This is my go-to Dutch Bros! The staff is always friendly and willing to chat or help you pick something delicious! Dutch Bros is unlike any other...being from the south originally, there is literally nothing else like it. At home I love Dunkin' Donuts because of how cheap their coffee is, while it also being good. Starbucks is great but is soooo expensive. Here at Dutch Bros, you get literally a million options + it's usually tops $6 for a big size, where at Starbucks it would be probably $8-9! I love a good Cocomo, hot or iced, it is delicious. And if you look online, Dutch has a secret menu. ALSOOOOOO....for the doggos, they have the best Pupaccino around. A decent sized cup with 1-2 dog bones in it! My dog LOVES it! And they have a punch card to get a free drink after so many! It can't be beat! A few locations have sit down areas, but generally they don't or it's not very big. My husband went to get us coffee. Barista took a tip without asking. Basically, stealing from people who don't have it like that. He was literally in our mini van with a broken window. This coffee was a little treat to us because we have 5 kids. AVOID THIS PLACE. I handed the girl $20 for my $10 order and then looked in my bag for my punch card released I can get a free drink, handed it to her then she told me my total was $2 for the muff top and told me that I never have her any money then made me pay $2 for my mufftop and took my $20. The manager was supposed to call me after the shift to see if the money was over $20. I never got a call back saying it was or wasn't. So basically the worker or Dutch Bros stole my money. Health code rules don't apply apparently so if you like long hair dipping in and out of the coffee you'll be set. Plus if you order with the gal outside she will take your order and not know which syrup flavors they have so you order and pay for a drink they don't have. Not from this area or from this state for that matter! We have heard good things about the awesome coffee at Dutch Bros, but never tried it. On our way back home we decided to try something new and came across Dutch Bros it was very convenient seeing that we had small kids in the car and it was the crack of dawn. We were very warmly greeted by Josh at Dutch Bros on river road. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the drinks served and accommodate all three or our specific needs. He also suggested very good options for al of us. Our very first time at Dutch Bros and we can honestly say that we will make it a point to find one near our area!! As I read through the other reviews for this location, a majority of them are people who didn't like the taste, lid, or offerings of Dutch Brothers as a whole. I, myself, do not like the taste of Starbucks, but I don't say how bad it is. I believe most of these negative reviews are bias towards facts that deter away from the fact that for those who do not like bitter coffee -- there is an alternative. The staff is always fun, energetic, and ready to make sure you leave with what you wanted. If you're afraid of not getting what you want, ask for a taste first. If you show up expecting Starbucks or the local nasty tasting bitter make your mouth want to pucker coffee, you're in the wrong line. Give them a shot and if you don't like the coffee -- let them know why. It's that simple. This used to be one of the better Dutch Bros, but since they remodeled it in August there have been new people and some of them are awful. The guy today wasn't even listening when he took my order and they had the music up so high I dont think he could hear easily. He messed up order and acted huffy when he had to redo it. I kept telling him what I wanted and he kept getting it wrong. I even checked with my passenger to make sure I had not said the wrong thing, because I just couldn't believe he was so bad. 12oz. coffee supposedly had two shots but tasted more like cream than coffee and it was too sweet. I get a lot of skinny double vanilla lattes and this one was nothing to write home about. The price was right for what you got but I definitely wasn't impressed. And the cup lids are just stupid - bad design.
