Guy was very helpful regarding a stain in an older rug. He provided information that we had not considered. We highly recommend him.

I handed Guy Echo one of his toughest carpet jobs, and he was excellent, patient and gracious about it. A large area that has not been vacuumed nor cleaned in 10+ years (because of stored stuff) revealed deeply rooted dust and cat hair inter-tangled, which he drew out in clumps with his top-notch cleaner. Now it looks like a new carpet again. I chose Guy Echo because of all the great reviews, and glad I did! read more

We were very happy that Echo came and directed us on the best way to handle our carpet cleaning. Instead of charging us for cleaning a carpet that was so old and dirty it would never get really cleaned, he referred us to someone who installed new carpet at a great price! Thank you Guy for taking such good care of us! read more

Showed up on time & put in a 100% Really did a great job, carpets look new again, thanks!

Guy's services absolutely exceeded my expectations! He was extremely quick to respond whenever I messaged or texted him, his price was so much better than any of the other quotes I received and he was beyond professional and friendly! It was a pleasure working with Guy - definitely will be referring him to my friends! read more

We couldn't be more pleased with Echo Carpet Cleaners. We have had both Guy and Joseph cleaning our wall-to-wall white natural Berber-type carpet for excellent results. We had some tough wine and coffee stains they were able to remove. Our carpet is restored, clean and fresh for the holidays. After many guests and families have come and gone, we will have them back in the new year! read more

Very easy to schedule, quick response, friendly service, used green products, careful with our home- covered our flooring and removed shoes, quality service. Guy is extremely service oriented. He takes the time to make sure the customer is satisfied. He did a great job with our carpet, area rugs, sofa and fabric headboard. I will recommend him and his team to anyone and we will definitely use him again. read more

The best person to do business with in Southern California. Guy is extremely honest and friendly. He goes above and beyond. He even left extra cleaner for me and followed up the next day to see how the couches looked after drying. I will absolutely use him again! read more

We just got a new puppy and I think he thought our stairs (the only carpeted place in our house) was his new pee pad! We had family coming into town and I needed a quick stair cleaning. I sent Guy a message and a day later my stairs were clean, all pee stains were gone and it smelled great! Thank you Guy for being so easy to work with and efficient! We'll be using you again! read more

The service was great . I had reschedule few times but they were really accommodative . Also my carpet is all clean now !

I wish there was an option for 6 star here, I really mean it. First off, very prompt, professional, know how to clean carpets and he takes his business very seriously. The way he approached cleaning my carpets were outstanding, he did a walk thru and inspected all areas and upfront told me what can be cleaned and what will not. His pricing is unbeatable and I highly recommend Guy. read more

Perfect job, outstanding experience! I used them a while back and will be reaching out today for services at my new house. I had forgotten to give a review when I used them, but the fact that I am using them again should speak strongly about them. read more

I was thoroughly pleased with echo carpet services. They came out and gave me a great quote and new how to work with very delicate rugs. He was super honest about what needed cleaning and what didn't. Would highly recommend them. Really please with how clean everything looked after. read more

Guy Echo responded with my quote in 2 hour. The day of service, he texted and called several times to update me of his arrival time. His quote was accurate with no up selling or additional expenses. He was very professional and explained the carpet cleaning process and how to take care of the carpet going forward. He volunteered to move the furniture around and was very hard working. I would recommend him with no reservations. My carpet looks very clean and smells fresh. read more

Echo Carpet Services is a reliable, honest and professional carpet service. They came out the same day and did an outstanding job and are the nicest and most affordable service I have found. I referred them to my sister as well that week, and she felt the same way. I highly recommend this carpet service to anyone. Thank you for all your help, kindness and support with the deep cleaning that needed to be done for all the mattresses and carpets. read more

Echo is super. He texted me in advance letting me know when he will be there. Very clean process, no unpleasant smell, carpet looks new again. The final price is lower than his initial phone estimation. He is very honest. Definitely will use the service again, and recommend to friends. read more

After having something messy spill on my carpet I called four friends asking if they had the number of a carpet cleaning company. Each said, "Yes, but none that I would recommend." I next turned to Yelp and messaged 8 local companies. 2 never replied. 2 refused to give prices over the phone. 3 gave me prices but weren't available on short notice (something that's forgivable), and 1 (Guy from Echo) gave me a fixed price and said he could come over first thing in the morning. When Guy arrived he had a quick look, told me what the job involved (which was a little more complex than anticipated), and confirmed that the price he quoted me was not going to change. The next thing he did was put blankets down to protect my floor -- and installed corner pieces to protect my staircase from his hoses. His concern for my property was both appreciated and unexpected (something I've not seen other carpet cleaners focus on). He then went to work and meticulously cleaned my carpet (literally on his hands and knees when needed). It was obvious that he was a knowledgeable professional, but that he also took pride in his work. In the end he did everything that was promised... and a bit more. I was most impressed and would happily recommend this company to anyone that reads this review. read more

Guy was amazing!! The best customer service and attention to detail I have ever seen. He's truly one of the last honest guys out there when it comes to customer service. Echo Carpet Services did a great job cleaning our carpets. We called them on very short notice needing our new homes carpets cleaned. They were very polite and helpful immediately helping us with scheduling a next day appointment. This really helped us out as we were in a bind to get this done quickly. read more

Honest owner operator. Did a very good job and I am very happy with the work result. Will definitely give referrals to friends and family.

Guy did a wonderful job and was super responsive! I also have to point out that he actually told us our carpets were in great condition and didn't need to be cleaned yet - which is so impressive because usually you expect an up sell if anything! That speaks to his character and trustworthiness. We had them cleaned anyway, and are very happy with his work. Highly recommend this business! read more

I can't believe how lucky I got last week when I took Yelp suggestion and called Guy Echo to clean my carpets. He came over the next day right on time and told me my carpets didn't need to be cleaned, but he did clean some spots and explained to me that cleaning a carpet that doesn't really need it is very bad for the carpet. He would not let me pay him anything and showed me how to properly clean spots. Needless to say I was extremely impressed and he will definitely be our carpet cleaner from now on. Where do you see this kind of honesty and good neighborly behavior nowadays. Thank you Guy !!!! You Rock Judy M. read more

Guy did a great job cleaning my carpets for two places! He also helped me move a large appliance into the back of my truck for disposal. Overall, great customer service! read more

I just moved into my new house and I was not sure whether the carpet's clean or not so I called Echo and scheduled to clean it anyway. Echo arrived ahead of time and then he checked my carpet carefully, then he told me the carpet had been professionally cleaned by the previous tenant, so there was no need to clean it again. He also gave me some advice on how to use carpet paint to cover some red print left by furniture. He didn't charge me any service fee and he is so honest. Will definitely call him again for my next carpet wash. read more

I will definitely be using Guy and Echo Carpet Services going forward! I received a very quick response after inquiring about service cost and schedule on Yelp late in the evening, and had an appointment scheduled within a few hours for after the holiday weekend. Guy called that morning to let us know he could arrive earlier if that worked for us - yes! He arrived and thoroughly explained the process he would use, what would get the best result for our 12x12 area rug, and his price can't be beat. He is incredibly friendly and service oriented - I would definitely recommend Echo Carpet! read more

Guy with Echo Carpets Services did a great job - got out some tough stains, gave good recommendations, was very fair. Called him regarding living room, dining room, stairs, hallway, bedroom. Could have done *all* the carpets and charged for it, but said much of the carpet was clean already and didn't really need it, focused instead on the real trouble areas and charged accordingly. Saved us some money and made the carpets look really good. Would definitely use their services again, and would definitely recommend their services. Thanks very much, Guy! read more

I had scheduled YL Carpet Cleaners several weeks ago to clean my carpets on my day off. YLCC never showed nor did they call, so I got on Yelp and saw the excellent reviews Echo received (deservedly so). Guy was super nice and had Ben out here by mid-afternoon. Ben did an excellent job - very consciousness and thorough. They were lifesavers! I highly recommend them!! read more

I reviewed different carpet cleaning companies on Yelp and decided to go with Guy Echo at Echo Carpet Services. the first time I called I left a voice mail message for Guy, and as advertised, he called back within 1 hour. I set up an early appointment for 8:00 AM on Friday, but later I had to change because of a forgotten doctro's apointment. Guy couldn't have been more accomodating. We re-set for 1:00 PM that same Friday. Guy texted me to say he would be about 20 minutes early if that was OK with us. Of course! He helped me remove some of the heavy furniture in the living room and vacuumed the carpet while I was finishing clearing the area. He evaluated the type of carpet and dirt/stains and decided upon a three-step treatment: (i) spray with a green chemical to help loosen the dirt embedded in the carpet fibers; (ii) buff the carpet with powerful circular buffer that applied a slightly caustic soap while penetrating the carpet pile, lifting the dirt from the nylon fibers; and (iii) steam the carpet with a wet-dry vaccum powered by a separate Nissan gasoline engine in his van. The steam was generated from heat recovery from his van engine exhaust. He used a slightly acidic green chemical in the steam water makeup to counteract the caustic in the buffer soap and leave the carpet with a desired pH of about 4.5 to preserve freshness and eliminate odors. The carpet turned out looking like new. We couldn't have been happier with Guy's courtesy, professionalism, positive atitude, and attention to a positive customer experience. Guy is truly the Yoda of carpet cleaning combining experience, knowledge, and magical results all at the same time. read more

Excellent customer service!! Had an awesome experience with echo carpet. Our carpet looks spotless. Thanks so much for a great job!!

Guy is amazing! The entire experience was first rate! The carpets look great and the entire service was above and beyond what I expected. I have high standards and he met all of them. He also cleaned my neighbors carpets and went above and beyond with that as well. We are all satisfied and will absolutely be calling him for future carpeting needs! read more

He's amazing! He brought my dirty, dingy, puppy stained carpet back to life! My boyfriend and I are so incredibly grateful for his hard work! We loved how he described everything he was doing step-by-step. He also left a fan to help the floor dry. It looks like a brand-spanking new carpet. I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend his services to anyone! read more

Guy is a very honest businessman. I just moved into a new apartment and was planning to get it steam cleaned. I setup an appointment with him and he arrived on time. After inspecting the carpet in the apartment, he informed me that he did not think it was worth cleaning at the current moment since it was in good condition and I would not notice a difference. He suggested that I should wait a month or two to see how it looks and then consider getting it cleaned. As I am not knowledgeable in steam cleaning, he could have easily sold me the cleaning service and I wouldn't have known any better. I really appreciate his honestly and that he didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I have a lot of respect for people like him. When I need my carpet steam cleaned in the future, I will definitely go with echo steam cleaning. Thank you! I would recommend guy to anyone looking for steam cleaning service. read more
