I have used this company before and I will continue using this company for future projects if needed . The team comes in and assesses what is going on and looks at every possible solution that could save time money to fix all of your problems. We had an issue with a backed up sink that was going into our laundry room and it was late at night and I can tell you they were here within 30 minutes if that the prices that you would pay for a lot of places would be a lot higher, but I can also tell you just because something is cheaper doesn't mean you're getting the best quality work. Highly Recommend! I recently bought an older house, and during the inspection, it was flagged that the sewer lines needed a full replacement. I hired this company to handle it, and I'm so glad I did! They ended up replacing all the sewer and water lines in the house, and the entire process took about three weeks. Not only was their pricing very competitive, but what really stood out was the level of service they provided compared to other plumbing companies I talked to. Unlike most plumbing companies, they took the extra step to put everything flooring and drywall back in place after the job was done, which saved me the hassle of coordinating with other contractors. Even better, they used some advanced tools and techniques that allowed them to avoid breaking certain floors and walls that other companies had said had to be torn out. That alone made a huge difference for us. They also went above and beyond by taking care of some extra things for free like installing an expansion tank on the water heater, replacing a bad looking exterior water line, and even adding a fridge water line in the kitchen. One day, we had our washer and dryer delivered to the garage, but the delivery guys refused to install the dryer because there was no venting. The sewer crew was already at the house, and they immediately stepped in and installed a vent on the spot. Problem solved! It's all these little thoughtful things that made this experience such a positive one. On top of everything, every crew member who worked in my house was super friendly. Highlights: i would recommend this company. One day when i turned on the sprinklers right before an out of town trip, i heard a pop and saw a swell of water rapidly rising. When i dug it up it was the mainline into the house. I had shut the valve and fixed a section. Waited till the next day and tested and pop another part of the pipe busted. Leftys was one of the two places i called and cesar came out the same day. He fixed the pipe but when i turned it on the following morning the pipe leaked. Rapheal came out and evaluated it, repaired it and lo and behold the pipe still leaked. Initially i thought their patches and mine had all leaked but that section of pipe was old and bad and just leaked. When Rapheal replaced the whole section, boom no more leaking. Until the next day i saw water in the hole. He came back out and figured out that the water NOW was from the condensation line from the ac which was in close proximity. I tell this whole story because: 1. I was charged once for the pipe repair 2. Rapheal backed up that repair with multiple visits until the problem was solved with no additional cost to me 3. He took a thoughtful approach to trouble shooting and figuring the source of the water 4. He and Cesar were polite and competent and Rapheal was extremely easy to communicate with via phone or text Glad they persisted and appreciate the honesty and thoughtfulness and especially the persistence. Called Lefty's about a valve under my kitchen sink which had been attached to a water filtration device. The valve had a small leak. I was looking for a small plug to plug the line which had led to filter. He asked me to send him a photo of the valve where it was attached under the sink. I did. He explained that I didn't need a plug as another valve allowed a split to the sink and the refrigerator. He told me to take off the second valve that had led to the filter off. I called Lefty's when my plumbing backed up into my house at the main sewage line. I discovered this when things were not draining as they should be, and eventually it backed up into my bathtub. Gross. Rafael was out immediately to accurately assess the situation and come up with a plan.
