Roger came to my home and gave me my estimate. He wasn't the highest or the lowest. He worked along with Naka's Marble (808-841-5434 ask for Chay) and Optimal Plumbing [808-609-7364]. Online Construction scheduled ALL work days. I did contact Naka's Marble previously for an estimate/installation (walls only). Optimal Plumbing did the shower drainage and faucets. Roger Barsatan and his team are outstanding! During our initial consultation, Roger was incredibly thoughtful and thorough. He took the time to listen to our wants, walk through the space and take necessary measurements, offer advice on what would be feasible, and answer all of our questions. We are especially grateful that Roger was so considerate of our budget; he really worked hard to maintain our vision for the space while staying within our means. During the actual renovation, Roger and his team were always punctual and tidy. They showed up during their designated work hours and cleaned up at the end of each day to our AOAO's high standards. We also really appreciated the fact the Roger was so communicative throughout the renovation process, sending photo & text updates and meeting with us periodically to walk through the space and answer our questions/make adjustments as necessary. We also ended up requesting some additional work, and Roger and his team were flexible and accommodating. Even after the renovation, Roger has still been easily accessible to us. After living in the space for a few months, we noticed that some things needed repair/adjusting, and after reaching out, he responded promptly with a time to meet. Roger and his staff are punctual and staff clean up everyday. We had Roger convert our master bathroom bathtub into a walk in shower and we love it! We then had our flooring done upstairs (carpet) and vinyl laminate downstairs. We did our own prep work and bought our materials with his assistance which helped to bring down the costs. He is knowledgeable about construction and even ran to the store more than once to get supplies to get the job done. Our next project will be our kitchen ! Excellent work. Owner, Roger Barsatan, and his team worked really hard and very fast to construct our roof extension for our back yard. In 2 days the roof extension was built, tiled and painted. Sturdy and strong. Built to last. Me and my wife are happy with our extension. It made the back yard a lot cooler. Every summer the sun beats down in our back yard really intensely especially around noon time. Our dog can't even play back there. Now it's a lot better. We added the sail for added coverage and privacy. Our dog loves it too. The longest part was just getting the permit and the plans from another party but after that Roger was ready and set to work. I've recently inherited my grandmother's home. To my surprise the condition of the home was horrible. Needing help to restore this home I got several quotes from several companies. I decided to go with Inline Construction, Mr. Roger was very polite and his quote was right on the money. Inline Construction renovated two bathrooms at our home. I found them through Yelp along with another contractor who bid on the project. There were numerous bathroom renovation "contractors" listed in my area but most were not licensed when I checked them out with Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs https://pvl.ehawaii.gov/pvlsearch/. Using a licensed contractor is important to me because it shows that they have insurance in case there's a defect in the work that ends up damaging our home. Inline Construction's bid was significantly less than the other bidder's price and close to our budget so we accepted the bid and scheduled the work for about 2 1/2 months later. That was enough time for us to order the special materials and fixtures and have them arrive in time for the construction work. The construction commenced on time and the work generally progressed smoothly. I was coordinating the work with electrical work by another contractor and there were some delays in the work due to coordinating the schedules of two contractors. Inline had to pull out a couple of times, waiting for my electrician to be available. Roger was very accommodating, though, and didn't give me a hard time about it. The bathrooms turned out great! They look beautiful and are so much more functional than our old bathrooms. There were a few minor items that I found as we were starting to use the bathrooms and Inline took care of those with no complaints. We're happy with their performance and would use them again for any other future renovations that might come up. read more

Roger Barsatan the owner did a fantastic job on our tub to shower bathroom conversion. Roger's work ethic was refreshing as he was meticulous, on time, and always had a pleasant "can do" attitude. His team of Fred, Malcolm, Balaz and Yani did a wonderful job. The tile work was excellent. All the shower fixtures, vanity, mirror and lighting came together to create a stunning new bathroom! Roger replaced everything in the bathroom even installing a new bathroom door. If you look at the before and after photos it's amazing, my daughter said it now looks like a luxury hotel bathroom. This review is long over due. I don't usually post reviews but I really wanted to thank Roger. 6 years ago I hired Inline Construction to remodel my dated kitchen. I chose Inline Construction because they were Licensed, Insured and the work came with a 1 year warranty. I was so impressed with his work that I hired him 2 years later to removed my carpet and install wood flooring. Just recently I hired Roger to remodel my sons bathroom. With 3 different remodels a few years apart I have to say that the owner Roger has been consistently on it!!! He hasn't lost his touch, made good suggestions that saved me money. He was on budget and met all of his timelines. I look forward to hiring Inline for my future home remodeling. In 2014 Inline Constructions turned my carport into a garage and built a new driveway that extended into a long walkway that wrapped around the house. They did a great job and in a timely manner. And in 2017 they turned my lanai into an enclosed office with hardwood floorIng and upgraded the master bathroom with new cabinetry and matched the paint perfectly.
