My son has the biggest sweet aside from my daughter Lol I just don't. From time to time I like taking him to get his hot cocoa and donut. The other afternoon I took him and his buddy to get donuts in the evening. The gentleman/ young man at the counter was not very happy or had any means of saying welcome thank you etc Just a plain blank stare and I don't need a queens greeting ( do I though lol) it would be nice to feel the appreciation of helping YOUR business. All the girls in the morning time are nice and still welcome as busy as they are. Hey Mr Evening smile cause life is too short not too. For now I'll hold off on getting my son donuts they aren't good for us anyway. Thank you! read more

Earl's donuts are fantastic. We usually get donuts for our office from different locations. Today I got some from Earl's and took to work. Every single employee that tried some came in to tell me today's selection was great. My favorite item from them is the ham and cheese croissants. Phenomenal donuts, delicious sandwiches, and refreshing drinks. My sweetheart was craving donuts so I put in an order-- grabbed the ube cake donut, chocolate, and a cinnamon. Got them an egg croissant sandwich as a surprise. Man, their delight! Got through that sandwich in seconds, and it wasn't a small one. Oh, and I got the green milk tea with whipped cream. This was my first time here, as I was picking up a dozen donuts for work. I had a crumb cake donut and have to say it was a good donut. I won't say it was the best, nice and warm, super fresh, but it was a good tasting donut. The customer service was very nice, clean donut shop, and nicely priced. My co-workers apparently love getting donuts from this shop. In the area and have a donut craving, then this is a good place to stop in! My only recommendation for 3 stars, is the "Cash Only". In today's age, I think it is ridiculous to do "Cash Only". read more

Best Donut shop in the valley! The crumb cake donut, blueberry, maple bacon and jelly filled are my go to! A bit pricey for a dozen donuts but SO worth it. I would highly recommend coming here if you're having some donut cravings. They are also open 24/7 so it definitely a YES in my books! This place was known for their donuts at one time. I used to love going by and getting the occassional apple fritter. In recent years the donuts are no longer being made with quality and it shows. Back in the day you can order an apple fritter and it would be full of apples. The last few months when I order an apple fritter it has no apples its oily and just covered with glaze. I will need to avoid this place altogether. I used to be very supportive but when the owner is trying to outsmart the customers by giving less, then that is a recipe for disaster! read more

The donuts were fresh but not amazing for the price. They really need to open up more payment options, as I had to pay cash. But what stood out to me the most was just the very simple customer service it lacked- GREET your customers, and say "Thank you, have a nice day." Wtf?! Doesn't everyone know this? It's good business 101. I would have come back but meh, I'll pass. Cafe Donuts by me in Porter Ranch has friendlier service and better prices. read more

This place has always been the most consistent and flavorful donut place in the valley. I grew up eating Earls donuts and they still deliver the same quality and taste. It is not a trendy and hipster donut place where they charge $35 for a dozen. This is what a donut should be and their dozen is only $16 and they give you two more on the house. They are open 24/7. read more

A dozen donut holes for $1.50?! I'm sold. Their donut holes are pretty good. They're not too sweet and they're affordable :) The worker behind the counter had the last batch laid out so he gave me all of them (17) for $1.50. I'm a happy customer. I wanted to try their cresnuts but I already ate earlier so I couldn't have anything heavy. I have been here twice so far (new to the area) and so far I love what they have to offer! I have tried the giant cinnamon bun, the cherry donut, the jam doughnut and the classic chocolate glazed!! All were fluffy and sweet (but not too sweet) and at an unbeatable price! I also have gotten Thai Iced Tea and I can't believe how inexpensive that was as well, boba included! Glad to know I can get my boba fix not too far from where I live. Also, I got their breakfast sandwich and it was *chefs kiss* delicious. Would recommend to anyone wanting to get a quick sandwich, drink, treat or all of the above. In relation to COVID-19 standards, the man who helped me was wearing gloves and a mask and was incredibly courteous the whole time. Can't wait to come back for more delicious donuts! read more
