Honest, professional and friendly!!! We have used this company several times and will not use another!!! When we used them for the first time we called at least TEN different companies. Four came to give quotes. Echo came and was very detailed and professional. We decided to take them. When the technician came to do the services he did a very good job and ended up charging us less than the original quote since he was able to save us money. I have used other companies in the past and I am quite sure they would have just done the original quoted price and not saved us money. These guys are honest, reliable and very professional. I highly recommend echo carpet cleaning. read more

I was in desperate need of a carpet cleaner to clean my carpets that were suffering from over a year of neglect from the tenants who were leasing from me. The condition of the carpets were horrendous. I was able to get Echo Carpet Services out the next day. They did an amazing job, I could not believe the transformation. Considering the condition of my carpets it was also very affordable. Would highly recommend these guys! read more

Very, very glad we went with Guy on getting our couch cleaned. With two dogs and a fairly dusty location, the upholstery had sucked up dirt, grime, and smells, but Guy was able to work his magic and get it sparkling and fresh. He spent a long time on it to get it to his standards (even though we couldn't tell the difference). We were kept extremely well informed throughout the process, from potential noise that may affect the dogs, to smells that could affect a very pregnant me. Guy also gave us some great advice on furniture upkeep and whether or not it's worth cleaning vs. getting something new (plus life in general!). Very congenial and well worth his costs. We'll use his services again. read more

My experience was outstanding. Very punctual and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend and use them again.

Guy did a fantastic job on our very stained carpet. He arrived promptly and I found him friendly and engaging. He described how he uses different formulations of carpet cleaning solutions, as he wants to give you the best possible cleaning combination for your particular carpet. He was very reasonably priced, and following a slight misunderstanding regarding cleaning of a particular room, he was able to come back, shortly, and re-hook up his cleaning rig, and take care of that room, at no extra charge. Thanks a lot, Guy! Our carpets are like new, fresh and clean. I would highly recommend Guy for fast, fair and friendly carpet cleaning. read more

If we could give Echo carpet services six stars I would because of how pleased we are with the service, professionalism, and outcome of their visit. We had a beautiful sofa stained by our lovely children, and when my husband wanted to throw it away, Echo carpet services came and saved us THOUSANDS of dollars because of their honesty and integrity. I will never call another carpet service company. Thank you so much! read more

Echo carpet cleaning is the best. We had several carpet cleaners coming in the past to get rid of the carpet smell on my stairs where my dog used to pee on but none could finish the job. The smell has built deep in the carpet but it was no problem for Guy Echo with his deep injection enzyme formula that kills the bad aroma and odor producing bacteria in contact and leaves a fresh scent after. He was so ready to help and worked on the area several times. He came out a few times to do the treatment to make sure we are satisfied and the smell is gone. We are so happy and grateful to Echo services. Very recommended. read more

I highly recommend Echo Carpet Services to anyone looking for prompt, professional and impeccable carpet/rug cleaning services. I emailed a few places about cleaning a 9x12" area rug in my living room. Guy responded back within the hour while other places took a lot longer and some said the job was too small for them. When he came by to clean our area rug (100% handwoven ivory colored wool) it was peed/vomited by our elderly dog over the period of a year or so. The stains were already set in and we knew they would be hard to remove. At that point he advised that he could get most of the stains out (which he did!!) but it would be better for him and our hardwood floors if he took it to his shop to deep clean it without damaging our floors. He carefully rolled it up & picked it up (it's pretty heavy) and brought it back a few days later. Most of the stains were gone and we couldn't be any happier with the outcome. We are beyond satisfied with Guy's passion for his work and friendly demeanor. His pricing is also very reasonable!!! We will be calling him soon to clean our carpets next. read more

Guy provides the most excellent customer service. He worked around our schedule as well! We had done remodeling over the summer and forgot to roll up our area rug. He cleaned our wool-blend rug so pristinely! I highly recommend Guy, he's the best and has an excellent price! read more

Echo Carpet Service are very professional and do excellent work. I would recommend them to all my friends.

Great service, on time, honest, and fantastic work.

Guy is one of the most professional people I've ever worked with on Yelp. I requested a quote for carpet cleaning and received a response in record time. After sending the pictures of the carpet to Guy to assess the needs, he politely informed me that the carpet (soiled from previous tenants living there) would need a complete replacement as cleaning would not help in this case. I appreciate his honesty and professional opinion. Guy, you rock!!!! read more

Guy Echo is the best carpet cleaner around! His service and character are impeccable and we will never use any other company again! After walking through the very old and very stained carpet, his recommendation was replacement, however circumstances don't allow that at this time. He did an amazing job of cleaning and the Carpet looks fantastic. 5 stars, Guy! read more

Excellent service. Will definitely use again for my future cleanings. Thorough and in my words "one of the best carpet cleaners in OC". Thank you so much Guy! read more

Exceptional Service!! I do not write many reviews but I had such a pleasant experience with this company. They were outstanding!! Very flexible and accommodating. We had to change our service date 3 times because our new rental place was not ready as promised. Each time Guy Echo was willing to go out of his way to work around our schedule with NO complaints or even sighs. They did a very thorough job cleaning our carpets. Worked hard and was in and out in 90 minutes. Our landlord was happy and we got our deposit back. Very honest. He stood by his quote and did not try to up sell or charge more. His pricing is also very reasonable. Highly, highly recommend this company!! Delivers as promised with a smile! read more

Guy is awesome. We called him on a Friday morning in need of help with a really bad pet stain, and he was there that afternoon taking care of the problem. He also went the extra mile for us and brought extra sprays to help completely eradicate the stain. On top of that, he and his crew were very professional and friendly. Guy, you will have a repeat customer in us. read more

Guy Echo is a lifesaver. My daughter got sick last night to the tune of red stains in three rooms on the carpet. The house smelled like, well.... you know. We called Guy today around 11am and he stopped by the house on the way home from a large job. I asked him if he was sure he could make it today, and he said something that I have rarely heard and simply never heard on Yelp. He said, "I never say no to emergencies, because that is when my customers need me the most." We were not a large job, and he has family at home too. I was struck at what a nice thing that was to say. Guy got here on time and did an amazing job. He even offered to come back tomorrow to reapply the fragrance so that my 2-year old would not have to sleep in a strong smell. Guy didn't try to up-sell me. He didn't charge me a bunch of nickle-and-dime premiums or emergency surcharges. He is an honest, hardworking guy with a ton of integrity and pride in his work, and a sincere desire to help his customers. If you every have a chance to try Echo Carpet Cleaning, you should. Don't waste your time with other vendors. He's a great guy and does a great job. Highly recommended! read more

Had Guy come by today to have the carpet cleaned at my condo. There is a reason this man only has 5-star ratings! He provides nothing less than 5-star service. Guy was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. His work exudes quality. Best of all, he is responsive to phone calls and messages along with being impeccable with timing.
