Our jobs were slowed by bad weather at times, and some mechanical difficulties that were not related to the workers or the company, but they handled the difficulties to get the work done. Both Mosese and his brother, William, were honest and straight-forward in dealing with us. They worked on fences & gates. They did a great job tearing up an old cracked concrete driveway and replacing it with new concrete, and did not damage the metal electric gate track. They extended a concrete porch after tearing down an old wall. After each job they cleaned up the area, unlike previous contractors we had used. I signed a contract with these guys almost 2 years ago. They took my my money but they didn't finish the job. I reported them to RICO (regulated industries complaints office) but it turned out, the license they provided is not theirs. They are just using someone's license. Nevertheless, RICO investigated and their investigator told Hilina'i to finish the job in a month. That was last year, but until now they did not finish the job, just giving me a bunch of excuses and lies which they think I'm not aware of. William blamed his brother, Moses for mismanagement, saying I'm actually the third person whose project didn't get finished. So basically, taking people's money and not finishing the job is just their normal routine. I'm currently preparing to file charges against them in court. While their operation is almost like a scam, the quality of their work is sub par. The concrete pour that they did is already showing hairline cracks and the edges are falling apart. I told them repeatedly to fix it, but they never did. They damaged my late husband's memorial tree and I slipped on the muddy driveway because they did not clean properly after their work. They left other damages on my property and have to spend more money to have them fixed. The vinyl fencing that is left unfinished is not properly done. I have to hire another contractor to finish this job. My overall experience with this company was horrible. They should not be in this business. I gave them a lot of chances thinking that they are just young and still learning. However, almost 2 years of waiting is more than enough to see that these guys are not gonna improve in the way they conduct business and more so, in delivering quality work. read more

Company owner William was very quick to respond and came right out to see us. We told him what we envisioned, and he said he could make it happen. Luckily for us, the job he was currently working on was put on hold, so he had the time to do the work right away. Amazingly, work started the next day! He and his team of two others worked hard over the next few days to transform our sad little garden to a beautifully built raised garden enclosed by cement blocks. On the third and final day, they picked up the soil and filled in the garden. They were also happy to complete some handy-man type jobs we asked them to do, such as removing old fencing around an area that looked like an animal pen. When all was done, they cleaned everything up and hauled away all of the refuse, including the old fencing. William and team were professional, punctual, affordable, and on top of it, they were all super nice and friendly!
