He first told me his cost for labor then wanted the measurements of my old door, so he could give me a quote for the job. I went ahead and decided to use Innovative Handywork because he broke done the price - no hidden costs. Allen was highly transparent by showing me pictures and prices of the actual materials, making sure I approved of everything. Allen showed up on time and worked intensely without a break (only after urging him to eat some pastries I bought). I got the impression that Allen genuinely took pride in his work. He appeared to work from his heart and not just from his experience. Allen even hauled my old door away. This was such a satisfying experience with somebody skillful, professional and trustworthy. Allen was also so easy to talk to. We've already discussed future projects. I feel fortunate - and Blessed!

I'm not sure who communicated with me in messaging but it had "owner" next to his name. But he told me he's not the owner nor supervisor.
