My 46 year old retaining moss rockwall needed repair & recapping. I met with 5 different rockwall businesses for quotes. I narrowed it down to 2 companies and when I met with Sione's dad William, I was so impressed by his style and level of expertise in inspecting my wall. He started the business over 40 years ago and had prior rockwall experience in Inglewood California before moving to beautiful Hawaii. William was very sincere and patient in explaining to me the condition of my wall and what needed to be done. He reminded me of my dad who also started his business over 40 years ago in residential construction. Later, I met with owner Sione who I originally spoke with over the phone when scheduling the first consultation. Sione is well-spoken, and as busy as he is -- I appreciate him staying in communication via text or answering my call since other rockwall companies fell short. Sione grew up with many years in the rockwall business and learned from his family. Sione was also willing to work with my budget and I understood the high quality of work I'd receive from All Phase. Quality matters and this wall will outlive me for another 40 plus years!!! This is a family run business and they only hire within their family. I met Sione's brothers Q and Jr, along with Kaffa, Masi and so many awesome uncles and masons! I also received the proposal via email from sister Fine. Thanks so much for your work! I could see that they all work with a lot of Heart, Soul and Pride! They arrived on time, some days early! They are very respectful, helpful, and organized throughout the entire job! They also clean up after themselves. I was so impressed at how fast they completed the work and were ahead of schedule! Towards the end, Q, Van and Bugsy did final clean up and haul away of rubbish. I appreciate their level of workmanship and it really shows in the end result. EVERYONE LOVES MY ROCKWALL and it has visibility from the main road. I was able to carve "All Phase Masonry JULY 2026" during the recapping too! Look forward to Future work with All Phase! "If your wall gonna fall - give us a call!" MALO AUPITO ALL PHASE FOR MY NEW AMAKA! lol read more

I had a great experience working with All Phase Masonry on O'ahu. After the Kona storms in March 2026, our front yard wall became unstable and started leaning due to water damage, so we needed a reliable company to assess and fix the issue. Sione, the owner, was very responsive from the start--he replied quickly to our Yelp inquiry and made scheduling a meet-and-greet and wall assessment easy. He was professional, easy to work with, and took the time to explain the condition of the wall. He also recommended a couple of repair options and clearly walked us through each, which made the decision process much easier. We received a quote in a timely manner, and the project actually began ahead of schedule. Even better, the entire job was completed in just three days. The new wall looks beautiful, and several neighbors have already complimented the work. We are extremely happy with the results and glad we chose All Phase Masonry. I would highly recommend them to anyone on O'ahu looking for quality masonry work and excellent service. read more

After getting quotes from 4 companies, I decided to go with All Phase Masonry because I thought I was going to get great work and good customer service. I contacted Sione for a quote and he was quick to do an on site inspection. After getting the HOA approval, I scheduled the work. The communication upfront was good in the beginning but that started to fade a little along the way. I had to reach out to get any information on the work schedule. But I like to know what's going on to schedule my day out and when the leave the side gate unlocked. Sione was able to schedule Randy to spray for underground termites prior to the pour. The work was completed in 3 days. There were some finishing touch issues with the completed work but Sione sent a couple guys out to fix the issue. read more

I did not use their service. I just wanted any estimate for now. The person that called me back was respectful and got back to me fairly quickly. Their phone quote was in the dollar range of the few other quotes I got, maybe a little cheaper. Mahalo read more

We were fortunate to find Sione and his outstanding crew through our neighbor. Our rock walls needed to be checked because they were aging and, is it turned out, was failing (rocks with no grout left, held only by dirt; drainage pipes misaligned). Sione quickly assessed the condition, gave us options, and we decided it was time to secure our walls. We also needed a security rail on our back slope to prevent falls, and they quickly remedied the problem. The crew was is efficient and so courteous. They are hard working and skilled in their work. Very professional! Rock walls are extremely expensive to build & maintain. But we feel the cost was fair, and the quality of work is excellent. read more

I received several quotes from vendors and Sione was very helpful and willing to work with my budget for a damaged rock wall. He took the time to explain what needs to be done and recommended changes and upgrades to work within budget. The crew did a great job and completed the job as scheduled and even did a little extra work with some remaining concrete. Sione stressed, that's it's a small family owned business and always looking to help out. I'd definitely recommend All Phase Masonry and will call again for my next project. read more

Showed up late, offended that another company was there giving a quote. Told us he would be more expensive than the other company so no need giving a quote. Called back over a week later. Poor communication, not on time and pretty rude. Did not end up hiring read more

Scheduled an appointment for a quote at 8:30am. We had other estimate appointments scheduled throughout the day so when the estimator (Sione) finally arrived at 10:30a we were getting started with the second contractor. Sione stopped at our neighbors home, greeted the contractors working on our neighbors property, then proceeded to leave, yelling to my husband that he'd come back. Well, that was yesterday and he hasn't come back. We didn't get a quote so if I were to rate my experience it would be 0/5 stars due to no quote and lack of response to our follow up calls x2 attempts. read more

Sione and his team were so awesome! I received a call back within minutes, Sione was able to come down to provide me an estimate the same day. He gave suggestions and educated me of what would be best for my fencing, and once I gave him the thumbs up, it was done in no time!! Highly recommend them ... friendly, knowledgeable, and good quality work!! read more

Built a stone wall with fence. Cumminication was okay. it could've been better as I was really scared I was scammed for about 2 days. Finally, when they did arrive and start, it was good. The last day, they were supposed to come back for final touches but didn't, and my husband had to put the caps on the pipes and trim it down ourselves. The work did come out nice, but the little things left undone really left a sour taste. Also, in the middle of the job, They somehow wanted to change something that made it cost $1000 extra. The price was still decent, but that was unexpected. End result, nice work, but needs to focus on the little things. read more

Just wanted to thank Sione, who was a pleasure to work with. Through Yelp, I sent a message to Sione to schedule an appointment for an estimate to build a rock wall/retaining wall. He responded within minutes and let me know he was in the area. I was able to meet him within 30 minutes. He was extremely friendly and was very easy to communicate with. He took the time to explain exactly how the job was going to be completed. He also was able to come up with a solution to a problem we were having regarding the structure/positioning of the wall. Sione takes great pride in his work and is accommodating to the needs and requests of the client. Also, although there were challenges with the weather, he was still able to complete the job on-time. Lastly, Sione and his crew cleaned up nicely and did not leave a mess when the job was completed. I would definitely work with him again. read more

All Phase Masonry did a great job refreshing the exterior of our home. They were able to tear down an existing wall, reuse some rocks and create a new retaining wall and walkway. We are beyond satisfied with the final result of our home project! Sione and his team were quick, reliable and responsive. Our job was complete within a week and the surrounding areas were all cleaned upon completion of the job. The entire crew was courteous to our neighbors and on time everyday. Leaving a review on behalf of Mr Lamipeti who we've had the privilege of working with on multiple projects on the island of Oahu. We are a retired Family Mason business who has serviced all islands of Hawaii for the past 25 years. Mr Lamipeti was definitely an important asset to our team as well displayed his own skill set on different concrete projects we had. His father, also a skilled Mason in Tile work and various concrete work added to his benefit. He is a motivated worker and leaves no stone undone. Sione, his father William, Talia and son Suli, and a couple other family members, all work together as a great team. What a nice person. That is what sticks out first in my mind from my experience. And that really does make such a difference when searching for quality service when there is always the feeling that you are going to be taken advantage of. Owner Sione responded quickly to my Yelp request for a quote to repair a couple vinyl fence panels that were blown off during a recent wind storm. He communicated quickly and frequently, provided a quote after going to the hardware store himself to find the replacement panels, and completed the job with two assistants - all on the same day. He also pointed out other issues that need to be fixed, however, didn't pressure me to have it handled on the spot. I highly recommend Sione and All Phase Masonry and would not hesitate to work with his company again for future needs. read more

All Phase Masonry did an awesome job on rebuilding my wall . Grouting of the wall was first proposed , but discovering the many structual flaws of the wall. Half of the height of the wall needed to be demolished and rebuild , 100 ft of it running parallel with sidewalk . Demolishing then reusing the rock to build a section at a time and clearing the rubble and cleaning the sidewalk everyday so pedestrian could use a safe sidewalk .A very impressive sight . And finishing within the timeframe proposed at a very reasonable price and wall that is quite beautiful! read more
