It wasn't easy, not a simple shed. Had reinforcement rods for the roof and the walls. There was a shelf that came with it that had a reinforcing rod under it. There were steel parts on each side of the shelf to secure it to the walls inside. There were hooks to place on the walls to hang tools from. We moved the sheds into place, as I changed my mind when the doors were difficult to open, where I originally wanted them No complaints from him. He worked straight through in the hot sun. Found these folks from doing a quick Yelp search and decided to go with their services for a few reasons: 1. Even though they didn't have many reviews, the ones they did have were all extremely positive, which gave me the confidence to take a chance on them. 2. Got a quick response to my inquiry via Yelp. 3. Nick was the person I communicated with throughout most of the process -- from getting the initial quote, talking details, and coordinating/securing a time frame -- he was super easy to talk with and was prompt in responding. 4. They were able to accommodate us and fit us into their schedule, since we wanted to get the work done soon (like within a couple weeks). 5. Veteran owned and operated. Nick was very clear with the scope of work, detailing everything they'd be doing and outlining the cost breakdown, as communicated through the official quote he provided; all of it was straightforward and made logical sense, so it was really simple to understand. You get exactly what you pay for. A two-person crew (Paul and Scott) was assigned to our project, and they did an amazing job of plastering, smoothing out, and painting our ceilings! I was very impressed by the team's high-quality workmanship, professionalism, and work ethics. The job was completed in the allotted time, and they took great care in cleaning up the unit after they were all done. This was our first time hiring contractors on our own to do a "big" project (for them it was a small job lol!), and we are really happy and relieved that things went so smoothly. I never felt stressed whenever I was dealing with Nick or his team members; everyone was super cool and a joy to work with. From what Nick tells me, they typically take on larger projects, but that they try to squeeze in little jobs here and there if they're able to. They don't normally work weekends but made an exception for us, since one of their team members was willing to work through Saturday and Sunday.
