Note: I sent the info of the faucet (to the Business Owner) before I agreed to the "$250 Max" which was already a pretty high ball price since the service costed the same as the faucet piece itself. To have the price at the end jacked up to $385 unexpectedly because the owner didn't do due diligence by looking at the screenshot provided and communicate pricing expectations correctly was very disappointing. Newest Update: The owner has reached out and has made efforts to resolve the issue. I am content with how things worked out in the end. The faucet is working spectacularly, so I'm very happy with the work overall.

To be fair, Carlos seems knowledgeable and I don't have any complaints about the quality of the work itself which he deserves 5 stars. However, I do feel misled on the pricing (subtract 1 star) When I brought this up to him, instead of having a professional conversation and addressing the difference by offering to match their prices, he became defensive, raised his voice, and even called me "cheap." That response felt unprofessional and unnecessary (subtracted 2 more stars) Being told your rates are competitive when they're significantly above market and then being treated that way when you question it just doesn't sit right with me. If you're considering this company, I'd strongly recommend getting multiple quotes first so you can make a more informed decision.

In the process, Adam and team broke the stairs immediately, and reassembled them with screws sticking out and chunks broken remains used to "level" the remaining stairs (photos of all work attached.) While on site, Adam asked for "200-300$" outside of the scope of the signed contract for the same work that would have been done with or without the additional request. Through the phone exchanges and emails regarding these issues Adam was arrogant and dismissive, yet also took blame for the stairs and will not resolve the issue. Adam's team poured our concrete before a heavy rain, but failed to redirect a gutter (as it had originally been before construction) from pouring directly onto the concrete causing a water stain from the pooling water on the fresh concrete. Again, when confronted with this issue and asking for a resolution Adam denied blame and said "wait a year". As of 6/11/26 there has been no reply nor efforts made on behalf of this company to repair any personal property damage nor resurface the concrete stain/ finish the job as fully paid for.
