Yeast: PB cup, chocolate. Cake: Cookies n cream, sunrise, maple bacon, blueberry pancake, cinnamon bun, traditional glazed.

We tried the new Pittsfield location this weekend. I don't think I'll be a regular but it was my daughter's birthday and these donuts were a perfect special occasion treat. It was very busy and the wait was about 1/2 hour but it was a fun and friendly atmosphere while we waited. The clipboard ordering sheet really streamlined the process. We enjoyed watching our donuts being made to order. The blueberry pancake donut was our favorite with the chocolate yeast donut coming in at a close second. We thought the prices were a little high for the yeast donuts, especially the filled ones, but also sympathize with a new business trying to get ahead in a market where costs are rising at a ridiculous pace. This looks to be a great stop for tourists and locals and we hope the best for them in their new location.

The freshest donuts I've ever eaten! We got a dozen and each new bite was a new experience. I kept the dozen on my lap and they were still warm. My 5 year old couldn't get enough of the Homer. We loved the salted caramel and the sour cream. This spot is truly a family operation and the owners and their daughter couldn't be more accommodating. I wish we lived closer!

This place is hands down the best donut shop in the Berkshires. They are super friendly and their products are of the highest quality.

I started with the cruller on the drive which was excellent, crispy on the edges, just the right amount of sweet. I brought the rest (strawberry sprinkle, apple cider, glazed) home for the family to try and each one was distinct and well made. You can tell these are freshly made each day. I picked up around noon (they close at 12:30) and then I feel like I got the first batch from the top of the morning. Please give this small local business a try when you're in the Greenfield area.

It's such a cute little place with friendly staff. Donuts that are airy, soft, not too sweet, large, priced reasonably, and honestly just *perfect* are what you'll find here. I had just seen Donut Dip pop up in an online article as the best donut place in Massachusetts and so I had to stop. Donut Dip is an old school donut shop, a large selection of a wide variety of flavors are on display. The short line moved quickly and I ordered an Apple Fritter and a Chocolate topped custard stick for the road. The price was a bit higher than I expected but the donuts were big and looked great and I wanted some food for the road so I didn't have to stop. The Apple Fritter was good, however it seemed to be a bit light on actual apple piece and while tasty it just wasn't anything special. The Custard stick was excellent, the custard was rich and luscious which nicely balanced the perfectly fried donut, the topping was thick and chocolaty giving the donut an old school feel. Although I didn't have a long visit I would say that overall Donut Dip has very good to great donuts. The shop feels classic and if I was nearby I would love to try some of the other flavors. Well worth a stop to check them out.

Very cozy old fashioned donut shop. As a donut lover, I had to get one of my faves (old fashioned) and I asked the staff for their recommendation and went with the honey cruller. I'd actually never had this before but my husband and I both took a bite and decided it tasted like sweet corn dog breading and we weren't mad at it! This spot was tiny and bustling but they move the line quickly. Not in Springfield often anymore but would recommend it to anyone in the area! No indoor seating and a small parking lot in the back.

So much that I stopped by their shop on a late Sunday morning to a HUGE variety of donuts. They have vanilla based donuts in addition to cider donut. They've got vegan donuts and mishapen discount donuts. They also do too good to go as well as donate any left over donuts. I got the cappuccino and ginger cider donuts and a small coffee. I'll probably stick to their original as the glazes were a little too cakes on and sweet for my liking. Despite the sweetness, the ginger and coffee flavors did shine through... so for those who like sweet things -- this is amazing. In addition to donuts, they have hot apple cider and speciality coffee, tea and cider drinks! It's a cute space where I would love to sit at, drink some coffee and donuts with a book on a snowy morning.

This boys mouth was very gross in his way he was talking about customers in the drive-thru, even calling one a whore an needing to keep he legs closed. Also calling one a retard because they were having a hard time placing the order. Once I was finally waited on I then heard him say to the girl remaking the coffee, he says "daaa it taste like French Vanilla it has it in it"... I think that he used more cuss words when he spoke then not. This was not the first time I have been in there with him working and he talking poorly, this time however was AWFUL and made me feel very very uncomfortable. I have been trying to call the store all morning to talk to a manager, not that they will do anything but they wont even answer their phone. Sad thing is that my husband goes there every day on his way home to get an ice coffee to end his work day and to have to deal with this is nuts. hearing customers being talked about like that is not the best customer service.

Employee waiting on me, took my order then requested I pick it up at drive thru so she can lock the lobby. I agreed. I waited behind a car and when it was my turn, employee that waited on me told me the ovens were down and offered me a muffin, donuts, or a refund. You mean to tell me that you didn't know when you took my order that the ovens were down? Or when the other employee that answered the English muffin question, couldn't say the ovens were down? I took a refund, and had to explain the refund she gave me wasn't the amount I paid. As I was leaving, I saw two and pull in and try to enter the lobby. This place has gone . I do not see myself frequenting this store anymore. if I could get away without leaving a star, then I would.

Well organized, easy to get in/out, minimal need for walking, and very little mud on one's feet. We pick blueberries each summer, multiple times per season. We have picked peaches in summer 1-2 times, and have picked apples in the fall a few times. Each time it's a great experience. The apple picking gets crowded, but never crazy. We've never had an experience where we were sent to pick in a section that had been picked over and had little fruit. Each time it's a great experience, both for adults and children. Well organized traffic, parking, checkout, bags/buckets. I can't recall a time I felt like things were crazy or disorganized. Prices are fair. The big bonus of course are the treats that they bake up: apple cider doughnuts, pastries, everything I've ever had has been amazing. Makes me want to move in and work there, it's just so wonderful.
