Excellent cider donuts. You can order coffee boxed to go. The donuts here are a few steps above Dunkin' - the folks I catered for really liked them. The cider donuts are affordable by the dozen. Great service, and quick, too.

The selection of deliciousness is astounding!! Chefs are creative and have customers tummy's in mind here. We got a bakers dozen and were surprised at how yummy doughnuts can be! (Flavor combinations are delightful: I would add a lemon poppy doughnut with blueberry glaze or seasonal sweet potato with cinnamon glaze maybe rolled in crushed pecans?) The service is outstanding! The place is clean and well decorated, inviting also...perfect location if you work in Albany, or Colonie. I will definitely return. Doughnuts are versatile snack, dessert or even breakfast. Imagine if there were some at work, it would give people a pep in their step! (Even if it were doughnut holes)

Finally got to try Cider Belly Doughnuts :D They have so many fun flavors, it was hard to choose. No wonder they have a spin-the-wheel to help you decide! We ended up trying the Berry Cheesecake (cheesecake frosting, berry drizzle, and graham cracker rim), the Classic Ol' Albany, Jamaican Rum, and the Samoa (caramel, toasted coconut, fudge). I've never had flavored Cider Belly doughnuts before, and they were absolutely delicious!

Took my fam of 4 here for some specialty donuts and was not disappointed! The place was empty which was good for parking and quickness of service for us. So many choices!! My kids couldn't decide which donut to pick. Eventually we decided on the sprinkles o' sprinkles, Samoa, cheesecake, lovely lemon and Maine blueberry. All were delicious and artisan! I also had a butterscotch latte and it was yummy. 3 guys were working and all were very friendly and seemed to be enjoying working. We originally planned to eat there but unfortunately there is very little seating. I think the max I saw is 2 person table so the space is pretty tight. We will absolutely return to try some more goodies!

So glad we made it here! Our gosh gave us the run around so we came close to closing time and felt bad about that. The whole staff was extremely welcoming though and made conversation with us. They had fun selection of donuts. We chose the D'oh -nut, Samoa and a cookies and cream. All were very delicious! Seemed to be family owned which I'm a big supporter of! Go try this (you won't regret it) and support your local small businesses!

I have been a customer for many years and love Cider Belly Donuts! These donuts are not your average donut. They go above and beyond with their unique flavors and the cider donut base is dense and delicious. If you're looking for a classic cider donut, a donut piled high with toppings or something in between Cider Belly is the place to go! They have many options for flavor, vegan and gluten free options. You can choose your own assorted donuts in the store or do a pick up order. I placed a pick up order over the phone for Valentine's Day and they were so easy to work with and my donuts were ready when I walked in to pick them up! I also love their cold brew coffees as well! The salted caramel is my favorite! And don't forget to grab a bag of the "flop" donuts for $1. You can't beat the price and they are great donuts despite not being "presentable" for the case. The service is great from pick up orders to walking into the store, everyone is friendly and willing to assist with any questions! The store on Fuller Rd is easy to get in and out of and has a small parking lot. The store itself has always been clean when I go and has a nice quaint donut shop style. Cider belly is my favorite donut shop

Great donuts with really creative flavors. I especially like that they carry gluten free so that I can bring donuts to my family when I visit them. The new location on Fuller Rd is great - especially because it has a parking lot right there!

The tray has the "pitcher", a glass for service, and a glass of palate cleansing jade tea in the middle. (I did have to ask what the jade tea was) The palate cleanse was the perfect start. The Costa Rican coffee was heavenly, one of those drinking experiences where even my amateur palate was engaged. Could they really be open on Easter Sunday? It seemed too good to be true. A great cup of caffeine was just what I needed at that very moment. So my friend and I crossed Madison Avenue and peeked into the tinted windows. Not only were they open, but the place was bustling. The inside of Jacob Alejandro is elegant and beautifully decorated. Furniture, plants, music and wall art are arranged to set moods. It feels more like a club than a coffee house. The baristas are super friendly, helpful and patient. As I tried to make up my mind on what to order, they offered suggestions. I wound up with matcha. I think my friend had some kind of latte. I remember both beverages were delicious. They were made to be savored slowly. We took in our surroundings and it was very relaxing. We'll visit again. Thanks Jacob Alejandro for a nice experience.

The sitting space if I'm being honest is kind of tight with chairs backed up against the display divider for the line/counter ordering area. The benches up against the wall opposite counter are beautiful and force good posture. There were also some window spots I'd definitely aim for next time. The counter person was delightful no complaints. Explained the drinks and didn't rush us. We came later morning on Saturday, most of the bakery items were sold out. But what we got was amazing, a nice mixture of scones, perfection. I appreciated the mixture of small morsels, it included flavors that I would not have tried otherwise. I got a cream brûlée latte as suggested classic with a hint of sweetness, standard with double shot of espresso. My wife got a mocha variety definitely much richer. The art on top was also a nice highlight. As other reviews mentioned prices were not listed but this is definitely a specialty place so expect a higher price than a pump your own coffee express station. But also I rather give my money to a local place than a huge mass marketed place thats serving half the quality.

Somehow, I managed to beat the rush. I sat down to drink my latte and people-watch. It's been several years since I visited Professor Java's. It's still on Wolf Rd but it moved into the Shopper's Park. It's still extremely dark despite many overhead hanging lights with low wattage incandescent bulbs. A bit depressing. Suited for people who don't like sunlight. I had been shopping on Wolf Rd. I hadn't had my morning cup of coffee yet. I wanted to get a great latte, then sit and savor it a bit. I did not want to be at a major chain though I generally don't have many objections to them. I would have liked soy milk in my latte but they didn't carry it. So I settled for almond milk. The latte was strong, dark and foamy. The wait was minimal after placing my order. I expected to pay a premium for this experience. My medium latte was 16 oz and cost $6 before adding tip, which put it over $7. It's a bit more than some businesses charge though in LA I've paid $10. I know coffee. I've had better lattes but this one was a good solid medium latte. Not bitter. Plus, no one was rushing me to get out. There was plenty of seating. The staff is very nice and chill. So I enjoyed my alone time of latte and contemplation. There were cheesy Christmas songs playing. The place has an excellent sound system so there was no tuning this stuff out. Breakfast is served all day. Maybe I could do breakfast here someday if I'm in another reflective mood. I wish someone would turn up the lights just a bit but that's part of Professor Java's "MO," so customers have to decide whether to take it or leave it.

Bartender Benny was great! The food, I'll say, was fair. I do believe the prices don't fully reflect the quality, but the overall feel is great. The champagne machine is a great touch, so that was unique. This is a very upscale brunch, but it's worth the hype for the decor. Parking is not the easiest, but it's worth it.

I started to order using the QR code but it was involved so simply order at the counter. The server will give you a table number and you can relax before your order is delivered. My coffee drink was served incorrectly in a to go container despite having an in house table marker and having my food brought to me. I waited in line at the counter and asked if my drink order was correct? The sever asked if I liked espresso?? I replied by showing him the display picture of the drink and his response was Oh we were out of glasses. The pastry was fluffy and crusty but not as substainal as it appears before you take a bite.
