I was planning to take a quick walk through the store, but kept stopping to look at the variety of merchandise. They sell the usual hardware, such as cabinet handles and paint buckets. The mini Ace paint buckets for $1.99 are seriously cute. They also sell toys, keychains, T-shirts, and signs. They even sell bbq sauces and meat rubs. I saw those items in the end displays. The store is jammed with merchandise. The gal at the store was greeting customers as they entered and exited. She was friendly and welcoming.

No emotion didn't say hello. Barely want to even help me but whatever I ordered apart online so I was just picking it up. Went back the next day, online it says the close at 6:30 I got there at 6:03. As soon as I walk in a man and a lady are just standing there talking and laughing and they instantly look at me and say "oh we're closed" even though the door is wide open and then they're just sitting there kicking the shit. I just stand there with a blank face cuz I'm like...really.. it's damn near 30min till close time and yall are literally doing nothing. Lady says.. "well do you know what you need?" Cuz she knew I was like wtf.. so that was her attempt to help me, but I was returning something.. Today 5/26/2026, I am greatly appreciated by the excellent service provided by the staff Arron S. . He carried the window screens to our car as some of them are big. He helped to load our purchased stuff into the car. The cashier accidentally made an input error by charging us the regular price of the bark nuggets instead of the sales price, Arron helped to solve this issue quick. He was so friendly, so helpful. The shower is leaking and the lawn needs watering, so I jumped into the car to get what I need. Although this is an Ace store, coupons are site specific and are not shared among the hardware stores. Oh well, I'll need to be more careful reading that fine print, but got what I needed and not wasting time looking for the right hardware. Although not the cheapest, it is the most convenient to my home, so I'll be shopping here for a little longer...
