Wow my experience was absolutely Amazing Today! Not only was Ben 30 minutes Early, but he also was kind enough to help me move my all my furniture after I was the one running a little bit late, and even took the time to help me vacuum and clean my place! I had contacted these guys late last night along with a few other companies hoping one would respond and be able to help me today even though it is Christmas Eve, and these guys got back to me extremely fast and were even $100 less than what the other companies wanted. So if your thinking about getting your carpets cleaned and looking for someone on yelp, then look no further because I can not recommend these guys enough especially after my experience today! So thats an A+ in my book today not only for Ben but for the overall experience in general.. I highly Recommend you give these guys a shot and hopefully you'll leave as happy as me! Thanks again! read more

Our carpet was really bad. I was amazed at how clean they got it. I will recommend them.

These guys were as good as advertised. Showed up early, got done quick, and were very polite throughout the whole process. They were even patient to let me run and grab some cash so I could pay for the service. Doesn't get much better or any easier than that. read more

Echo carpet came out and cleaned our four bedrooms and the stairs. We're happy with the outcome of the job they did. They also did the tile floors throughout downstairs. About 5 days later or so, our dog peed on the carpet for the first time in many years. We called Echo and they helped us out big time by coming out the next to help clean the large spot. And no charge--just quality customer service! read more

Wow! I can't say enough about the amazing service we received! The owner and his assistant arrived on time and were ready to get to work. Our movers were taking much longer than anticipated so Guy, the owner, jumped in and helped my husband move some of our furniture! Both Guy and his assistant were polite and professional! Oh, and the carpets looked amazing when they were done!! I cannot reccomend them enough!!!!!! read more

A remodeling contractor had used adhesive-backed plastic runners so that their worker's boots wouldn't soil the carpet. Unfortunately, once removed, the runners left behind some adhesive on the carpet that eventually collected dirt, leaving a wide stripe up the stairs and through the bedroom. Guy, the owner, came in and carefully assessed the situation. Rather than try to sell us on all sorts of chemical treatments and patented high-tech machines, Guy just promised low and delivered high. He prescribed not just cleaning the carpet but also buffing it. Two hours later the job was done and the tell-tale path was gone. It's been 4 weeks now and the carpet looks great, no traces of the dark paths whatsoever. He's honest, realistic and thorough. Five stars! read more

I am very disappointed with this company. I made an appointment for next day service and was assured service and quoted a reasonable price. Two hours later I received a call telling me they could not provide service because they do not have technicians available. I declined service from two other companies to go with this company. I guess going for the lowest price is not always best. Because then you get low price service. read more

Service A+. Quality A+. Professionalism A+. Personality A+. Great service from Guy and his associate. Quick, efficient, and thorough, all with a smile. Even gave his honest opinion that my couch didn't yet need professional cleaning. Instead, he left me with tips on how to clean it easily myself. Greatly appreciated his honesty. Will be using his services in the future and will definitely be recommending him to friends/family! *Also, a huge plus is that he's VERY quick in his responses. Loved that! read more

I've had Guy clean my carpet twice now and found him to be very effective, professional, and kind. He cleaned my room which was spiked by my dog and it all came out and was left so fresh. Then on another occasion he cleaned my former roommate's room which had super soiled disgusting carpet and when he finished it went from dark and gross to light and clean. Amazing transformation. Reasonable price. He works around your schedule too. I highly recommend this service. read more

Guy knocked it out of the park! Excellent service, on time and took the time to explain what he was going to do prior to starting the job. I have a custom front door inlay. Guy took extra care when going in & out of the front door. Placed extra protection over the area. I highly recommend ECHO Carpet Service for all your carpet cleaning needs. read more

I needed carpets cleaned and dried before I moved and asked for a Sunday evening and he said YES!! When I said I can't believe you came on a Sunday.. he just smiled and said " you asked so I'm here!" Who does that? THIS GUY!! He offered free touch up should the movers make a mess. He was easy to reach, great open communication, and very professional. He brought everything so the rest of the house wouldn't get messy, then completely cleaned up after himself, backwards out the door!! I highly recommend him, will definitely be passing his info to anyone that needs speedy and professional carpet service. Will use him again. read more

Where do I start, I had my girlfriends family coming over and needed same day carpet service. I called several places and Echo Carpet was the only one that was able to get out the same day, they also dint make me feel like I was a crazy person for asking for the quick service. The carpet cleaning turned out great, I forgot to mention to Guy that I needed my rug cleaned (I was gone during carpet cleaning) I called Guy after and I have never dealt with such amazing customer service, he came back out and took care of my rug. Amazing customer service, fast turnaround time and great quality work read more

This guy is flat out amazing. Being a contractor and small business owner myself i can really appreciate his attitude (which is as food as it could possibly be) and the passion he has for his trade. You can totally tell he loves his work and his customers. When he finished the carpets look awesome. Use this guy and you will never call anyone else. I havent. read more

So happy with the service Guy Echo gave. He was willing to work with my difficult schedule and was way more reasonable than any other carpet cleaners that I got quotes from. Guy came on time. Reviewed condition of carpets on arrival. He gave me the choice of regular soaps or green, which was a nice option. He even told me my couch was still too clean to be cleaned and didn't want to waste my money on unnecessary cleaning. Thanks for the wonderful service. The carpets dried in 7-8 hours and felt really soft afterwards. Date was 6/11/17 read more

We had to get carpet service on a very short notice and they were able to provide us with cleaning within our deadline of just a couple days. The worker was kind, generous, and easy to talk to. He did a great job cleaning the carpet, and was more than happy to explain or talk about anything he was doing. He also did some of our small rugs complimentary. read more

I was in a frantic rush to have my carpets cleaned from moveout so I called Echo. Guy was accommodating over the phone and even able to come the next morning. My white carpets had kids hair color spray on them (never again will I let them use this over carpet), and he was able to remove 85% of the bright green from them and the rest of the carpet looks brand new. What surprised me was how he was honest with me upfront in terms of pricing, time frame, explanation of the whole process and removal of an impossible green stain. . It is so nice to see a carpet cleaning business care about their customers for a change. I will definitely use him again in the future and highly recommend him for anyone who wants great service and cleaning. read more

One of the most honest people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I scheduled a carpet cleaning for our stairs and got a VERY reasonable price. When they showed up they informed us that they would not be able to clean it since our carpet quality was poor. What an HONEST company! Rather than take our money they did the right thing. We will for sure use them when we move and have better quality carpet for them to work off of! read more

I requested quotes from a few of the top rated carpet cleaners on Yelp for our new apartment. I decided on Echo Carpet Services and setup the appointment with Guy via Yelp. Guy arrived at the arranged time and came up to inspect the carpet. He got down on his knees, smelled, felt and checked the carpet in the living room and bedroom. He said that the carpet was already thoroughly cleaned and it was done well. He said the curry smell wasn't coming from the carpet so we started trying to track down the cause. The apartment has been completely repainted and cleaned but we concluded that the strong odor was coming from the pantry in the kitchen and that the ceiling, outside the kitchen, above the dining area, was discolored. He sprayed a water-based deodorizer in the dining area and the pantry, we let the apartment air out and the smell had somewhat diminished. He recommended having the complex repaint the ceiling and cleaning the pantry with the deodorizer. He refused to charge me anything and left me some of the deodorizer to use to clean the pantry. As he had advised, I got in contact with maintenance, they inspected the apartment and validated our findings. We moved in a couple of days later, the smell was all but gone... maintenance had repainted the ceiling and cleaned the pantry/kitchen with the deodorizer Guy had graciously left me. After a couple of days, the curry smell was completely gone. If you need any carpet cleaning, etc done... give Guy a call. He's professional, friendly, very honest and will make sure your taken care of. read more

Guy is amazing and very affordable too. I wanted to get the carpets in my living room and the bedroom cleaned since it has been a while. He was very prompt in his response with the quotes, very punctual in his service delivery and also helped me vaccum the corners. I happen to live in an Irvine company property and didn't know that they are supposed to steam clean the apartment once a year. I did not know that. Guy shared this info and i greatly appreciate it. I would definitely sign up for his services again. I recommend him without concerns as well! read more

The best!! Just moved into our new house. The carpet is almost 15 years old, but Guy made it look like new. We were having some work done in the kitchen on the day Guy was scheduled to come out. He arrived on time and told me that we weren't going to get the best results because if the dust and was willing to come back the next day. He showed up the next day and did an amazing job. Loved his flexibility, honesty and work quality. Highly recommended. read more

A great experience! Read the reviews and everything was true... a great experience! Guy worked with us on scheduling and also handled the carpet cleaning with little to no interaction with us as this is a rental. Timing was critical, between tenants and Guy made it happen. Not only that, the job was done exceptionally well. I'd recommend Guy to anyone! read more

This company is amazing! They saved the day after someone who was originally scheduled to clean my carpet just simply didn't show up. Guy went above and beyond to send his employee to my home the same day. Ben was very nice and did a great job cleaning my carpet. He got the best out of it and I am now ready for my guests! I highly recommend them, they will not let you down. read more

Guy went above and beyond! Unbelievable customer service. He came to my apartment same day (on a Sunday) to save my couch and carpet from a nasty red wine stain. I would highly recommend him for any carpet service you may need! read more

Had my stairs carpet and also 6 chairs cleaned by Guy, these were really dirty and now it looks new. Great service, very professional and knowledgeable with what cleaning products to use on different fabrics. Would definitely use Echo services again (price was good too) read more

Let me start off my saying I haven't gotten the chance to use Guy's service as of yet. This review is based on his character and integrity. Guy came over from all the way across town to give his honest opinion on some very old carpet he had reasonably quoted me on. Our carpet was extremely old and I was in denial. Guy basically told me to put away my wallet where I think most companies would've took my money for just showing up! It's hard enough finding an honest and genuinely helpful company these days who aren't money hungry. Based on this event, Guy will definitely have all my carpet and tile cleaning in the very near future. read more

Wonderful experience. Arrived on time and took pride in his work. I wanted to do 2 bedrooms and my custom fabric couch. Although he recommended me not to the couch to save money and gave advice on how to clean it. He also helped me retrieve my patio umbrella that fell into my pool from the fumigation day before. Thanks again Guy! read more

Guy is awesome! Very friendly and professional. The difference was night and day. We had very dark and deep stains and he was able to remove them. I highly recommend him so please give him a call. read more

Echo Carpet Services - Nice clean carpet - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Irvine, California

You don't need to look any further for a carpet cleaner. You won't find better than Guy Echo and let me tell you why...... I almost can't believe the kindness of this man... I got all of my carpets cleaned (by a different company) and then the next day my dog had a bad accident on the carpet (perfect timing). I knew I needed to get it cleaned ASAP and no kidding, I walked outside to find Echo Carpet Services cleaning my neighbors carpets!!! I told Guy Echo my situation and asked him for advice... he said that whoever cleaned my carpets yesterday would probably just come back and do it for free... However even though that was the case, Guy said he would pop by and clean that spot for me for free anyway!!! Lets talk about a complete gemstone and all around good guy!!!!! He not only came by and gave it a full cleaning, but he also left me with some product to use if it happens again. Honestly, where do you find people with amazing character like this nowadays?! They are hard to come by. It was very obvious to me that he is honest, hardworking, and truly cares about people. I couldn't be more impressed by Guy Echo and his business and I HIGHLY recommend him. If I could give Guy Echo more stars than 5 I would. read more
