They had great energy, put big smiles on our faces, and made the whole stop feel welcoming and upbeat. Our kids were in town from Minnesota and they wanted to try a Dutch Bros, so we went to this one. We were going to order at the walk-up counter, but it was closed for now. We assume it's because of Covid. So we got in the drive-thru line to place our order. They had a couple of people taking orders while we were in line, and we paid right there too. By the time we got up to the front, someone had come out and delivered our beverages. We had three drinks: iced Golden Eagle, iced Cocomo, and a 911. Everyone enjoyed their treats, and the workers were friendly and efficient. They also gave our little dog a pup cup of whipped cream and a doggy bone. read more

Summer 2020 update, this location has gotten terribly slow, even at night. Expect a ten minute wait most times. Another thing that bugs me and this is the only location it happens at is they don't mark at least one of the 2 drinks we order. Both drink OG Gummie Bears but she takes tea and i take lemonade and neither is marked and look similar. Very odd, never use to have that problem here, exceptional service has gone done here :-( read more

This location just opened up last week so I had to give it a shot. The service was quick and efficient. It's probably best to use the drive thru, they do have a walk up section but it's probably just best to sit in your car. The menu boards are kind of basic so I'd recommend you check out the full menu on their website ahead of time. This was my first time trying Dutch Bros and I'll definitely be back. I enjoy the banter with staff in line almost as much I enjoy my O.G.Gummy Bear Black tea. I enjoy this location for Dutch and have made myself a regular. The employees are fun and upbeat. They have new drinks to try all the time. I enjoy their coffee, mocha and teas. If you are not a caffeine person they have some great fruit freezes I am sure you will enjoy. read more

I've been coming here for a few months now. One a week me and my boyfriend grab a coffee, part of our normal routine. This past week I pulled through the drive thru, immediately someone came out and in an annoyed tone "What do you want?" Taken a bit back, but I ordered. I pulled out the app saying "I have the app I can use." Guy replied back and said "the app?" Again sounding annoyed. Honestly the drink wasn't good either so I was a bit bummed this time. Dutch bros is one of very few coffee shop/ cafe types still open during the covid-19 pandemic. They are open for drive thru only and are not accepting cash as payment. They are also not accepting or giving out punch cards so hold onto those for future use. I've gone twice during the pandemic. Their team is still extremely friendly and outgoing despite the current situation. They are all wearing gloves and masks to keep everyone safe. Which is very much appreciated. Especially when they sometimes have to walk outside to take orders in this horrible Arizona heat. Their drinks are still yummy and come out very quickly! The big differences are no cash, no punch cards, drive thru only and you swipe your own card. It was kind of a pain swiping it the first time I went since they hold the tablet while you swipe (they never touch your card) the second time I went they had an awesome little device to insert your chip card into that also takes apple pay and some other "hipster" payment method I'm too old to remember. Haha The first time I ordered I was totally unprepared to not be able to enter my tip on the tablet nor give cash as a tip. Make sure you ask them to type in a tip amount before paying!! They so deserve their tips people!! The second time I went I just asked him to give himself a $ dollar amount $ tip on my card before I ran it. He was extremely appreciative!! Those lines are long but don't be intimidated they move quickly and you can pop up their online menu to figure out what you want while you wait. read more

I waited for dutch bros to open in Tucson for so long. I have made this one of my main coffee stops, my only reason for 4 stars versus 5 is the limited food options often makes me go elsewhere in the mornings. Other than that staff is amazing, great selections, prices are on point. 1 Star- Total failure of an experience based on this experience would not return. Would not recommend. 2 Star- Below average on several levels, not a total failure. Wouldn't seek out to return or recommend. 3 Star- Average experience, minimum expectations met. Nothing that says wow or that stands out. Would return if someone else wanted to come, not a regular go to. 4 Star- Above average experience, will come here again and recommend to friends and family. 5 Star- This will be a regular go to and will be highly recommended to people I know. I love the coffee here but I love the customer service more!! This location has some of the most upbeat workers, they are always having a good time with each other and my order comes out perfect every time! I usually order the double torch with has coffee, chocolate milk and 2 shots of expresso! Hands down my favorite drink so far. My nephew always gets the frost which comes in a bunch of different flavors but he like the Dino eggs. If you haven't tried them please do you won't regret it! I've been to this Dutch bros so many times since they opened and have fully enjoyed it. But, unfortunately yesterday was not one of those times. I went in the afternoon when it wasn't busy and was the 2nd car in line. A young man came out said howdy in the most monotone I don't want to be here voice. I cheerfully said hi and asked how his day was and his response was.. What do you want... Kinda rude but okay.. He took our order of 3 drinks, asked if I wanted to tip, I did bc it's what I normally do. After I give the tip he runs my card and finally says how is your day.. I say it's good and ask how his is again. He hands me back my card and says good bye. No response again. I pull up to the window where I sit for almost 5mins with no acknowledgment I'm there waiting. Finally the drinks are given to me, and all 3 are not correct. I'm not one to complain so we let it be. The drinks were still good but not what was ordered.. this experience will have me double guessing if this is where I'll spend my money. read more

I love, love, love this location so much. I love Dutch Bro's in general, but this location is my absolute favorite. They are always friendly and outgoing. I have gone before and have forgotten my wallet and I told them I didn't have it and would leave and they insisted on getting my drink for free (which made me go back later in the day to order another drink and tip to say thank you). They always get my order perfect and my drinks are always tasty. This morning I went and ordered my usual with coconut milk. When I pulled up to the window the barista (is that correct for guys too? Who knows) handed me my drink and then remembered that he had accidentally poured 2% and exclaimed "you can't drink that!!" He got the drink back and apologized and made me a new one with coconut milk. I appreciate that he realized his mistake and saved me from tummy problems later. This location is the best, seriously and I am so happy they are so close to my work. You guys rock! read more

I came here a few times and I lost my thing for a free DB drink and the young lady gave me a new one. The staff here are always so nice and respectful it makes me feel welcomed so thank you all for that and thanks for the great service 10/10. There's also one employee I want to give a special shout out too her name is Brianna L.
