Brunch at Earl's never disappoints! Service is superb and food is delicious! The Eggs Benedict dish is life!

The food was DELICIOUS and it was a very cool industrial vibe. Only downside is that the food took an hour to finally reach our table.

I went to Earls for a birthday/going away brunch and had a pretty big party. It was a little weird the way the seating was arranged. Everyone was separated into small tables in a section rather than seating at a large table together. I got $12 bottomless mimosas (obviously good), the avocado toast dish which was also good, and a side of truffle fries. They serve the toast on the wrong kind of bread though. It's really hard to cut through and this is supposed to be a light option but it's white bread. They should switch it to a multi grain bread or something. Found this amazing & delicious restaurant while visiting Orlando last year, food is superb! Highly recommend the Sirloin-competes with ANY high end steak house. Taylor is an absolute GEM of a server, knowledgeable & attentive. Fabulous bar & tenders there as well-stellar Martini's! I would give this a 10 of 10 stars!!! My first experience here was simply astonishing. I ordered the steak and sushi the first time around and since then I could not stop thinking about it! I decided to take my mother here for her birthday today thinking we would have the same experience but wow was I disappointed with the food. Food: I ordered the steak and sushi again because I absolutely loved it the first time around. However when I ordered it this time I noticed that the steak portion was significantly smaller than I remembered and it sure was. Looking back at other pictures of the same item I ordered it supported my suspicions. That is unacceptable for any restaurant and I went on a Tuesday night when it is not busy at all so no external pressure upon the kitchen staff. Not only was the portion of the steak a cause for concern but the sauce accompanying it was beyond salty. Did they even taste it before serving it or did they want consumers to become hypertensive after the meal? The sushi was poorly crafted this time around as well. Just by looking at it, you can tell an inexperienced chef put the sushi rolls together. The sushi was already falling apart and when I picked it up to eat it broke easily. What happened to the attention to detail and what is with the skimping of the steak portion? Baffling to me really to feel cheated this way. Service: The one thing that saved the night was the quality of service they instilled at this restaurant. From the hostess all the way down to our server they were extremely friendly and was very attentive. I really appreciated this. In order for a restaurant or any business to be successful, the quality of the food and service has to be top-notched. At least they were able to maintain one of the two tonight. Atmosphere: Very vibrant and classy. Great place to engage in conversations. Price: This is a bit on the more pricey side of the spectrum but the happy hour deals do make it more appealing to try the different items offered on their menu. Expect entrees to range from $12-$40. Overall the service here is admirable but they dropped the ball hard for me when it came to the food. In the end I lost all interest with the food here and do not recommend this location unless proven otherwise. read more

I absolutely loved this find and was so impressed after following the restaurant on Facebook/Instagram. After initially walking in the door, I saw how beautifully-designed this place is and was immediately greeted and escorted to my friends' table (who happened to get there a little earlier than me). The menu has many offerings and our server was phenomenal in suggesting her recommendations, even sharing their brunch offerings (which is always a win). I ordered the Bibimbap rice bowl and it was AMAZING. Highly recommend! Great place for brunch, sushi night, or date night! Well, the food and drinks are great. Spencer, our server, was fantastic! Couldn't be better. However the three hostesses don't tell the truth. They made us wait and wait even though over 12 tables were open. We were fifth on the list for a table. After we were seated, and after we spent an hour eating, there were still a dozen empty tables. I went to this restaurant for the first time with a group of friends. We had made reservations and got seated immediately which was nice. The restaurant wasn't all that busy- then again, it was a Tuesday night. We sat down and a few people ordered the $5 mule. The waitress said they had run out of strawberry and passion fruit, so one friend ordered lime, and the other ordered cucumber. The waitress brought back 2 lime drinks. She corrected it once she found out. I ordered a clam chowder soup (it's described as being very popular at this restaurant) and a quinoa and avocado Powerbowl. My friend ordered a steak well done. My other friends ordered various things. I expected my soup to get to me before my food did, but I sat there in 45 minutes to an hour of hungry misery, and all my friends started getting antsy for their own food. I was about to tell the waitress to forget about the soup when she finally brought all the food to us. She told me she'd get me a spoon and be right back, but as I ate my powerbowl, I realized she must have forgotten, because 15 minutes went by with no spoon. Well I wasn't going to let my soup go cold, so I drank it like the orphan in Oliver Twist. The soup itself was very delicious, and I can see why it's popular. To quote Oliver Twist, "Please sir, I want some more." However, the avocado and quinoa powerbowl was a bit disappointing. The dressing was nowhere to be found when you first look at it- I finally saw it at the bottom of the dish in small clumps on one side of the plate. My friend's steak was definitely not well done (more like medium). When he sent it back to be cooked more, he had to wait so long we were all done with our meals. He asked the waitress why it was taking so long and she said well done steaks take longer than less cooked steaks. Well yes, obviously, except we just expected the chef to cook that same steak more thoroughly. I guess they had to heat up a whole new steak??? Either way, my friends argued that they wanted the steak comped for the inconvenience, and then pointed out my missing spoon. The waitress sheepishly apologized. I feel her pain- I used to be a waitress. I understand the frustrations of forgetting something simple or being blamed for the steak that the kitchen can't seem to cook well. Girl, I know how you feel. Nevertheless, I wouldn't go back here except maybe to try the brunch. Food took too long, meal was subpar...the only thing good was my cup of clam chowder. Update: I decided to try the brunch here with Boyfriend. We had an awesome waiter named Ty who was very attentive and charismatic. We decided to try a few different mimosas- orange, cranberry, and grapefruit. The orange mimosa was my favorite, although Boyfriend did like the cranberry one because he felt like it was stronger. By the end of our third mimosa we did have to walk around the mall to sober up a bit. We ordered the coconut shrimp appetizer and for our entrees Boyfriend ordered the Waffles and Cream, and I ordered the 3 Eggs Breakfast. I asked for the potatoes to be replaced with some fruit instead. The side fruit was a great addition. The mango chunks and green apple slices were sooo fresh and vibrant in color. My eggs and bacon were tasty too- I must say, though, that Boyfriend's waffles looked amazing, and I couldn't help but salivate over them. They were covered in juicy strawberries and he ate it all up (after letting me have one teensy bite). I was trying to go the healthier route, but next time I'm ordering those waffles! read more

We stopped by on a whim last night and man, I'm so glad we did! The Yucatán Chicken Tacos were to-die-for, and my husband loved his burger. Our waiter, Ty, was the perfect amount of attentive and pleasant; he wasn't overbearing or sluggish. The interior is modern and unique, and they offer a simple menu and great drink selection. I felt a little underdressed (I was in athletic-wear- Lulu and Uggs), but that may just be because I'm always nervous about not fitting in everywhere I go. We arrived on a rainy day and it was not busy. After asking for our food to come out as soon as it was ready none of it except my sons kids meal arrived early. A group of friends and myself decided to eat at this location last Friday, it ended up becoming the best decision of the year 2018, so far. The ambience is ridiculous, it has a modern take to upscale slash fine dining. Pricing is good, the customer service is by far the best I have had. I dine out often, but here I swear I was a superstar or king. This goes from our waitress to server to the general manager, charley, whom I must admit is possibly the reason her staff was amazing, it always starts at management and others follow. Highly recommend their happy hour or late night dining menu. Great service, have to try their drink specials! We love their happy hour brunch and you can't beat the prices. The only reason they don't get the fifth star is that all the servers have their hair down and this really grosses me out. I'm not quite sure how this isn't a health code violation, because every restaurant I've worked for, you had to have your hair back, but all of the girls here have their hair down. I would give this two stars if I could bc it really grosses me out, but that's not fair. Also, tbh, it doesn't gross me out enough to stop going haha. read more

This place is already a favorite but our waitress Brittney is by far the best waitress I've had of any restaurant. Her positive energy and enthusiasm is unmatched. She was extremely helpful when we asked for advice on what to get for food, she even gave suggestions on where to go in Disney and universal when we told her we were visiting the parks this week. Service was awful and full of excuses telling us why our food (steak and eggs) takes 50 mins to make and 20 mins for my child's pineapple juice to come out while everyone else is being severed. Either he didn't put our order in or the kitchen was slow. Offering us bread in the meantime thinking that is going to help. Sadly we gave this place another try after we brought about 20 people one other time and it was extremely slow then as well. If you are on a time restriction and care about good service or quality then don't come.
