Even after we moved back in, he remained available to address a few minor adjustments that naturally come up after a major renovation, which we appreciated. The project was estimated to take about four months, and despite a few minor delays that were outside of anyone's control, it was completed within the expected timeframe. We did go slightly over the original quote, but that was due to the additional upgrades and changes we chose to make during the renovation. Ming, who manages the day-to-day work on-site, was excellent. He was organized, detail-oriented, and made sure the work was completed to a high standard.
