Today is the second time I visit the store. Their work is phenomenal! Previously, I took my brother's iPhone to two other stores. The phone would work well for a few days and then the screen would go crazy. After I came here, he never had another issue. Today I came with my phone, also the third time I get it fixed, and not only were they quick, it looks and works great. They continue to impress me with their work and professionalism. read more

Replaced the motherboard in my Samsung Galaxy S4 for a great price. Would go again.

They use the worst screens for phone. My phone screen broke again just by applying pressure and it wasn't the first time I took it there so don't waste your time going here read more

This is the best place for phone repairs. For starters, they answer the phone when you call. I had my iPhone screen replaced at a fair price. Then today we went back because my husband's phone buttons were sticking. Again, great service. Easy location. read more

These guys have super affordable prices and quick service.I highly recommend this place if your phone needs any repairs .My phone looks brand new.Don't go anywhere else and get ripped off . read more

I noticed that my phone was not charging properly. After discussing the issue with my service provider, we determined that it would be best if I replaced the USB charging port. I called a few places and Easy Tech was by far the least expensive. I know the adage 'you get what you pay for' and it certainly does not apply in this instance. The price I paid is fair and it was the other shops that were charging an inordinate amount for the job. I spoke with Joel and he quickly ordered the part and two days later my phone was fixed. I highly recommend Easy Tech! read more

Very professional, nice people. Quick service at a very fair price. Have used them multiple times and would recommend them to my friends.

Love this place! Cracked my iphone 5s screen and Joel fixed it quickly and with no hassle!! Would definitely recommend people to come here!

Both thumb up! I went to this store today to fix my Galaxy Note 3, which had recharging problem. They diagnosed no problem with the phone. There was only something wrong with the charging cable. The technician suggested me to buy a good cable from Best Buy because they do not had any high quality cable in store. I bought a cable from Best Buy and the problem had been immediately and completely resolved. They resolved my problem without any charge. They were so honest! They must be strongly recommended! Very reasonable prices and extremely professional service!. Several places were quoting from $80 to $120 to replace the screen In my iPhone 4s. Joel at Easy Tech replaced it for $49.99 and added a screen protector at no charge. I also asked him to verify that my phone was unlocked from AT&T as I was not sure I had followed their online instructions correctly. This was also done at no charge. I was told it would take about one hour and 45 minutes as there was another customer ahead of me. I chose to pick it up the next day. I would highly recommend them. read more

I dropped my iphone and the screen cracked. I wasn't near my home, so I googled a place in the area. I came to Easy Tech and the guys were able to fix it while I waited. I've tried to change a phone screen by myself in the past and it did not go very well. This time around, after accidentally stepping and damaging the LED screen on my Samsung Galaxy S4, I went to the Easy Tech store and had my phone back the following day only because the part needed to be ordered. I got my phone back today and I was so impressed with the work that they did, that I had to a write a review for these guys. It's worth the trip from anywhere in Miami. read more

I looked around for a while and this place was one of the most affordable. I was hesitant at first, but it had good reviews and was also in a convenient location, so I went for it. And I am glad I did! The guy was really nice and the screen of my iPhone was replaced in less than an hour (while I purchase some groceries right across the street). The replacement screen seems to be of good quality, so far works just like the original. I would definitely recommend it! read more

Best repair shop w friendly staff! They changed my screen in an hour and they're inexpensive.

Great service and fast but unsure about the quality of the products. Me and my friend took an iPhone 4 to repair the screen. The first time when we went to pick it up, the bottom part of the screen wasn't working, we were told to come back in two hours. The second time, it was working fine but after three hours the screen began leaking a sort of ink/water in the top right corner. read more

Knowledgeable, helpful and affordable repair guys. Took in two iPhones to repair (cracked screen, replace battery and power button) and fixed a Samsung s4 that no one else had any luck with. Thanks again guys! read more

Prior to purchasing the Groupon to fix an iPad cracked screen I called to see how long the repair would take and the young lady on the phone told me she could have it ready by the late afternoon. I told her I needed it by 430 the latest and I told her how important it was to me that it would b ready at the promised time and she agreed if I would drop it off in the next 15 mins. I was a few blocks away on 87 and Flagler and was there in less than 10. This was at approximately 1pm. When i arrived at 430 the ipad was not even close to being ready. I had to wait about 30 mins for it to FINALLY b ready. Needless to say I got a ridiculous amount of traffic on my way home and the rest of my evening was completely thrown off schedule. I definitely will not be returning ever. The only reason I gave the stars I did was because the iPad was repaired properly and the girl that helped me was very nice. But for someone who's schedule is pretty tight, punctuality is extremely important. read more

I'm unsure why these people have so many stars on Yelp. I for one never take the time to write a review. I recently bought a Groupon for this place to fix my iphone screen. I called the store and asked when I could drop it off, they told me I could walk in early morning and they would return it the same day. This wasn't the case, i showed up and the young girl at the counter said " I'm sorry but, we've received too many phones today, and you'll have to pick up your phone 3 days from now. That wasn't an option, so I asked " When can i get my phone the same day"? She said bring it back on Monday morning, and you'll get it the " Same Day". The place is far from where i live, I drive there again on Monday morning and when I get there I notice the same girl looks confused. I said " Hi, remember me? I'm bringing my phone for repair". She looks at it and says " OOohhh we don't have this part" Long Story short, she wasn't apologetic, the owner never stepped in to service me better. Awful Service, not worth the $25 savings.
