This particular model is well known for having electrical issues and on more than one occasion I have been stranded mid-ride due to theses issues causing a dead battery. I reached out to Mark and he responded promptly and helped me come to grips with the situation and the options available. He was extremely knowledgeable about the issue and accommodated me bringing in the motorcycle ASAP. Mark even went out of his way to provide me with some options for towing my bike in. My motorcycle was ready to pick up way sooner than I anticipated and throughout the whole process Mark kept me in the loop. He was friendly and down to earth. Sun and Air fortunately has the staff that can service e-bikes. I'm not sure to what degree but they can help you change brake pads on it and definitely switch tires for you. Staff is super cool and chill. Prices were higher than places in Queens but they do a clean job.
