He was so amazing that I gave him a $20 tip, which he refused for himself, but accepted on behalf of his two chefs on duty. He raved about the company, and I can see why. I love this place. The service is great! The burgers are very flavorful and good. I've tried a few of them and I tend to order their specials as they are so good. The fish sandwich is fine - not great but not bad. Unfortunately, their chicken used to be a favorite, but the last time I ordered the chicken was no longer a chicken breast, but what seemed to be an oversized mcnugget. I had a pretty normal burger, added cheese, and additionally ordered a salted caramel malt...truth be told, my malt was almost gone by the time our food came not due to slow service, but because it was so delicious and I have no self-control. Fries were fresh & yummy, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. Another reviewer said it was loud, but I didn't really notice. I could hear my boyfriend talking, and could hear orders being placed, so the sound couldn't have been too bad. Smoked Garlic Mayo. If that doesn't stop you in your tracks - it should!! My friend Kelly T. and I came here last night for a double-date with our husbands for the My Burger Valentine's Day BOGO. It was a super good deal - and I was happy to drive the 20 miles from the North Metro to meet her and her husband here! It was totally worth the drive. The deal was buy one burger and fries combo with a Surly beer, get another burger and fries combo, plus a Surly, free. It cut our bills in half so we were not complaining! Now, Kelly T. is my spirit animal when it comes to food. She knows what's good. And we know what a good burger should look like - we met while working together at McDonald's in college. Going back around 14 years here - we also know what a good burger should definitely not look like! I got the Bacon Bleu Cheese and husband got the Classic Bacon and Cheese - both in the "Kinda Fancy" menu. The burger was juicy and the fried onions were just the ticket. I love how you can add all kinds of veggie toppings on your burger, as well as sauces and spices and I also saw an option for a fried egg! I got the Cajun fries and he got the Regular. Both fries were good. They are amazing when dipped in the Smoked Garlic Mayo as well as the Sriracha Mayo sauce! I love how you can help yourself to sauce at the counter by the soda. Wow. This place is also very clean, neat, inviting and comforting all at the same time! I saw a nice patio along the side of the building that looked lonely on a cold February night. Delightfully average at best. They recently did a mail out coupon campaign and the place is absolutely packed on a Friday night. If you're gonna sack the loss on buy one burger get one free and sending out all these coupons, maybe, just maybe, try and make a good impression on all those customers you bring in. Props for having 1919 root beer on tap and the $1 Sunday surly deal is pretty top value. Just a shame the burgers are smooshed together with soft, spineless buns, gross grey patties and some sort of long life condiment concoction that would likely last through the apocalypse. I have been on a total burger bender this week. I don't know what it is but I just can't stop. MyBurger isn't going to help me stop. In fact, if they were still open I'd probably go get another one right now. In my opinion this is one of the best burgers in the Twin Cities. I got a single original burger with cheddar cheese and mayo, along with the standard toppings, which are ketchup, mustard, fried onions, and sweet pickles, on a buttered bun. I wasn't sure about the sweet pickles on a burger but I actually think it's a nice change from the typical dill pickles that usually come on burgers. If you just can't stomach the idea of sweet pickles on a burger you can still get dills if you like. All the burgers come with fries, and there are a few options to sub out for the fries if you want something else. I highly recommend the onion rings. These are without a doubt the best fast food onion rings I've ever had. Battered, crispy, just enough salt, they are heavenly. There are a few other options, fruit, Cajun fries, coleslaw. There are a few other types of burgers to choose from, and several ways to customize any of the burgers, between the optional toppings, sides, drinks and shakes, My Burger is a good place to go with a small group of friends, as long as everyone likes burgers they should be able to find something they like here. read more

Let's begin with the location. 66th and Lyndale is a busy intersection with lots of surrounding businesses. My Burger is easily seen right on the corner of the plaza. One drawback is that the entry way is a bit tucked away from the parking lot. You have to walk around the side of the building to get in. There seem to be lots of tables inside to accommodate big groups, and they will bring your food right to your table when things are ready. There is a self serve fountain drink section where you can also pick up condiments for your fries as well as napkins and straws. THIS IS MY FAVORITE PART.... The Smokey Garlic Mayo is AMAZING!!! After dipping my first fry in to this heavenly cream, I was hooked. I would smother my burger in it if I could. The other dipping option was a Sriracha Ketchup, it wasn't as spicy as I thought it was going to be... So I have to give all the points to the mayo. I ordered a double Original burger with sautéed onions and pickles. It came out hot and melty, but was a bit too greasy for my taste. The size of the burger was good, definitely come hungry if you're going to order the double burger. Side options included regular fries, cajun fries, onion rings or coleslaw. I was a bit overwhelmed with the menu at first and completely missed these options, I just went for regular fries. They also serve Malt Shakes and Beer! $1 bottles on Sundays is a great promotion, I wonder how long they will keep that going? I didn't have a beer cuz I stopped by during my lunch hour, otherwise a burger and beer would make it a perfect lunch. The main reason I gave it a four star rating was because of the front door being around the side of the building, kind of inconvenient, and because of the greasy-ness of the burger. My brother and I go here quite often for lunch. I've never had a bad experience, which is something I can't say for any of our other lunch spots. This place always keeps a high level of quality while maintaining reasonable order times. The Burgers of the Month are always worth your time and the staff seems to really enjoy working here. The Impossible Burger and Turkey Burgers are both delicious alternatives for those of us who want less red meat in our lives but still want burgers. Cross contamination Alert all locations. We had eaten at all their locations in Metro until I started to pay attention to the cooks. The cooks repeatedly in each location have been observed handling raw meats with gloves.... then without changing out gloves proceed to touch everything else in sight and everything else going into your burger. They only use gloves to keep their hands clean. They don't use gloves to eliminate cross contamination spreading things like Salmonella or E-Coli. I even brought it to the attention of manager at each location and returned on another visit to witness the same gross food handling over and over. I even had a detailed discussion with one of the owners and I quote " We have a lot of turn over there isn't a lot I can do about it". I enjoyed the environment, the design, and the menu choices as I walked in. I like the Surly dollar Sunday idea and wish to come back when I can drink a beer with friends. The veggie burger I ordered was tasty but a bit over priced for the size and quality. The sweet potato fries were dry and overdone. Also, they had no chipotle mayo sauce or anything that could make the sp fries more palatable. I would never recommend them. Especially since they costed extra. This place is really good at the fast casual burger game. I've been there twice. Had the classic with fries the first time, and the Burger of the Month the second time, which was the Memphis BBQ burger with pulled pork and Cole slaw. The fries are the classic thicker cut, not skinny like Mac's or Smash Burger. The smoky garlic mayo is great with them, but I like to take turns with good old ketchup. Service is quick and friendly and the decor is cool modern. Extra points for the cool indie rock soundtrack! I needed to catch a flight home from the Minneapolis airport and decided to stop in here because a burger sound good and the yelp reviews were positive. I am really glad I stopped, the burger I had was a very very good. The service was excellent the gal behind the counter made some very good recommendations and I was not disappointed. I had a mushroom and Swiss burger and the flavoring was wonderful, the bond was crispy and fried in butter on the flight to grill which made a huge difference. The fries were good, selection of soda was good, the tables were slightly close together but very very comfortable. Parking isn't easy but it's not that bad either, it is in a very busy intersection and shopping center. When I find myself in this part of Minneapolis again, I will definitely visit my brother. read more

Hello, Yelpers, Ohhhhh where to start. First off, the location is on a very busy intersection, which is very intimidating for some (such as myself). Once I was in the restaurant I was shocked to see the menu. I was lost when ordering since the menu was disoriented on the wall. The employees were 5 stars, don't get me wrong, they were stellar. But, when I went to sit down at the table the seats were on fire because of their metal parts as the chairs were stationed near the window (not the businesses fault). The food was very good though, burger was juicy, cheese was melted, fried onions just sweet enough, yum. But the fires were seasoned a little one sided, and the quantity was to much for my thin physique. Also that yellow mustard is atrocious. But, I would for sure go to the restaurant again! We came here in a group of 4 the first time and we found it difficult to find seats. The kids loved their burgers! I don't suggest getting the kids meal, because the portion is super small! I picked up food to go here yesterday for the first time. I got a California burger with a few things added to it. I ordered online and it was ready on time. Staff was very friendly. Tried this place for the first time after seeing a couple around. The burger was perfectly cooked and the best part was the bun was toasted perfectly. I love the finely shredded lettuce and that every burger comes with fries.
