The owner is Daniel, who was very knowledgeable and professional. He listened to what I wanted and explained the entire process of the work to be done. The quote Daniel gave me was fair and cheaper than others. Throughout the process, he made it easy for us. Daniel also was also easy to get in contact with when we needed to reach him. His workers do speak minimal English, but were very efficient and professional. I am glad we used Daniel and his team to complete our renovations. They did an excellent job!! Brian and his crew did a beautiful job on our condo renovation! It was basically a whole gut job &…read morethey did it within my one month time line! I've had a vision for this place since we moved here and B Construction was able to bring it to life! Overall I would rate them a 10/10 with a few little hick-ups here and there. First and foremost, the light oak flooring installment looks and feels amazing! Though they didn't rip out the old flooring they were able to seamlessly level our floors. Secondly, the kitchen cabinets turned out elegantly & when they installed the ceiling light, it was the icing on the cake. So beautiful! Moving on to the bathroom, the walk in-shower turned out like out of a magazine. Brian's guys precisely chose every tile to match the wave designs, tile after tile. Love it! In the bathroom they also installed our new vanity, mirror and a few miscellaneous items that were added last minute, no questions asked We also asked his crew to paint the walls & sand down our wood ceiling which both turned out great! They also switch out all our electrical outlets (which means they have a guy that specializes in electrical & plumbing for the bathroom - a huge plus!!!). Lastly, we added two ceiling fans, one in the living room and another in bedroom, which all our neighbors love and get a bunch of comments on! His guys were all super friendly and when I asked them to change something I didn't like, they weren't hesitant to change it right away. With that being said, there were a few hick ups during the renovation. Brian had a couple of projects that his crew were working on at the same as mine which means there was constant confusion for him. When he asked about measurements for our new microwave, he ended up buying another one later on because he thought we were in need of one, which was never the case. My full length mirror was also lost in the process because he thought he thought I said it was rubbish. Lastly, there were some moments when I would text Brian and hear back from him a few days later. Not a convenient way to communicate when on a time crunch. I would also like to add that although problems did arises, they were solved and the outcome was still a masterpiece. I will 100% hire these guys again in the future & now I tell all my friends about them!

They are all also really good at what they do and pay attention to detail. Brian keeps communicating throughout the whole process to ensure it's all done as requested - actually our place turned out better than we expected because of Brian's suggestions and input. Everyone he works with also really cares about getting the job done right, not just getting it done and it really shows in the end product. Leon was a joy to work with. He has excellent communication skills and apprised us of the status of the renovation on an almost daily basis. He went out of his way to try to fulfil any requests that we had, and if he encountered any issues that needed our approval or input, he made sure to let us know in a timely manner, as well as explain what our options were. We did go over budget, but that was because of unforeseen issues (such as plumbing) that came up, and not because of anything that Leon did. As with any project like this, there were a few minor hiccups but Damon and Zack (and their team) moved quickly to remedy. The workers were friendly, caring, and very respectful.
