I have been a customer of Eagle Vision One for a while now and the atmosphere and office is nice, I actually know one of the girls that works there and their service has been typical of most vision offices. I recently went in to have a stye checked out and was charged much more than I anticipated for such a short visit. In irritation I left an initial review here before they Eagle Vision One was able to notice they had billed me wrong and they promptly credited my account. It's nice to know they keep a pulse on their customers and correct things when situations like this arise. read more

I just moved to the area and was referred to this vision center by a colleague. Though it is a bit far from where I worked, I gave it a try. The location is kind hidden behind the Albertson complex which is hard to find at the first time. The Eye doctor is good but the female assistant that helped me is not friendly and really impatient. After I did my eye dilation exam, I asked her to help me to adjust my glasses. She did it once and then wanted to leave without waiting for my response. So, the adjustment is not good enough, I wouldn't bother to ask her again. During the eye exam, the doctor mentioned to me that I can get some free nose pad to put on the glasses to make it fit better. I asked her about that, and she just bluntly told me there is none even without looking. Guess what...when I came back a week later to pick up my contact lenses, the front desk receptionist was able to find some for me. They have many assistants work there. You just need to be lucky to get the good one. Last but not least, is that I got a bill 5 months later telling me that I still owe them some money. This is annoying and irritating to me, since I already specifically asked them before I placed order and went thru all the exam...etc., the amount I have to pay out from my pocket. They gave me the number and I paid it. Now, after 5 months, they send me a bill asking for more thinking that I will just let it go ?! I called them and the office manager gave the crap excuses that they did not know how much exactly they are going to get paid by the insurance until later. Yeah right ! You are in the business for so long and you don't know ? How did you come up with the number to bill the insurance at the first place...You should also know that certain charges the insurance will not pay based on the patient situation. Why the insurance company wants to pay a contact lenses evaluation fee for someone already wearing contact lenses for the last 20years ?! They just greedy bottom line. If they have good business ethics, they should just waive the $22 they bill me since they are got paid $358. This is the first time I went to a eye center that billed me later for the amount I was not aware of up front. I would not go back and would not recommend this place. The only reason I gave them a 2 star is because the doctor was nice. This place needs more competition to get them straight on their act. read more

I have worn glasses for most of my life, lived in 6 different states and had eye exams in all 6 states. The quality of eye care at Eagle Vision One is far superior to anything I have ever experienced. The Doctors are outstanding, the technology is cutting edge and the customer service and selection of frames is beyond compare. The sales staff does NOT work on commission like most eye care facilities in the area. The Doctors and Staff at Eagle Vision One are focused on your eye Health, not the amount of money you spend on your glasses. I recommend Eagle Vision One to all my friends and family. read more

I have been going to Dr Sorenson for the last 15 years and can only say good things about Vision One. He has always been professional , helpful and totally efficient. They have worked with every insurance we had and the front staff has been very helpful. For a bit we were struggling financially so we had to have glasses made somewhere else. The staff still helped us with issues with those glasses and were never negative about our going somewhere else. I feel totally secure in going to them for an regular eye exam and now for the beginnings of cataracts. Dr Sorenson explained what was going on and said we will take care of you until time for surgery ( and then recommend the surgeon we feel is best.) We visited Eagle Vision One a little over a year ago and cannot stop talking to our friends and family about the service we received. The thing we appreciate the most is that the technician/assistant that started with us stayed for the whole appointment and then helped us after the exam. We have seen both doctors who are very thorough and take the time to answer questions. The frame selection was great and we have found something for everyone, especially the large selection of Maui Jim sunglasses.
