Sione quickly assessed the condition, gave us options, and we decided it was time to secure our walls. The work was completed in 3 days. There were some finishing touch issues with the completed work but Sione sent a couple guys out to fix the issue.

For the early stages of the project Angel was the primary foreman of the job. Angel was very friendly and respectful. He would give us updates on what they would be doing for the next couple of days, or if they wouldn't be coming due to weather conditions. As a client this was great because we never had to wonder whether the contractors were coming or not. Our Project consisted of removing existing cement pavers and vegetation. And installation of new turf, irrigation system, and vinyl fence. JBL took care of hauling away all the old materials and bringing all the new materials/plants for our project. Jeff was more than fair to us and he worked with us to make sure we were satisfied with how it turned out. That was over a month ago. Now he won't answer my phone calls. He has no showed twice when he was supposed to clean it up. I've used other concrete contractors in the past and it's a very different experience. He did pour the concrete though, so there is that. He and his family and workers did very good work and went even beyond what was expected in some cases. Our jobs were slowed by bad weather at times, and some mechanical difficulties that were not related to the workers or the company, but they handled the difficulties to get the work done. Both Mosese and his brother, William, were honest and straight-forward in dealing with us. They worked on fences & gates. They did a great job tearing up an old cracked concrete driveway and replacing it with new concrete, and did not damage the metal electric gate track. They extended a concrete porch after tearing down an old wall. After each job they cleaned up the area, unlike previous contractors we had used. Things get done on island time on Oahu, but we are happy with the work they have done and would definitely deal with this company again!

Speaking with Parris and getting the initial quote was a quick and easy process. Parris and his guys completed the paperwork we needed for HOA approval without issue, and installation happened quickly after our HOA gave us the go ahead. The installation itself was also completed quickly (2-3 days of work if I recall) and the best part other than the quality of the fence was that the way they install the fence posts leaves your yard looking exactly as it was before--no giant holes or dirt piles left behind. A few months ago, we needed a repair due to our landscapers accidentally shooting a rock through a fence panel. Parris was quick to respond and had his guys out there the next day to complete the repair at a reasonable price. They even noticed our gate wasn't shutting properly and made some adjustments on the spot at no additional cost without us asking. Most recently, we installed some pavers that went under our gate and needed some adjustments to be made to the height of the gate so the gate could close over the pavers. Again, Parris and his team were out quickly to make the changes we needed to our gate, and we couldn't be happier! Yes, you can find other companies to install vinyl fencing for less money.
