The customer ultimately left the store upset. What disturbed me even more was what happened afterward. I heard the manager I believe his name is Ricardo make a comment along the lines of, "Hope ICE gets him." Hearing a manager make a remark like that about a customer was shocking and completely unprofessional. Whether someone speaks fluent English or not, every customer deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. Comments like that create an unwelcoming and hostile environment. I was so disgusted by what I witnessed that I decided to leave the store without making my purchase. I hope Sherwin-Williams takes customer service and professionalism seriously and addresses this kind of behavior. No customer should have to wonder whether they'll be treated with respect because of the language they speak.

Jess didn't just answer my questions, she anticipated them, explained things in a way that actually made sense, and clearly has a deep understanding of everything they carry. Jess has this rare ability to make you feel completely seen and acknowledged from the moment you walk in. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make me feel completely taken care of. It never felt rushed or transactional (even though it was close to closing)--she created such a positive, enjoyable, comfortable, and exceptional experience. Anthony was on top of it, making sure my questions were answered and assisted in guiding me on what correct items to get. Some professional contractors were also quick to lend me a hand by providing me advice on my projects. Walked out of there confident to attack my heavy textured walls. They have a good amount of color selection and even if they don't have the color you had in mind... they'll do their ultimate best to match it as that was the case with me. I had gone to home depot first and selected a color from Behr... but since the internet and TikTok raved about Sherman's quality... I went there. Anthony took my swatch sample and got the color 99% close. I used the emerald selection due to its reputation online... one coat of paint and you're done... well... that was true... which helped A LOT cause I am tired.

The person working there not only would not even look at the picture of the paint color that I'm trying to match but couldn't even refer me to anyone who I would be happy to pay to come look at my house and get me close to the color so I could buy a few samples to match perfectly. When I went to the samples to try to figure it out on my own, another customer told me that if I go to Lowe's they can use my pictures to help me out. Such a bummer that my local Dunn Edward's can't offer the same service and experience.

It was a Sunday and I was at target and the bathroom line was really long. I went next door to this location, and they had ONE older woman customer in there looking at paint. I asked if they had a restroom and the younger employee said yes and told me to grab the bathroom key from the front. I said thank you. As I'm walking to the front, Michael comes from the back and asks if I need help. I said im grabbing the restroom key. ( I don't need his help, just stating what I was doing, as if I wasn't already helped by someone who was present ). He then goes OFF and was like "how does everyone know we have a bathroom key?!?!? ONLY PAINTERS COME IN HERE!!!!! I said the bathroom line next door was long. He then proceeds to embarrass himself by saying " well If it was a 31 flavors next door would you go and ask for the bathroom???! " I said EXCUSE ME? The older woman looked at him so shocked and appalled. I walked off and used the restroom. Ironically, If you took advantage of people with great customer service walking in your EMPTY store, you would gain more customers and referrals, but sadly this won't be the case.
