The customer ultimately left the store upset. What disturbed me even more was what happened afterward. I heard the manager I believe his name is Ricardo make a comment along the lines of, "Hope ICE gets him." Hearing a manager make a remark like that about a customer was shocking and completely unprofessional. Whether someone speaks fluent English or not, every customer deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. Comments like that create an unwelcoming and hostile environment. I was so disgusted by what I witnessed that I decided to leave the store without making my purchase. I hope Sherwin-Williams takes customer service and professionalism seriously and addresses this kind of behavior. No customer should have to wonder whether they'll be treated with respect because of the language they speak.

Damien is amazing. He's so knowledgeable about colors and what colors match. He is also so kind and patient. After I chose some colors, I sent him a picture of my house and he digitally sent me what my house would look like w those paint colors. Wow!!! It was so wonderful. Our interior walls are "Alabaster" in a satin finish, my husband went and bought an additional…read moregallon of the same color & same finish to do some touch ups before a party we have on Saturday (both stickers on the can and lid say alabaster satin) when I seen the areas my husband touched up, I immediately noticed the paint we were given was a brighter white and was very glossy. He thought it was due to it being wet, so we decided to let it dry to see if it would blend, but no this photo was taken 24hours later and I'm 100% certain we were given the wrong paint color. This is beyond upsetting. My husband will have to call out of work to fix this before Saturday. And we can't find our receipt, so I'm hoping they'll at least correct their mistake. It was a Sunday and I was at target and the bathroom line was really long. I went next door to this location, and they had ONE older woman customer in there looking at paint. I asked if they had a restroom and the younger employee said yes and told me to grab the bathroom key from the front. I said thank you. As I'm walking to the front, Michael comes from the back and asks if I need help. I said im grabbing the restroom key. ( I don't need his help, just stating what I was doing, as if I wasn't already helped by someone who was present ). He then goes OFF and was like "how does everyone know we have a bathroom key?!?!? ONLY PAINTERS COME IN HERE!!!!! I said the bathroom line next door was long. He then proceeds to embarrass himself by saying " well If it was a 31 flavors next door would you go and ask for the bathroom???! " I said EXCUSE ME? Monday was the last day of a 40% off sale on paint, so my wife insisted on coming here to get more paint in preparation for some more work on our condo that we will need to do in the future. I've always bought our paint from Home-Depot or sometimes even Menards, but I guess Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore (founded in 1883, now owned by Berkshire Hathaway) are considered the best paint brands and I found a reddit thread about opinions on the matter. The store is located by itself (no other retail stores within walking distance) with its own dedicated parking. There were contractors who were there to get supplies, but the store wasn't too busy. The front clerks were very helpful, helping us to match paint colors, and we were on our way. Even with the discount, 2 cans of paint, a brush, and roller cost over $150. I guess we will see how much of a difference the brand makes.
