Skip this one and go to the one in Chaska. The place gets very busy and they basically throw the food out the drive up window. The last 3 times I have been there the orders were either wrong or made incorrectly. For instance malts and shakes are never mixed and never have the ingredients ordered. The customer service is always fantastic at this Culvers. They are polite and kind. Through the speaker, they speak so clearly and listen attentively. I take advantage of the drive-through often and they always deliver the food to the car by hand with a smile. I will say I could get confused by what I think is the pickup order station right before you see the real speaker. I have not done that so I don't know how it works. It gives me chick-fil-a vibes at first thinking the want to take my order before they take my order. They are usually pretty speedy for a Culvers but I do appreciate the time they put into their food. It's always delicious and I love the customization of each burger. I typically order a single patty butter burger with crinkle fries. I always appreciate if I forget to add cheese if that would be something I would want. Good catch! I love Culver's. My love for butter burgers and frozen custard stemmed from when I lived in Rochester, MN. There was a Culver's roughly five minutes away from my home. I crave Culver's whenever I am in the States and there is one nearby. I wanted dinner. It was my final night in Eden Prairie. I did a search and found this one close to my hotel. I paid it a visit. It's a huge restaurant from afar. I saw a drive-thru and decided to try it out. I had a friendly woman take my order. I got the mushroom and Swiss double burger, which is my favourite. It comes with crinkle-cut fries and a Diet Pepsi. I also saw a promotion for a pumpkin spice shake. I decided to get one. You can always substitute the fountain drink in the combo for a shake. I wanted both, so I went with a small shake. At Culver's, you pull up to the drive-thru window and pay. I used a credit card. The transaction was smooth. You then get a number to hang on your car window and you pull up to a wait area. Butter burgers need time to be made. My order came pretty quickly. A friendly guy handed me everything and said, "I hope you enjoy your meal." That nice, personalized touch is one reason why I am rating my experience high. It was a first for me at any Culver's. I drove back to the hotel and chowed down. The mushroom and Swiss burger was so good. Ever bite was flavourful and melted in my mouth. I have always loved the combination of sauteed mushrooms with Swiss cheese. The beef was seasoned perfectly and was so buttery good. I am drooling just reliving how yummy it was. I got Culver's signature crinkle-cut fries. They are so perfect with ketchup. The extra ridges hold the ketchup nicely with each dip. My Diet Pepsi washed everything down. It hit the spot. I had my small pumpkin spice custard shake for dessert. OMG, it was so yummy. I love pumpkin spice. It was creamy and pumpkiny (word?) spice good. I wish this flavour were on the menu year-round. While visiting Minnesota, I wanted something that we don't have in California. Many of my friends recommended trying Culver's. I heard their mushroom and Swiss burger was good, along with their Wisconsin cheese curds, and their shakes! I would definitely recommend their shakes, they're very creamy and easy to drink. I think we got a caramel or turtle shake. I think I liked their butter burger with cheese and everything in it, their regular burgers just reminded me of a McDonald's cheese burger. I was t impressed with the mushroom and Swiss burger. Their crinkle cut fries are pretty basic. They also have meals like meatloaf and veggies which is what my brother's gf got. Drive thru is easy, and when you pick up they tell you to pull up in spots and they bring the food to your car. I definitely recommend getting a shake, and the cheese curds! I rolled in for my food around 9:20 after logging twelve hours at the office. I get my Bacon Deluxe basket ordered and get up to the window to see this bright, smiling face. That would be Luis. Horrible customer service. The concrete mixer I ordered in the drive thru was cracked in two spots causing the ice cream to seep out and create an ice cream puddle in my car seat and drip all over me as I tried to eat it (that's when I discovered the issue). I called to get a refund and was told to drive back to the store (another 25 minutes round trip) if I wanted a refund. No apology, no effort to make it right over the phone, nothing except the option to spend another half hour on this issue and drive back to the store. read more

Culver's, in my experience, does a great job at ensuring uniformity among their franchisees. Almost as good as the mega-burger places like McDonald's and Burger King. But if you want a quick burger, ignore those places and just go to Culver's. Despite some of the reviews below, I took a shot at this location since I'm working out in the area now. It's fine. It's very clean, and boasts polite, attentive cashiers, cooks and runners. My only complaint is that it's 10 minutes from work. Unlike other fast food joint, culver really makes an effort to keep their restaurant clean. I'm a fan of their custard which is what I order there 90 percent of my visits. I have been to several Culver's in several locations, but I have to say that our experience at this particular location tonight was exceptional! The service was the way service is supposed to be. We weren't asked before we even got to the counter if we could be helped. We pointed it out to the clerk, and he said he didn't believe in rushing people to make an order. We placed our order, and he re-arranged it on the cash register for us into baskets to save us a little money. After eating half my dinner I was full, and happened to mention that. The manager overheard and brought me a box without my having to ask. I told him how I wanted the chicken dinner, but they were out of chicken and I didn't want to wait 15 minutes. He said they only make it in small batches, and since we were there after the dinner rush they were out, but as a tip he said we can always call ahead, and they'll have it hot and fresh for us by the time we get there. Good to know! I had the fish basket instead, which is the first time I've had something that was not a burger, and it was absolutely delicious, and blisteringly hot and fresh. Big fillets!
