He said I'd have to wait if one replied since all are unavailable right now. I sent 2 photos of my broken shower fixture. I'm used to receiving estimations when inquiring about projects via Yelp, At any rate, services are no longer needed. I'm not sure who communicated with me in messaging but it had "owner" next to his name. But he told me he's not the owner nor supervisor. I actually don't know who he was except someone using the owner's account. (He didn't mention his title) If you plan to use this company you need to call them. Don't waste your time asking for a quote and sending pics like I did. Thanks the same for making an effort to try to help.

From the first site visit to the final walkthrough, everything was seamless. William managed this project very well and guided us through this process with ease. At any point if we had questions he was quick to respond. The showroom they have is great and the experience of setting your preferences on design and materials is quite enjoyable. The only hiccup we encountered is that the supplier of the original tile that had been selected did not come in the size we needed and so it wouldn't have meshed well with the current tile in the living room. William helped us find a suitable alternative and we were able to pivot and are very pleased with the outcome. There were a couple of adjustments during the project but again related to the tile, we changed the direction of the placement which allows for us to replace the remaining tile in the house in the future if we decided to do so. William and team thinking ahead with our needs in mind really provided a sense of care. To top it all off, we wanted this build done ASAP and the team was able to complete the remodel in 8 days compared to their estimate of 10 - 14. We are extremely pleased with the work and so glad we went with a business right here in Kaneohe. Thank you William, Wen, and team! Our heartfelt Mahalo to Montage, especially our project manager, Kris, and designer, L.J. for the superb job on our kitchen and master bathroom renovations. From planning to completion, their professional expertise was invaluable. They were sincere and understanding as they advised us and provided exactly what we wanted and more! L.J. took my love of tea and designed my unique "tea cabinet". In response to a mold situation in the bathroom, Kris had a vent installed with a "bonus" light in the shower. Always mindful of our budget, their suggestions balanced cost and quality. They were very patient when we were making decisions or choosing between options. Underlying everything was their exceptional, i.e. timely, encouraging, and up-beat, communication whenever we or they had questions or concerns. kris was often on-site to supervise and ensure the quality of the subcontractors' workmanship. When needed, he even personally made adjustments. We are very impressed, not only with their skills but also with their caring attitude. We will call on them in the future for sure. With Kris and L.J. representing the quality of work and ethics they provide, We highly recommend Montage!

Aloha, my name is Shawn Holdt and I am the owner of Prestige Plumbing LLC in Kaneohe. We were used…read moreas subcontractors on a few projects for Montage. To this day, months and months after we stopped working for them due to lack of prompt payment on projects, or payment at all, they still have not paid us. We consistently had to chase them for our money. Over and over and over again. We did end up finishing the plumbing on a large job that they started with us in Manoa, in which the home owner had to take over and finish on his own with the help of us subcontractors. It was definitely not ideal for him seeing that he had already paid them major money for work that was never completed, but after a certain point these poor Montage victims have no other choice other than take it on and get it done themselves. Montage continually shuffled me around between this person and that person when I would ask for payment on projects that we had already completed. I've since given up on even trying to deal with any of them. They are not professionals in the least. Bush league contractors for sure. No honor, no integrity, NONE. On top of that, they have no idea what they are doing in the field. Bunch of 2 week class certified project managers that have no idea what its like to be a real tradesmen. I just thank god we we're not deeper into any real money type projects with them because then I would have had to sick my lawyers on em. Save yourself the pain and anguish of giving someone a bunch of money for a project you may, or may not get completed. If they know they are in over their head, they'll abandon ship. If they know they are loosing money, they will abandon ship. And, for all of you would be plumbing contractors out there, hungry for a working relationship with a General Contractor. If I were you, I'd rather go surf or pass on this opportunity than take any work from these guys. It will start out ok, and then turn to total shit. I already know there is a guy that they were using after us who spoke to one of my employees, asking him if we had to chase money like he was at that time. Patterns never lie

We needed to find a general contractor who'd be able/willing to finish the ceilings in our condo…read moreafter we had the popcorn ceiling removed, and Home Solutions Oahu were the ones we went with... Found these folks from doing a quick Yelp search and decided to go with their services for a few reasons: 1. Even though they didn't have many reviews, the ones they did have were all extremely positive, which gave me the confidence to take a chance on them. 2. Got a quick response to my inquiry via Yelp. 3. Nick was the person I communicated with throughout most of the process -- from getting the initial quote, talking details, and coordinating/securing a time frame -- he was super easy to talk with and was prompt in responding. 4. They were able to accommodate us and fit us into their schedule, since we wanted to get the work done soon (like within a couple weeks). 5. Veteran owned and operated. Nick was very clear with the scope of work, detailing everything they'd be doing and outlining the cost breakdown, as communicated through the official quote he provided; all of it was straightforward and made logical sense, so it was really simple to understand. You get exactly what you pay for. A two-person crew (Paul and Scott) was assigned to our project, and they did an amazing job of plastering, smoothing out, and painting our ceilings! I was very impressed by the team's high-quality workmanship, professionalism, and work ethics. The job was completed in the allotted time, and they took great care in cleaning up the unit after they were all done. This was our first time hiring contractors on our own to do a "big" project (for them it was a small job lol!), and we are really happy and relieved that things went so smoothly. I never felt stressed whenever I was dealing with Nick or his team members; everyone was super cool and a joy to work with. From what Nick tells me, they typically take on larger projects, but that they try to squeeze in little jobs here and there if they're able to. They don't normally work weekends but made an exception for us, since one of their team members was willing to work through Saturday and Sunday. For that, I am truly grateful, as we're on a tight schedule to get the unit ready by a certain timeframe. Overall, a very positive experience! We'd consider them again for future repairs/renovations!
