the inside of a dunkin donuts shop

This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. we came here to get gas and grab some breakfast before driving back to New York after a ski trip vacation usually Dunkin' Donuts super fast and easy but we sat in the Dunkin' Donuts for 45 minutes. We decided to go inside because the drive-through line was a little longer probably two cars in front of us we go inside and there was three parties of people waiting so we were able to order super quickly. They were out of some items, but that was fine. It was very clear that the workers were very flustered, even though there were not that many people in the drive-through or inside. But after we put our order in the woman who seemed like the manager said she was going to lock the door and close the Dunkin' Donuts and have it drive-through only. She demanded that we tell her when we need to leave so she could unlock the door and lock it again in order for other customers not to come in. It was the most bizarre experience I've ever had. She got very rude to customers who didn't tell her that they were leaving. While she locked the door, so many people tried to come inside, and she turned every single one of them away and told them to go through the drive-through from inside we could see that the drive-through line was getting extremely long Overall, this Dunkin' Donuts seems like it needs extreme management help. I would not recommend coming here. Find a Dunkin' Donuts because you will spend a lot more time than you would like to waiting for your food and drinks.

I have tried with this Dunkin, but I give up. When this location first opened it was reasonably good. At least as expected for Dunkin. Things went down for a while. Doors locked, Not open, out of stock menu items, etc. After an extended period of avoiding the location I tried again. Maybe there was a new manager? The service was actually good. The coffee was good and the food came out well preparred......for a short period of time. Over the last couple months the service and quality has gotten lower and lower. Long waits, incorrect order items, consistently out of stock menu items, sub-par coffee and poor food quality, and poor or rude service. Frozen cheese, burnt bread, stale food, extra bitter coffee are now the norm, and forget about the smile with the service. Today was my last straw. I decided on a hot large Midnight with cream, Avocado toast, and sausage wake-up wrap. The drive thru attendant was sufficiently helpful. neither good or bad. Other mornings the attendant sounds offended and standoffish. The coffee was ready shortly after making payment. I waited and the food came out in a reasonable amount of time. The food was in a bag and nearly thrown out of the window at me. This seems to be the way things are done here, with an air of inconvienience to the staff for visiting their store, I took the bag and immidiatley realized the avocado toast was in the bag, as it was now all over my hand. I took a napkin from My console as there were none in the bag and cleaned my hand. I pulled around the building and removed the avocado toast from the bag and slid it from the paper sleeve. Apparently they must be out of boxes again. Thanks for the warning. I ate the avocado toast as I had nowhere to place it. It was edible but certainly not great. the bread was soggy and the seasoning was weak. The coffee today was decent, as opposed to the last time when I had to dump it out due to bitterness, and I happily sipped away. I decided to have the wrap. The fillings were reasonable, and actually an edible temperature this time, but the wrap itself crunched apart into pieces when I bit it. I can only descibe it how I would imagine being extremely stale and then run through the toaster. I ate the middle and threw the rest out the window. The pièce de résistance came when I got to the bottom half of the coffee. As it was cooler I took a good size swig, and got a mouth full of grounds which got spit back out. I was picking grounds out of my teeth for 30 minutes. I later dumped out the coffee remains and found spoons full of grounds in the bottom of the cup. So. No more.

Just a little diner, not much to see from the outside, but inside it is unique with the only seating at a large circular counter with the open kitchen on the side. The menu is pretty much what you expect with mostly breakfast items and sandwiches; this is supplemented by a couple of different special boards and signs. Service was attentive and friendly. My friend ordered the biscuits and gravy with a side of eggs, I got a spinach, tomato and cheese omelet that came with hash browns and cinnamon raisin toast. The food came out promptly, with generous portions of nicely prepared food. My omelet was good with the fresh spinach and tomatoes adding some nice contrast to the eggs. the potatoes were good and the raisin toast was excellent. Cup N Saucer is well worth a visit just to experience the old school feel with solid food. The service was good and the server seemed to know all of the other customers as friends and regulars.

Is this the most scenic spot in southern Vermont to stop in for a drink or make a liquor purchase?…read more I think so! You've got breathtaking views out the window or sitting in the yard behind the store. There's even a few more breathtaking views looking across the street from the parking lot. I was going to say location is everything, but then there's the liquor. You're allowed 4 complimentary tastes. These are not large, maybe thimble sized, but you definitely get an idea of the flavors. I came here specifically for the maple whiskies (well, it IS Vermont), but I also enjoyed the cherry liqueur, something I definitely wanted for my liquor cabinet as well. I didn't purchase any of their crafted cocktails, but other customers in the store while I was there did, and they were obviously satisfied. Obviously the products here are elevated in both taste and height above sea level.

They then let you know you can sample 4 different spirits, my wife and I declined on this part only due to the fact we stopped at the nearby brewery first. We went right into picking our cocktails. Next time we definitely would do the sampling. Cocktail wise their current menu was broken into three different sections, those being Vodka, Bourbon, and lastly moonshine. An extra category on the bottom did include two mocktails as well. I thought the cocktails were extremely reasonable either being $11 or $13. I got their peach smash which was a really good drink utilizing their honey bourbon and peach liqueur which was balanced so well! My wife got their French martini that utilized their vodka and raspberry liqueur and came in a frosted glass. We loved both of the drinks and even though my wife typically is not a bourbon fan she liked mine. While we enjoyed our drinks inside and appreciated the atmosphere of the inside including the decor the true view is outside. Enjoy your cocktail while taking in the view, you can be on the patio or at a table or chair at the overlook. Can snap some amazing photos that's for sure! To sum it up, friendly and welcoming staff who make delicious cocktails with a great setting inside and out!
