This place has quickly become my go-to burger joint when I'm out doing errands. It's hard to admit it because I'm such a Culver's fan since I was a kid, but I enjoy this burger more. The fries are top notch - I'd have to say these are my favorite fries in the twin cities. Worth mentioning that everything is always served hot. The female cashier isn't the most welcoming, but she gets my order right every time. They have a few local beers on tap and $20 will get you one beer, a burger, and fries. Even when they are busy with multiple orders/to-go orders, your order is done within 5 minutes or less. I love how efficient they are. They are well staffed. The restaurant itself is always clean. Fries used to be amazing and now just ok. and now a month later the same burger is $1.95 more because they now charge $1.95 to swap out the bun for Texas toast. Can't swap it on the original or Cali only the upper level Burgers and the still want $1.95. You broke me. I can't do it anymore. There are a few mom and pop places with big great burgers for $8-$9. I found this place on Yelp and was able to put an order in online. I headed over and managed my way through the roundabouts and found a parking lot to park in right behind the place. My order was ready when I got there and the workers were very friendly and ensured I got everything I needed - asked if I need condiments. I took my meal back to my hotel. The bun was fluffy and the burger seasoned well. The fries were also pretty good. Lots of food for sure. I treated myself to a chocolate milkshake which was basic but hit the spot. Back here in MN for the winter and reunited with My Burger. I had the chance to taste their burgers my first time in MPLS back in September. Sadly, I didn't have a chance to post my review back then because the burger was pretty flippin' good, I ate through it before I could take a flick. Today, went with the fam to Mall of America and rather than eating at any of the restaurants there, we opted to wait to eat closer to home. The location on Lyndale Ave in Richfield was poppin' on a Sunday. Perhaps 'coz school's out for winter break or maybe the $1 Surly Sunday's had a lot to do with it. I really wanted to try the grilled chicken burger but sadly, they were out today. So I chose to go with the classic bacon cheese burger with regular fries. My daughter had the same burger order but paired it with their chocolate milkshake. And like any good old fashioned milkshake, theirs is made with real ice cream. The burger was cooked perfectly and the bacon was not too crispy but still had a bite. I like that the lettuce is shredded so you can still appreciate the crunch. Their fish burger was also solid. The fish patty seemed like it was fried because there was a definite crunch on the breading. If it was fried it did not seem greasy at all. I hope to come back before I leave the state and I'm hopeful they will have the grilled chicken burger available by then. Because the chocolate milkshake was sooo good, I ordered the bigwatt coffee milkshake and boy... that was enough to make up my mind to come definitely come back couple more times. A small local business you definitely want to support. And in an area where it's definitely surrounded by big fast food chains like DQ, Wendy's and McDonald's, this establishment is definitely holding its own ground because of the food quality and great customer service. read more

I tried My Burger after trying a competitive (SS) and getting super sick after trying (SS). My Burger's flavor is out of this world! My go to is the Chipotle Beach Club with Cajun fries and both of the mayos for dipping! I have brought my daughter who's 7 and my mother who is 60, and they both LOVED the food. On top of the food being fresh, hot and flavorful the manager, Jeff, is always so welcoming and friendly! He has great suggestions and always makes sure you enjoy your meal. After a full day of Great Wolf Lodge, our two families were starving and looking to fill up on some delicious burgers and My Burger definitely satisfied that hunger. We came with a party of 4 adults and 7 kids and it was a breeze placing our order. The woman behind the register did a run down of the menu for us as it was our first time and service throughout the entire meal was along the same time. I ordered the original double patty and it was a gooey, juicy mess. The "free" fries with the meal were meh... Honestly they tasted like a thicker version of burger kings fries. No one among the 11 of us thought they were anything to write home about and I'm not sure anyone finished their fries. This is such an opportunity for improvement! I've ordered the veggie burger almost 4 times and each time I've clicked the button that is preset on their website "dairy allergy- make with no dairy" and it turns out the burger is made with shredded cheese cooked into it. Nothing on the menu or website states this and it's taken the fourth time ordering for a worker to tell me there's in fact dairy and it's been in it every time. I went with the original with everything on it then the host asked me what kind of cheese I wanted. I answered yes, cus I didn't hear her at first, she asked what kind of cheese, the. My Burger is a Minneapolis founded burger chain--and a great one at that. Since 2004 locations have spread rapidly throughout the twin cities. I'm a huge supporter of small businesses and not much of a chain guy. But my love for burgers makes an exception for this place. We went to the Richfield location and to specifically try their BOM (Burger of the Month) The State Fair burger. It was phenomenal, as usually their monthly burger specials are. I also was able to get a free beer with the purchase of a burger box. Not sure if it's a regular deal there, but damn it's a good one. Oh yeah, and by the way, they have beer on tap!--pretty uncommon for a chain. Their fries are pretty on point too and they have multiple flavored mayos for dipping. Currently you have to ask for these since they're following COVID guidelines to a "T". They lose 1 point from me to personal preference. Their standard house burger comes with sweet pickles (I prefer dill) and fried onions (I prefer raw). Do with that information what you will, but they're worth a visit either way. read more

I only eat here every once in a while (like once a year or so..). I only eat chicken, turkey, veggie sandwiches/burgers. They offer chicken and the impossible burger (for a nice price). I love how honest the staff are here. Because I only eat here every once in a while I couldn't remember if I liked the grilled or crispy more (I actually usually always get grilled, seems to be seasoned better most places.) When I told the cashier my dilemma he told me the crispy chicken sandwich is just a tyson patty fried and that the grilled is a lot better. I was really hungry so I was very appreciative of his honesty. I got the grilled chicken sandwich which comes with fries. You can add toppings (most are free, but some cost.. like cheese, bacon, etc.). I usually add jalapeños and raw onions. They offer 2 sauce options for dipping fries or to add on you sandwich burger - a garlic mayo sauce (?) or a Sriracha mayo sauce. I usually mix them both together. Overall I liked my meal. Not my favorite fast burger spot but its a solid meal. The fries aren't that great. The shakes are pretty good here. read more

It's like five guys but better. It's like smash burger but waaay better. It's myburger and it's best in class. You walk in and order at the counter. Want a beer or wine with your burger? No prob. Don't eat beef? Sub any burger with fried or naked chicken, turkey, fish, or bean patty. I'm a beef guy, but my wife loves the chicken, my dad loves the turkey but I haven't had the fish or bean. Also, if you want something lighter, you can make any burger a salad. I've seen a few and they look great, but again, I'm a burger guy. You can build your own burger. Make it a double, with a bunch of great toppings and multiple cheese options. You can choose from 4 fries; Regular (skinless, thick cut, light and fluffy), sweet (skinless sweet potato, a lil smaller cut and a lil more dense), Cajun or Jerk (added spices to any fries that taste exactly like they sound). After ordering, grab your number, hit up the condiment bar to fill 1 cup of smoked garlic mayo and 1 cup of spicy sririacha mayo then grab a seat. If you want to watch your burger (or whatever you ordered) get made, take a seat by the kitchen glass and try not to drool. The wait is about 5 minutes but I've never waited more than 7. Your food is delivered to your table. Now after you eat, an employee usually removes your tray and any garbage. If not, just be safe and clean up after yourself. I mean you payed $8 for a crazy good meal with alcohol. If you only remember one thing from this review it should be this: smoked garlic mayo. read more

This is a great option in the realm of fast casual restaurants. Service has been consistently efficient and friendly for me when visiting this location in particular. Ordering is pretty simple. Being able to customize your burger with additional toppings for free is a wonderful thing! Also, it's nice that fries come with everything rather than having to order them seperately like elsewhere. The original MyBurger that I got was pretty good. I added cheddar cheese, lettuce and tomato. The extra ingredients enhanced the burger but I do feel like some of the default toppings (fried onions and sweet pickles) made the overall flavor a little too sweet and stole some light from the savory aspects. The fries had a gentle crispness to them topped with a decent amount of saltiness. I enjoyed them a bit more than my burger but either way, I felt happy after consuming both. read more

When I'm totally exhausted, or a meeting ran late, or there's just no food at home because I haven't gone grocery shopping in two weeks - this is my go-to. I am always satisfied by my burgers here. My husband's default order is a California with cheese, and mine is the Rodeo. I'm always happy to try the Burger of the Month if it looks enticing (took a pass on my last visit - the "cool jerk" didn't seem like my jam). The milkshakes are tasty, and can I get an amen for a fast food burger joint that serves beer? The physical location is a little odd here. I always have easy parking, you have to round a corner and pass a waxing place and phone store to reach the storefront. Unusual, but not a problem. The addition of the Mexican cheese and Chorizo was amazing. They have a variety of flavored mayo so make sure you try each one! However it does not offer table service and prices are considerably less than a sit down restaurant. You order at the counter, are given a number, and a server brings your order. Tyson was the manager on duty. He is a force of nature. Congenial, helpful, and on top of everything. He was so amazing that I gave him a $20 tip, which he refused for himself, but accepted on behalf of his two chefs on duty. He raved about the company, and I can see why.
