The first call was disconnected by the person who answered. A subsequent call was not answered, and I ultimately reached the store from another number and was told the item was in stock. When I arrived, a different employee assisted me and completed the sale. During checkout, the employee opened the product box without my request while responding to a product-related question. The question could have been answered without opening the packaging. The item was not needed and remained unused. When I attempted to return it, I was informed that the store does not accept returns under any circumstances. This policy was not disclosed at the time of purchase and is not stated on the receipt. Under California consumer expectations, material terms such as a no-return policy should be clearly disclosed prior to purchase so customers can make informed decisions...especially when packaging is opened by store staff. Posting this so other customers are aware of the store's policies before purchasing. Some professional contractors were also quick to lend me a hand by providing me advice on my projects. Walked out of there confident to attack my heavy textured walls. They have a good amount of color selection and even if they don't have the color you had in mind... they'll do their ultimate best to match it as that was the case with me. I had gone to home depot first and selected a color from Behr... but since the internet and TikTok raved about Sherman's quality... I went there. Anthony took my swatch sample and got the color 99% close. I used the emerald selection due to its reputation online... one coat of paint and you're done... well... that was true... which helped A LOT cause I am tired.

They have great customer service and often are stocked up with certain items according to season. During the summer, they made sure to have a plethora of fans and air conditioning to be purchased. You can tell the employees and owners want you to have the items that you need. Also if you have huge orders for business and they don't have enough in store, you can make orders and Ms. Lee will help you out. Since the car is early 2000's, I didn't want to risk buying paint only using the color code due to years of weather and age. I wanted the paint to be color matched to the bumper. They took the time to mix and re-mix the paint until they got the color just right. They would even take the mix outside and compare colors under the sun.
