So I brought the bike back to brooklyn and to Edgewares. The owner of the shop stopped what he was doing to come take a cursory look. When the battery was fizzing he knew there was a bigger issue so instead of promising a quick turn around he said he wanted to find the real problem but it could take time, and he'd follow up with an estimate. I appreciated the quick review and honest timeline. I got a call later that he had discovered some glitchy wires that may have also been shorting the battery and he had contacted rad wagon and found it. It was under warranty and was able to get me a replacement bike. I was floored! I was happy to pay for set up of the new bike as they had put a lot of time into it. When I realize I had forgotten the key lock for the battery when picking up the new bike they came to my house a mile and a half away to pick it up. It was incredible customer service. I have two ebikes and kid bikes and this place will be my go to for servicing in the future !

Buying your first motorcycle (from BMW…read moreno less) can be daunting and intimidating, but thanks to Anthony and Fred, I rode away on a bike that I felt confident on. When I first entered I was greeted by Fred. I made clear that I was not going to purchase anything on that day, and he still ran me through the overall mission of BMW, and the specs on the bike that I was eyeing specifically. After I walked out empty handed and slept on the idea, I continued to call in with random questions that I should have asked when I was in the dealership. Surprisingly both Fred and Anthony continued to return my calls with no promise of a return (I'm sure they get a lot of pestering calls about specifics that don't ever lead anywhere). When I made the decision to make the purchase, Anthony stepped in and made sure it happened. My bike was not in stock, and had to be ordered in. Anthony kept me updated as to the status of the bike (perhaps to avoid me calling him daily!), and when it arrived, he made sure it got prepped and ready in a day. I picked my bike up two days ago, and Anthony helped me get oriented with the controls and brought it to the outside area to feel out the clutch and throttle. Rather than just sending me off and saying "good luck, come back when you need to spend money!", we chatted for a bit about non-bike specific, riding things that I did not know the answer to. Overall I couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome into the world of motorcycling, and I am INCREDIBLY pleased with the ride! In terms of the bike, I highly suggest it for any new rider. If you are on the shorter side, but still want to ride a sporty bike, the G310R is a perfect fit. In terms of the dealership, I highly suggest it for any rider who wants to feel in capable hands. I've been to multiple other shops, and rarely received the same non-pushy, open approach as I did here. Money and time well spent!

As I came in I was very pleased to see that the store was really spacious and the staff was super polite. They took care of me right away and even gave me a nice discount as a courtesy. I will definetly make sure to come back to this store if I even need anything for my car in the future. My past experience with the larger auto part stores were very impersonal and the staff was usually not very helpful do it was a breath of fresh air to have such a great experience in a auto parts store as I had here. We drove around the block and parked for restrictions. While we were sitting there -less than 10 minutes after driving it away from this garage- someone pointed out our tire had a bubble! A very dangerous undrivable condition. When I went back to Matt, he said that was not an issue, and he was correct to give us the inspection sticker. Obviously it's not. I would have been better off finding someone not squeezing me in so we could drive the car today. And Response was so offensive he doesn't deserve our patronage.

They have a good selection of auto parts , accessories and a bunch of other stuff for your wheels . It's important to have the correct year , make and model of car and most important is the production month as well including serial numbers if available as some car parts vary by months on certain brands . They had the parts in stock , save a little money by buying multiple parts and now its Manuel job to do his magic .Getting parts and accessories from auto parts stores instead of the dealer saves you money as one part which was spark plug wires was almost less then half compared to dealer .4 stars on my yelp meter for AutoZone .
