I had problems getting my Triumph Rocket 3 Storm to start. Often, while riding, warning lights of every kind would pop up on my (TFT) display. I took it to Triumph of Westchester four times .They even had it for more than 30 days, on one occasion and still the problems persist .. I got the feeling they wanted me to disappear and their attitude and mediocre service made that abundantly clear. As the 500 mile service was coming up .. I went to Triumph of Brooklyn. Convinced , I'm stuck with a lemon, I told Anthony, their master motorcycle-mechanic about the myriad of problems I had been experiencing , since purchasing the Rocket Storm from Triumph Of Westchester. Anthony assured me that he would go over the Rocket - so we set up an appointment. The issues were diagnosed . The service provided by Brooklyn Triumph is outstanding , led my Ameury (the manager), Anthony(master mechanic) and Kevyn(customer service rep.) The best customer service experience ever! BECAREFUL...DO NOT TRUST TRIUMPH BROOKLYN'S SERVICE DEPARTMENT! Seems that Triumph Brooklyn may be a good place to purchase a motorcycle, but my experience with the service department has been an unethical ordeal.... I have had the most unsettling, egregious, dangerous, deceptive, criminal and unethical experience with Triumph Brooklyn. DO NOT TRUST THEM! My experience is unbelievably foul and dangerous. I have retained legal counsel and sent a notification to Triumph Corporate in Atlanta and the UK. This is going to be long review, but the experience warrants the details. If I can keep the next rider from experiencing my dilemma, it would be worth the time to type this review! I am the owner of a 2019 Triumph Street Scrambler, scheduled a maintenance appointment with Triumph Brooklyn on Tuesday, July 9, 2024. Shortly after arriving, I was met by a service representative named Leo who explained that my motorcycle needed a shift shaft and shift drum selector kit. I was then advised that the required parts would not be available for several days and the motorcycle would not be ready until Saturday, July 13, 2024, or Tuesday, July 16, 2024. I was then charged a diagnostic fee, in addition to labor and parts costs for an assembly kit. The service team also advised that if I chose not to have the work performed there, I would be charged an additional fee to reassemble the motorcycle. I decided to move forward with the job and left the bike with Brooklyn Triumph for two (2) days awaiting the arrival of parts. On July 09, 2024, in an attempt to get a better explanation for the charges, I telephoned Leo at Triumph Brooklyn. Unclear responses from the team at Triumph Brooklyn led me to believe that the manual tightening I had performed on the knob adjacent to the clutch lever prior to taking the motorcycle to Triumph Brooklyn may have resolved the initial gear downshifting issue. To that end, I decided to cancel the service and went to pick up motorcycle on Thursday, July 11, 2024. On Thursday, July 11, 2024, I met with Kevyn Ocanto at Triumph Brooklyn and requested the cancellation of the service order and requested my motorcycle. Mr. Ocanto said that he had to confer with Leo. Leo then came to the showroom and explained that it would take 40 minutes to an hour to reassemble the motorcycle. This was puzzling since the bike had previously been reassembled when I left the shop on July 9th. Nonetheless, I ended up having to wait more than three hours until being told that his bike was ready. The motorcycle was then taken for a test drive by a service technician and then turned over to me. At that moment, I paid the required diagnostic fee and reassemble fee for a total of $357.77. Prior to leaving the shop, I performed a final inspection of the motorcycle and noticed old, rusty parts. It should be noted that I had left my bike in pristine condition at the shop on July 9th. Clearly, and inexplicably, my bike had been tampered with during the short timeframe it had been left at Triumph Brooklyn. In addition, after leaving the shop and on my ride home, I noticed several issues with his motorcycle in terms of the handling, suspension, the brakes and engine performance. Moreover, the bike simply did not seem safe to ride with the subpar engine power, torque, handling and suspension issues. When I finally made it home with the bike, I noticed that the Tail tidy, license plate and brake light were crushed and pushed under the seat-a significant sign that the suspension had bottomed out, making it impossible to see the brake light. I later conducted a more thorough investigation of the bike and it became evident that several components had been replaced with older parts. It is nothing short of mindboggling that a motorcycle shop would be so egregiously reckless and irresponsible as to remove parts from my bike and knowingly allow a vehicle to leave their shop with major safety hazards. On Friday, July 12, 2024, the bike was towed to Triumph Metuchen and is currently undergoing a thorough diagnostic check. Please note that It have photographs of the motorcycle showing the bike before it went into Triumph Brooklyn, as well as additional images showing how it looked when it was returned. Holy sh*t, went into this store and they were incredible. The vibes were amazing. Ameury & Cary really helped me get the bike of my dreams! Cannot wait to ride on the track !!!!!!This is my 4th bike from this location!! I WILL NOT BUY FROM ANY DEALERSHIP OTHER THAN TRIUNOH BROOKLYN DUE TO THEIR MORALS AND VALUES!!!!!This is my moto 2!!!! I'm so happy that I had these guys to talk to and hang with. I still hang out alot by triumph. They are family to me. They really are GREAT PEOPLE!!!!!! I absolutely love them and appreciate the helll outa em they really pull thru every time!!!!! I also BOUGHT a CBR 954 RR and Amuey spiced it up and made it clean and rideable he went above and beyond on the sale and made it a smooth transaction! I hope Triumph understands and values their crew as much as i do they are alll amazing. THANKS FOR MY 2 WHEELS "squared" i got 4 wheels absolutely beasts when it comes to making the client happy ! Went there twice to purchase a motorcycle. Traveled an hour one way each time. Every time I went to sit on a bike they would hoist the lift for 20 minutes making it impossible to see the bike. They don't seem interested in selling anything. They make NYC Ducati and BMW dealers look humble. read more

The service here is the absolute worst. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the bottom line is there is a lack of leadership and it trickles down. They lost out on me spending close to $20,000 on a 2020 Bobber and accessories because their saleswoman wasn't able to answer any question I had without going to ask the manager. Still, she wasn't able to answer the question. I went on to spend more than $1,500 on a pair of helmets and riding gloves - and there was no followup from this store concerning the bike I asked about. Today, the day before Thanksgiving, I walked in and not one of the people in either of the glass-enclosed offices got up to greet/help me. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend going here unless you had no choice. read more

the service department sucks and is not upfront. After waiting over 6 hours I leave the place only to find out they didn't tell me they hadn't done some of what I'd asked for and evidently labor I had paid for. The day was problem after problem and never a very upright answer from the department. I had to get the manager involved the people seem nice. the manager was helpful and apologetic I would not recommend them to anyone for service or repair read more

This dealership doesn't want to sell their bikes plane and simple. Just didn't feel any excitement, or will trying to sell. Maybe they were selling these bikes like hot pockets. If so that's totally understandable. Good luck in 2020. read more

I wrote a positive review on their yelp old page but I guess they had too many negatives and deleted the whole page. I initially was grateful that they took care of a burnt out clutch a couple months after purchase. On further thought, since the bike had belonged to the owner of the shop before it became used, they had to have known it was an issue. The first time I went to see my bike before purchase I pointed out that there was one drywall screw holding on the seat instead of the two steel seat bolts. I was told it would be fixed when they changed the oil and gave the bike another once over. We didn't come to an agreement that day but Dan called me a couple days later to let me know they accepted my cash offer. I then went and gave them the 6500 in cash. I again noticed and pointed out the drywall screw and was told it would be taken care of when they changed the oil and gave the bike a once over. When I came to pick up the bike a week later Dan told me it was ready to go. When I noticed the seat bolts I pointed it out again and they had to get someone from the mechanics end to come check it out. The mechanic told me that they didn't have any seat bolts in stock and it would be a few days. I said that was upsetting since I pointed it out two weeks before and had paid cash for the bike a week before that. Dan then spoke to them and they found some seat bolts. I assumed the once over and oil changed had happened otherwise. This winter when I went to change my oil for the first time I found that the bike had the original manufacturer oil filter and had been installed for so long it had rusted in place, 15 years. After much 3 in 1 penetrant I wound up puncturing the ancient filter to get better tork and I was able to change my oil. Today I went to replace the battery with a Motobatt and when I went to remove the seat bolts for the first time(I have a battery tender port so didn't need to take it off this winter) I discovered that the seatbolts are cheap aluminum and one of them was completely stripped on install. I wanted to recommend this shop because they took care of the initial issue but it seems that basically said fuck it to my bike and were glad they had found the right idiot before having to fix anything. read more

Not much set up to see here tonight, except a display board of merch, and the bikes they're intro'ing.. The event was awesome. Multiple bars, DJ, food servers walking about the event with plenty of good eats- Beef or Chicken sliders, Mac & cheese balls, various crackers topped with upscale spreads. Looking forward to visiting again, to get more specifics on purchase though or another 'reveal'.. Definitely had a great time! read more

Called this morning to order a clutch cable. Parts guy told me they only order parts for bikes being serviced their. I don't need to pay someone to install a clutch cable on my bike. Part of the joy of owning a bike is working on it yourself. What kind of Williamsburg hipster disneyland version of a dealership is this?? If I needed a something basic like grips or a gas cap I would need to pay to have some install it or a genuine triumph dealership will not order the parts for me? What a disgrace you should be ashamed of yourself for a policy that handicaps motorcycle riders independence. read more

I have wanted a Triumph bike for a long time, while I rode my old Honda CB which was a money pit. I finally walked into the Trumph Brooklyn shop and was greeted with friendliness and knowledge. I am now the proud owner of an insanely cool Street Twin, customized exactly the way I wanted it. The process was seamless and simple, and I returned on the agreed upon date to pick up the most amazing bike I've ever laid eyes one. And its rides even more beautifully. I have ordered parts here two times. I wish there was another option in NYC for a triumph dealership. The first time I ordered parts I didn't hear anything from them for a month. When I called to follow up, they had no idea who I was and it took forever to figure out what I had ordered. I was told to call back the following week. I did, and they didn't have the parts and I was told to call back the following week again. The following week I called and was told they had the parts I ordered. I went to pick them up and when I got there was informed that the parts had been "stolen at a party they had the week before", even though I had just spoken to the rep on the phone an hour earlier. I left and when they finally got the parts over a week later (bringing the total timeline to over two months) they refunded me for the money, and hooked up the parts (about $100). It was the right thing to do and was happy with how they chose to handle it, though I would have rather had the parts in a timely manner. I recently ordered another set of parts (over $350) and didn't hear from them for 6 weeks. I called and asked if the parts had arrived and was told that one of the 5 parts I ordered was there. I had to tell the rep what I had already paid for more Han just one item and had to help him to find the invoice to understand what I was calling about. I know that businesses have a lot of moving pieces, but this place isn't run like a motorcycle dealership, it's run like a rich kids frat house. They are more focused on Instagram and partying than actually selling and riding motorcycles. It's disappointing that there is not a more professional demeanor befitting a triumph dealership. read more

The original sales person that screwed up the sale of my bike is gone. I went back for my first service since I always try to give people a second chance. Glad I did. The manager is really a nice guy and apologized for what happened before. The service manager Rex is a good guy who really tried to make the service experience really good. They are a good shop.
