This place is not worth it , I always order 2 of the same drinks and one always tastes wayyy different and wayyy worser than the other one. They don't know how to make drinks and just try to calculate what to add to the drink they don't seem to measure the specific amount that they have to put in to make the drinks. On top of everything they take a long time to make just 2 drinks. Not worth the time to go to this place and wait for a long time for some drinks that don't even taste good. Went through the drive-thru and drove away before looking in my bag; I was missing an item and my sandwich had the wrong kind of bread (wanted an English muffin; received a bagel). Went back in line and was told I was given the wrong bag. Not a big deal -- everyone makes mistakes. The gal asked me again what my order was, and they made it right there. The cook asked what bread, she told him, and had to correct him, and I drove away for a 2nd time with the wrong bread. The hashbrowns tasted like chemicals. Breakfast items are way overpriced. Poor customer service. The past 2 times I've ordered coffee and food, it has taken an incredible amount of time to get the products and then they have been lukewarm at best. Once is understandable. Twice in a row with both food and beverage? No thanks. When trying to contact the store to try to remedy the issue, they don't answer the phone. Everytime we go to this location they are understocked. You're a donut shop, do you not make them in house? Never any chocolate frosted with sprinkles literally our fifth time going just for those only to be told they are out. Krispy Kreme was a far superior manufacturer imho. read more

The service here is laughably awful because the kids taking and filling all the orders are too stupid to function. I go here frequently (4+ times per week) through the drive-thru, to get coffee for myself and usually a bunch of doughnuts for the kids I sit for. The young people who operate the drive through service have no clue what they are doing. They get my order wrong over 50% of the time. They are unprofessional, laughing audibly on the mic, and are insanely slow - i can wait in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes. I have had to repeat my drink order 3 times in one visit, "uhh... can you say that again?". None of the kids taking my order can mentally process fast. It's clear why they are working in fast food service. I recently ordered a skim latte and the kid taking my order literally did not know what skim milk was. He goes, "uhh... skim milk? we have oat milk, or almond milk, did you want that?" NO!! SKIM MILK! NONFAT MILK! DAIRY MILK, WITH NO FAT IN IT! Just today, I went through and got an iced latte, a sandwich, and 3 blueberry muffins. They gave me the wrong sandwich, wrong muffins, and no drink at all. After the girl gave me the wrong muffins, she tried to ask for them back from my hand after I had already touched them. This would be the WRONG thing to do under any scenario, you never take food back, let alone during a pandemic. They're not even sorry and make no attempt to make anything right. Its a little bit of a wait in the morning because people don't order ahead with the app, and some people want to pick every donut in a dozen box...but this is not my main bone with this location. My main bone is that they haven't opened up for lobby service in 3 months and it actually causes more inconvenience for customers than the owner knows. They need to open up lobby for service again or think about shutting down and surrendering to COVID. read more

I went there this morning there wasn't that many people in the line I was order 130 at 7:14 in the morning I ordered a medium French vanilla latte on my way to work and when I tasted it it was just a regular latte no French Vanilla now why would I order a latte if I just wanted black coffee . I keep trying to go here and almost always disappoints. I asked if they happened to have hot chai tea and they said yes. I got super exited and than they served me chai coffee. I do not like coffee and could not drink it. Was at the drive through and already on my way to work before I took a sip. Wasted $6. Breakfast sandwiches are consistently cold. Doughnuts hit or miss. Idk what the other reviews are talking about I went in the afternoon for an office coffee run and they were so friendly and efficient! They said they opened up only 6 months ago so I can imagine that they had to spend some times working somethings out. I went there for a breakfast sandwich last Sunday and after waiting 15 min at the drive thru I was told they didnt have enough staff to open the kitchen. And Sundays are probably their busiest days of the week. Poor management and substandard staff. read more

Stopped in at this Dunkin Doughnuts having passed through the area this morning and getting really excited to see a DD. I have only had DD a handful of times normally choose Starbucks so I was not super sure what to get. I ended up getting a Carmel iced coffee and my husband got one of their specialty candy bar drinks. We also got a doughnut while we where there, went through the drive through. It did take a little while for our 2nd drink but nothing to crazy given it was 8 am on a week day. I thought it was very good and my husband loved his coffee. I was also super impressed with the price $6 and some change for 2 coffees and a doughnut. It is a little farther from my house but I will definitely be back. read more

Very impressed with the quality of service in drive-thru. Lady who took the order was knowledgeable about what was available (out of stock on apple fritters..had one from a friend a while ago and it was great!) and even asked if I wanted lemon with ice tea..first ever from fast food place for me. Sausage, egg, cheese croissant are excellent..real egg and you can taste herbs in sausage. Donuts are what was expected..munchkins are best. read more

I've given this Dunkin many attempts now. They still put maybe a teaspoon of vanilla cream in the vanilla cream donut. Do they not have a quality control person? It's almost laughable. They need to talk to the managers of any Dunkin out East or the location on Rice Street. They do it correctly. What engineer designed this parking lot/drive thru? This is the worst Dunkin Donuts. The drive thru is ridiculously designed. I have been 3 times and they were out of what I wanted. Since they were new, I thought I would give them another try. Asked for a dozen donuts to include 6 chocolate glazed. They substituted 6 chocolate cake ones without even telling me. I don't like cake donuts so I took them back. The staff is just not engaged or seem to know what is going on. The 3 times I have gone they always seem confused and very uninterested in being at work. Last time I ordered 12 donuts and they put 6 in a box and then 6 in a bag. I asked them why and they just said "it is easier". Well it is not easier for your costumers and makes it hard to carry. Not to mention the donuts in the bag were just a mess and I wanted them to all be in 1 box for a meeting. Staff also had no idea but your rewards program. This location has been great. My only thing is the last time we went, the bacon was not cooked to be crispy at all. I would just make sure to ask that your bacon is well done. I'm sure its pre-cooked bacon, but they still need to toast it longer. We just finished cooking ours quick in the microwave. But by the time it was done then, our sandwiches were cold. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts is always out of product they are very understocked. By about two or 3 o'clock on the weekend they have maybe three varieties of donuts left never of course the popular ones. When asked why they don't stock more, the sales person said that my concern would not be brought to management. They never are and when I expressed shock at this, I actually had the weekend shift lead scold me for complaining and tell me that she doesn't allow customers to walk over her. oh my goodness there's no possible way the manager can be saying this is a good way to make money. I am very disappointed and this is been going on for the last few months. It wasn't thus way when they opened. . Perhaps it feels cost effective to not have donuts left at closing, but I don't think the staff are reporting how many customers leave without making s purchase. The weekend lead should be reporting the customer complaints and not publicly scolding a customer who is pointing out a valid concern. Also, there are always at least three staff, but with no donuts to sell, they just make coffee and sweep the floor.
