    I don't own a motorcycle, just a BMW 5 Series. But, if I did own a motorcycle I'd come here for gear. It's really neat to look at the bikes and equipment and imagine driving down the Amalfi coast. I'd get a bike with a side car so I don't tip over. Seriously, it's a great shop for hats, helmets and paint ball supplies. The staff is really friendly even though they know you're not their demographic. How it wound up on Prince Street, I don't know.

    This is the absolute best store to get anything related to electric powered skateboards and bikes. The best In the country probably. This store also host regular meet ups and parties so the group will ride the city together. Their store has a big selection of goods. Their jackets are also hot. They also sell paint ball guns.

    A cooler alternative to a plain old ATV :-)

So I brought the bike back to brooklyn and to Edgewares. The owner of the shop stopped what he was doing to come take a cursory look. When the battery was fizzing he knew there was a bigger issue so instead of promising a quick turn around he said he wanted to find the real problem but it could take time, and he'd follow up with an estimate. I appreciated the quick review and honest timeline. I got a call later that he had discovered some glitchy wires that may have also been shorting the battery and he had contacted rad wagon and found it. It was under warranty and was able to get me a replacement bike. I was floored! I was happy to pay for set up of the new bike as they had put a lot of time into it. When I realize I had forgotten the key lock for the battery when picking up the new bike they came to my house a mile and a half away to pick it up. It was incredible customer service. I have two ebikes and kid bikes and this place will be my go to for servicing in the future !

We drove around the block and parked for restrictions. While we were sitting there -less than 10 minutes after driving it away from this garage- someone pointed out our tire had a bubble! A very dangerous undrivable condition. When I went back to Matt, he said that was not an issue, and he was correct to give us the inspection sticker. Obviously it's not. I would have been better off finding someone not squeezing me in so we could drive the car today. And Response was so offensive he doesn't deserve our patronage.

I'm not a big car buff and regular maintenance, inspections etc always lead to me being slightly unsure about what the service entails, what it should cost, wondering if I'm being overcharged etc... in the few auto shops I've been to over the years, there seems to be an unwritten "no questions" policy -- apparently we're all supposed to be auto experts. All the above is why I was so delighted by my experience with United. I was able to schedule my inspection with a quick and pleasant call. They took me in on time, conducted the whole thing in under 10 minutes and had me on my way. They were pleasant and kind and didn't seem so in a rush like other auto shops I've been to. They're family run which is nice too. Go check them out, you'll be in good hands!
