The store is located by itself (no other retail stores within walking distance) with its own dedicated parking. There were contractors who were there to get supplies, but the store wasn't too busy. The front clerks were very helpful, helping us to match paint colors, and we were on our way. Even with the discount, 2 cans of paint, a brush, and roller cost over $150. Bob then mocks up your art with a Matt and frame that shows your finished piece on a monitor. We tried several different Matt colors, frames, and even adjusted the size of the Matt a couple times. He then incorrectly told me the ring was not eligible for return, even though I showed him my barcode and proof that the return eligibility expired that same day. After that, he brought over the Geek Squad manager, who suggested I buy a Best Buy membership "maybe" so they could help me. I spent over 30 minutes there getting nowhere, while they tried to push a membership instead of simply processing a valid return. I ended up driving to the Downey location, where they scanned the item and completed the return in less than 5 minutes with zero issues. No upselling, no misinformation, and no wasted time. Worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. It's no surprise this store has such low ratings.
