The milk tea was good, not too much creamer and all around classic taste including the tea. Boba texture was perfect and didn't stick together. Wanpee fruit tea was perfect sweetness without any added sugar. Very refreshing. It took a while to get our drinks even though it didn't seem busy, but at least when our drinks were ready, the employee served them graciously.

The clerk who was an older woman was not that receptive. She looked annoyed when I came in to order lol The price of a Thai tea is $4.80. wow what a bargain right? Nope somehow work the addition of .50 topping and no ice the final price was $6.52. I asked her about the menu price. She just simply answered " oh that's before tax". Doing quick calculation with SF tax that does not equal $6.52. I don't like the lack of transparency and predatory marketing. Will not come back here for the foreseeable future. The prices on the menu are before tax.

For about $9 for that size, it would had definitely been worth it, if the drink was good or even decent. Also, I ordered online and it still took almost half an hour to get just 1 drink.

Nice indoor area to relax and drink your tea and eat snacks. Too bad I'm always in a hurry or got my pup with us so I never stay inside.

Overall, I think the experience is decent if you order ahead. It seems less worth it when there's a long wait. There's also not a lot of seats inside so it feels more of a order and go kind of place.

Another drink I would recommend is the Honey Brown Rice Milk Tea and the White Peach Oolong Tea which are both brewed to order. The inside is very small, basically only enough room to order and then wait outside for your drink to be called. Overall, this is a solid spot for boba, and the quality keeps me coming back.

Bambu is the only shop in SF that offers a variety of Che combos. It's perfect on a hot day. Prices are fair. A scoop of ice cream is only $1 to add in. My go to drinks is the Summer Delight, Fruit Addict and Avocado Smash.
