I ordered a set of gloves last Friday (4 days ago) and just now received an email saying "Your order has been canceled. Order #---- was canceled at your request and your payment has been refunded . I never canceled the order. Our helmet came in from PREDATOR DESIGNS - XS UNIFIED. Our knee pads are on their way from Leatt. I guess we'll get gloves from somewhere else. I don't own a motorcycle, just a BMW 5 Series. But, if I did own a motorcycle I'd come here for gear. It's really neat to look at the bikes and equipment and imagine driving down the Amalfi coast. I'd get a bike with a side car so I don't tip over. Seriously, it's a great shop for hats, helmets and paint ball supplies. Excellent experience. Enrico made me feel welcome from email to phone to in-person. This store is small yet packed with such cool things - many of which I thought could only be bought online like the OneWheel. I went in for my first motorcycle helmet to use on my e-unicycle and e-scooter. I was able to try on multiple and had no intention of buying actually because the one I wanted is only available online. But after trying on one that pretty much suited me, I bought it. I also bought it because of the local location and Enrico's help. The only reason I subtracted one star is due to the no return policy on helmets because competing online options allow helmet returns. read more

This store is amazing. They have it all. The guy who works there, Brian, is super helpful too! I needed a part for my e-board which was lisyed as "sold out" by the company. This guy jumped on the computer, got a contact, hit the company up and spoke to a rep who magically made the piece I needed appear out of thin air. 3 minutes later I got an invoice for the part in my email! Brian is the man! PS - the rep lied and said she sent one earlier...the idiot only sent me a link that said the part was sold out when I went to buy it, which is why I went to Filipacci in the first place. This place is absolutely heaven for the electric vehicles lover, and not only. They carry pretty much all the top electric skateboards brands, accessories and gear, electric bikes ( and not the cheap looking chinese ones you'd usually find in other places), all terrain vehicles, even motorcycles and powered surfboards. And the cherry on top, they carry paintball gear too. I mean what else you'd want? Everything is nicely organised, and the staff- at the time of my visit, around 6 pm when usually people are grumpy and can't wait to go home-made more than helpful, and knowlgeable. I can't wait to go back and check them out when I have more time. I could pretty say that for electric skateboards, this place have the largest and best variety. I was in dire need of a boosted board battery and all I was able to find was just the ones on the website but they take about 2 weeks max to deliver in the states. I'm spoiled so I didn't like that answer so I did some more hunting and found this place which carries a charger for my board. Let me say I was happy as shit so I headed straight over there and picked it up. Glad I did find this place... Brian hooked me up with that charger and made my day.. he was definitely helpful in helping answer my other million questions...they have so many other things and I was really surprised that they sell "RUROC" helmets... if you don't know about them, all you need to know they're the best helmets around for everything and you need them. Hands down the worst online order experience I've ever had. Their business practices are illegal. A sale is a contract between you and the seller. Neither party can terminate that contract at will once it's been signed. We had a contract and they choose to cancel my order after taking payment because they did not want to pay for the free shipping that their site says it provides. They told me they won't pay the shipping but their site says it does. Then the3y tried to further lie to me saying they had a verbal agreement with specialized preventing them from shipping out of state. I called specialized...guess what?? They lied! Maybe it's a cool store, maybe it has what you want, just beware of them. They lie, cheat and break contracts. THEY'LL DO IT TO YOU TOO!
