Monday was the last day of a 40% off sale on paint, so my wife insisted on coming here to get more paint in preparation for some more work on our condo that we will need to do in the future. I've always bought our paint from Home-Depot or sometimes even Menards, but I guess Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore (founded in 1883, now owned by Berkshire Hathaway) are considered the best paint brands and I found a reddit thread about opinions on the matter. The store is located by itself (no other retail stores within walking distance) with its own dedicated parking. There were contractors who were there to get supplies, but the store wasn't too busy. The front clerks were very helpful, helping us to match paint colors, and we were on our way. Even with the discount, 2 cans of paint, a brush, and roller cost over $150. I guess we will see how much of a difference the brand makes.
