Other bidders' work would have made our floors look really good, as well, but not for nearly as long, and their work would have resulted in even more necessary restoration work at a later date.  Did we encounter problems with Sir Grout? Yes, we did, but that was not surprising considering the nature of the project. However, what I believe set this company apart was their eagerness to stand behind their work and not to let things go until everything was totally to our satisfaction. In today's world of shoddy work and avoidance of responsibility, that is huge!  Our project was unusual, and it was not surprising that they encountered unexpected issues.  What was unusual was the comfort that they provided with the ultimate outcome.
