He also recommended a couple of repair options and clearly walked us through each, which made the decision process much easier. We received a quote in a timely manner, and the project actually began ahead of schedule. Even better, the entire job was completed in just three days. The new wall looks beautiful, and several neighbors have already complimented the work. We are extremely happy with the results and glad we chose All Phase Masonry. Based on those reviews, I decided to contact the company to ask about masonry work. On Saturday, August 1, I called and spoke with the owner, Siaosi, who also goes by George. He told me his company mainly does masonry. We scheduled an appointment for Wednesday, and he asked me to text him with my address. I did so and asked him to acknowledge that he received it, but I never received a response. On Monday, August 3, I called to confirm the appointment. He told me again to text him with the address. I explained that I had already sent it. He then said, "I'm going to hang up now. I will check it." The next day, August 4, he called me, but I missed the call. When I called back, he said his name is George. I asked whether he had called me, and he said he was not sure and that it may have been a pocket call. When I asked what company he was calling from, he hung up on me. On Wednesday, August 5, he called again asking for my address and said he was already in my area. Since I had spoken with him several times, I recognized his voice and mentioned that someone named George had hung up on me the day before. He said George is his English name. He then yelled that he does not check text messages on Saturday and screamed, "Do you still want the service or not?" I found the tone and behavior unprofessional, so I ended the call. He called back again afterward. Overall, my experience was very disappointing. The communication was inconsistent, the appointment was not properly confirmed, and the phone interactions made me uncomfortable. Based on this experience, I would not hire this company. I also question how reliable the five-star ratings are, because my experience did not match the positive reviews I saw online.

These guys are reasonable, but you have to be very careful. You have to get everything. And I mean…read moreeverything in writing. If you have a drawing, have them sign off on the drawing that they would do exactly what the drawing says. Confirm what type of Rock you will be getting. and demand it when it arrives on site. Do not let them use blue rock with the promise to stain it. Make sure all the rocks are cleaned prior to installation. Mine had mud and a lot of the rocks fell off because of that. Make sure you call for at least 6 inches of compacted gravel below grade level. Do not let them talk you out of that Get in writing how thick your wall will be. Every single dimension needs to be verified. Confirm pressure washing is with a pressure washer and not just a hose. You'll have to oversee everything to ensure you get good quality. I had to bring out my own levels because things were not level. I suggest using brown stain instead of the black stain that they recommended. Unless you want black grout. ensure they're using the correct mix of sand and concrete. A lot of mine was way too much sand and was very weak. make sure all underground utilities are marked prior to them arriving. And watch to make sure they do not dig into them. The biggest problem on my job was there was no good supervision on site. Oh, and make sure that cleaning up every day is in the contract so there's no tracks in the sidewalk and street. Good luck.

I waited, a day passed, I asked, they said it was coming, and got nothing. A few days passed, still nothing. Then a week and a half passed and still nothing. I even made it easy for them and told them they could just give me an estimate on the message board, still nothing. I finally called after 2 weeks, and asked if they were still interested in doing the job. I was perfectly fine if they turned me down, but they said they would send it that evening. I even re-messaged them my email, and still nothing! If they didn't want the job, they could have just told me and thay would have been the end of it! Totally bad business practice. If they gave you a quote, consider yourself lucky! Update: I added a star because they did eventually give me a quote, but it was too late, I had already found someone to do the job. I wish I could have seen what they could have done.

It has never looked so good after painting. As you can see from the photos, the fence has spearheads, balls, and multiple rails, making the painting process more difficult. 808 F&R carefully prepared the fence, removing rust bubbles and grinding down the the metal where needed. We flew over from California for a couple of weeks. 808 F&R was able to start and complete the job while we were on Oahu.
