Excellent Service and Professionalism from Start to Finish. I recently had an issue with my plumbing where the toilet and shower were backing up when I used the upstairs toilets. I initially contacted a veteran-owned and operated company, expecting a high level of attention to detail. However, my experience was disappointing. The technician who arrived was not a veteran, and while he was nice, he seemed inexperienced, constantly calling his boss for guidance. Additionally, they wanted me to sign a waiver for potential pipe damage due to the age of my house, built in 1962, which they knew beforehand. The technician didn't bring the promised camera, stating his boss would have to come out to use it. So many red flags made me uncomfortable. This led me to cancel their service. I then contacted another company, E-Drains, who promised to come out between 9 AM and 11am, but accommodated my early schedule, arriving around 7 AM with coordination starting as early as 5:30 AM via text and phone calls. The professionalism of this team was outstanding. They ran the camera right away, showing me all the corrosion and issues without any hassle. They then used a water jetting system to clean everything out, making sure my plumbing was in top shape. They even cleaned my shower, which had backed up during the initial problem. Hi there, I had a big problem with my floor. Drain was very clogged in the men's and women's restroom in the office building. I called a drain company and the guy named Ruben came over and helped me out with that issue. I recommended very much to anyone, Ruben, the guy he was amazing. He knew what to do. He got that job done and he is very professional Very courteous have excellent customer service service and excellent knowledge of his job. 10/10! Leaving this review after calling E-Drains for help twice! First Occasion: Initially called Team Rooter for a clogged garbage disposal, to which they quoted me $1300 to fix (LOL). Cue AHMAD from E-DRAINS, who fixed the problem for less than $250. Very nice, punctual, explanative, and a fast worker. Second Occasion: Weeks later, water filtration leak. After filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), I started receiving threats that aimed to damage my reputation. The threats included showing up at my workplace and sending me text messages and phone calls with co-worker emails listed. Additionally, the response I received from the BBB consisted of a false invoice and a warning of a possible Lien on my work. It's worth noting that the owner, Monika Cartagena, is also the business manager. The situation became so severe that I had to contact the police. read more

The thing that stood out about E-Drains was communication with Eddie (tech). He texted me to confirm the time to meet at the house and arrived right on time. He explained my options and very patiently answered all of my questions in person and via text. I received three estimates, and E-Drains had the lowest price. Throughout the entire cast iron pipe replacement process, Eddie kept me updated with text messages and photos of the progress. E-DRAINS came to fix several plumbing issues to my new mobile home. The kitchen sink was leaking at the time. They came and put tape and glue on the pipes two times . On 1-6-24 is the original work date.It is 4-12-24 and now the drain is completely disconnected from the sink. I have called over and 0over for two weeks. They refuse to answer and refuse to call me back. They told me they would be here twice and never called or showed up. My rating for them is 0. Don't use this company. read more

Before starting, I got a second opinion who told me that the E-Drain price was too good for him to beat.Did the job right and stayed until the end result was fantastic. All of our drains backed up on a weekend night and we were able to get a trouble call out to our house after 8pm to determine the cause and a solution. Edy showed up to our house within 30 minutes and diagnosed the problem and quoted a fair price to dig and repair/clear a damaged sewer outflow pipe. work started the next morning and Rey and Angel completed it quickly and effectivel, getting the water flowing again. 10/10 would recommend Baird Drain Service again! read more

E-Drains provided quality, professional service when the sewer pipe underneath my house disintegrated. They came out quickly to evaluate the issue and were back early in the morning for a two-day job. They had to replace some pipes inside the house and thus needed to do some drywall repair and painting to finish the job. They provided great communication and did everything as promised. Gave me a quote that not make sense, I'll definitely not gonna recommend this company. After I got few quotes like $550 - $750 to extend water hose from backyard in one of the bedrooms. Those guys told us $350 ... $350 and the moment of sign it was $3500 not make any sense. I did it by my self for $100 parts. read more
