, very honest and will make sure your taken care of. read more

Guy came over from all the way across town to give his honest opinion on some very old carpet he had reasonably quoted me on. Our carpet was extremely old and I was in denial.
